Service was fast and being routine items on menu- was delivered as expected and good. I read reviews on yelp , irs when you order something out of ordinary, your expectations are never met. Ordered a club sandwich seasoned fries and a side of fruit on a Monday evening.the strawberries were really bad and out dated so it just ruined everything.Next morning I called Manager Laura,to let her know.Laura has the best customer service! This is the first time I have been to this Denny's and I will never be back. It does not seem to be that busy but I have already had to request a come 3 times and when I finally decided to get up and get it they still didn't hand it to me I had to wait for it to be brought to me. Then we asked the manager for coffee and mayo and he took it to another table. I'm not sure if they are overwhelmed or just have really bad service but I'm not willing to visit again and find out. Oh another thing.. I ordered a hamburger during breakfast and it came out cold. That was depressing but another reason why I will not be back. read more

Loves the service and food. Took my Dad for breakfast on a Sunday and even though it was a full house all the staff was doing their best to greet and welcome everyone. Special thanks to Emilio for being out waitress and even as busy as he was he really took care of us in good spirits! Now the food...I ordered a veggie omelet and it was very delicious. My Dad ordered a lumberjack or whatever they are called...same thing he said it was delicious. Mind you my father is a very picky eater. Overall we loved the food and service. Five stars to the best server in town John! This gentleman deserves a raise for running a late night shift alone! Especially after his manager walked out on him when she saw the place getting full! What kind of manager does that?! The restaurant began to get full as I was eating a late night dinner and John stepped up to the plate and was running the entire place by himself as well as the cook. Both the cook and John were left by the manager who clearly displayed lack of professionalism and teamwork. Right when we walked in we noticed she was not very welcoming as she her physical demeanor displayed her bad mood. We clearly saw her leave. It's not like she didn't know that they're busy when they had about 15 people waiting to be sat. Despite the managers inappropriate behavior, John was awesome! He displayed a positive attitude despite being by himself. He politely greeted the customer upon arrival. He was also provided awesome customer service to us! Needless to say John deserves his managers spot! That's a true leader! Lastly, I've came in on other occasions in the morning and the staff are awesome & welcoming! Facility is clean as well! So kudos to John & the staff who are professional & take pride in their jobs at this facility. read more

I had a good experience here once, thought I'd make this our Dennys since I thought the Rialto one was bad. Boy was I wrong, I went with my family and they took nearly an hour for our order. Okay whatever it was the weekend it gets busy I get it. Today restaurant near empty yet they took a good 20 minutes for pancakes and eggs for a party of two. God forbid you ask for their value menu they'll treat you like poo. Sadly it'll be your own people that discriminate against you, my Spanish is broken and therefore I don't speak it as much, yet our server Alejandra kept talking to us in Spanish. I took my mom for her birthday to Dennys for breakfast and the waiter told me, that they don't do the free gran slam on your birthday anymore. I ordered two gran slams with 2 coffees and paid over $34 dollars, seems to me the prices went up, don't think I will be going to Dennys anymore, too pricey and too long of a wait. read more
