If I could give this location zero-stars, I would. From the very beginning when I walked in for lunch on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 11:50AM, I was ignored. A total of (3) employees walked by me standing at the host stand and didn't greet me or ask me to seat myself. After waiting (7) minutes one of the employees finally yelled, "We'll be with you in a minute!" Another (3) minutes passed and I just sat myself. Keep in mind, there was no wait and there were plenty of empty tables and plenty of workers. After I was seated, I also noticed that other patrons who came after me, weren't left standing at the host stand more than a minute. Once seated, it took (3) minutes for the male server (I didn't get his name - as he barely greeted me) brought over a menu. He asked if I wanted something to drink as he was leaving my table. I got the distinct impression I was somehow holding him up. He returned with my water and I quickly ordered a Cobb Salad because I only get an hour lunch and (13) minutes of it had already been wasted being ignored by Denny's staff. I waited another 10 minutes on the Cobb and asked my server if he could cash me out with my credit card, which he said he could not. I went to the register to pay and he finally brought me my salad. He did not return to check on my progress. I had to get his attention to get him to come to my table. There was scant bacon on my cobb (like less than a half of one slice of bacon. A cobb typically has bacon, ham, chicken, and eggs for protein. The Denny's Cobb does not have chicken or ham, so I expected they'd supply a sufficent amount of bacon - they did not). The male server did not seem concerned with my lack of bacon. He said he'd have to confer with the manager and then he returned with a few more bacon bits that were so minuscule they barely were visible in the tiny ramekin he brought to my table. This was insulting and he knew it. I'd already paid and tipped this dude who had been dismissive of me the entire visit. I asked for a refund, never having taken a single bite from the salad. The rude, incompetent server never returned to ask if I'd like to order something else. The whole experience was disappointing. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! ROACH INFESTATION I usually never eat at any Dennys but this random morning I decided to take my baby. We ordered a kids pancakes, eggs and sausage and baby didn't eat any of the food and ended up playing with it and most fell on the floor. We began to leave and as I picked up my child's shoe off the floor I was hit with a surprise "ROACHES" Yes roaches more than one. I was furious! I informed the manager and all she said was "omg it must have been a homeless person who sat there before you and told me thank you" JUST NASTY and trifling of her. The service was horrendous our Brian was just about the rudest waiter i have ever encountered at this establishment. My family and I have been regulars of many years at this location. The waiter saw us sitting there waiting but yet took 20-25 minutes to approach our table and he did was bother almost as if didn't care for his job or anything else. Rushing to take our order and when we finally got our order it was incomplete but couldn't get his attention to assist. We finally asked another waiter/waitress Cecilia to assist on completing our food order. Cecilia was very apologetic and helpful. At that point little ones were very unhappy along with the rest of the adults. Cecilia brought a manager by the name of Nadia who simply said oh Brian must be having a bad day.. I will say this if you're miserable with your job find something interesting but don't bring your misery to the job. His level of disrespect and lack of understanding blows my mind. That was the most disgusting dirty restaurant and the bathrooms had not been cleaned in a long time. The used toilet paper was stacked three feet high. The booths were sticky and windows had food smeared all over them. Trash on the floor with even the manager walking over it. Cleaning starts from the top. I will not eat there again. read more

My second time here in 1-week! The service is stupendous and the food is good and fresh! Angel, our sever the 1st visit was so nice, accommodating and so professional. Couldn't believe my eyes. Walked into this restaurant one night around 1:30 AM. Yes it was a weeknight, but then he is supposed to be open in 24 hours. I walked in and noticed no one was sitting in any of the booths or the seats and there was no humans visible at all. I noticed dishes, dirty dishes, everywhere menus scattered across the counter tops and the tables. Upon waiting for a couple minutes to see if somebody would come out to greet me somebody at Denny's employee actually walked into the front door from the outside and said oh the chef is on break so the whole restaurant shut down and I said wow all the years I've been going to Denny's, which is like probably 20 I've never heard that in mind you I also used to go to Denny's every single Friday when I was in high school every single Friday for four years straight, so it was bizarre to hear that. Then I watched the same guy I walk out get back into his car and get on his phone and they're in the parking lot. I saw three different cars with one person sitting in the driver seat all on their phones, which led me to believe that they are all Denny's employees sitting in the car in the parking lot not a great way to make money not a great way to sell food not a great experience for a customer unbelievable. read more
