Wow! We wanted a delicious, quick breakfast on a Saturday morning. We initially stopped at our usual place, IHOP. They were on a wait, but seemed super disorganized so we left. There was a wait at Denny's as well, but we were sat promptly. Our server was fantastic and we got our food very quickly! We could over hear other tables talking about how quickly their food came out and praising how everything was being ran. I went to dennys for dinner after my sister graduation and let me tell you!!!! I waited for 20 minutes after they took our order we didn't even get drinks so we asked. I'd give 0 stars if it let me. I placed an order and it said it would take 20 minutes. I came in at 25 minutes and the order wasn't ready. They said they had one cook and were backed up real bad. I understand the struggle but when it's Christmas Eve and you place an order because you're starving it's quite frustrating when worked all day and you still have Christmas gifts to finish wrapping and Santa gifts to put out. I asked when it would be expected to be ready and the lady told me she had no idea but maybe 30 minutes. I came back in after 30 minutes and the man I believe is the Manager was incredibly rude and said with a rude attitude it still wasn't ready and it won't be ready for a while. I explained I already waited 50 minutes and he said "Oh Well. It's holiday time" with an attitude. He refused to give me any idea on a time frame. I continued to then wait as he continued to take customers and orders. He continued to be rude on the phone to customers calling and asking about their orders. People like Christie B. are your typical obnoxious customer on a holiday. People know that businesses and restaurant closes early on Christmas Eve. I was in the restaurant tonight and it was packed. The only mistake is the manager overpromised. But imagine you're the only restaurant opened on a holiday and people are continually coming in. It's common sense to know that there will be a extended wait than usual. I commend the manager and the staff for their patience on a stressful day. Although I waited 30 mins for my order, I decided not to be apart of the problem and go home to cook and eat. We stopped in here for some much needed coffee and breakfast.....the coffee was awful and the sausage links were pink on the inside...i don't get too excited about eating vastly undercooked and barely warm pork, the scrambled eggs were barely warm...we left after talking to our waitress, she was nice about it and offered to get the cook to try again but we politely declined. read more

My friend and I always go to Denny's the staff is usually friendly. The burgers are always amazing, and so is the French Toast Slam! The coffee is some of the best coffee. (most of the time) The food usually doesn't take too long to be brought out. This is my favorite place for breakfast food or a good burger. read more

This is the only Denny's that I will eat at. Unlike other Denny's restaurants, this location is very consistent in both food quality and service. They have some of the best burgers and fries around. I'm not a vegetarian, but I also love the Veggie Omelet. Simply awesome! The staff here is professional and friendly. I can honestly say that I've NEVER seen any of them texting or playing on their phones. One of my pet peeves is being unable to get a server's attention because they have their face in their phone. This would probably be one of the best restaurant food chains I've been to and i prefer this over IHOP any day! I love their onions rings, mozzarella cheese sticks and breakfast items, everything taste good and always comes out hot. I like the pancake puppies, that was a brilliant invention. The bacon is always crunchy, my breakfast sandwich is toasted and hot. Service is great. I've been here a few times and this location is closer to home. I'm had their t-bone dinner with shrimp and my nephew got the Brooklyn spaghetti dinner. The food was really great! My kids love the menus it really does keep them busy. The strawberry banana smoothie is the best!!! The prices are good, and the service is even better! Can't complain!! First off, there was lipstick on my glass when I was given my drink. Second, the waitress was awful. Three out of five of our orders were wrong. One of which was fixed. The burger we ordered was burnt. We weren't checked on even once in a thirty minute period. There were no other tables except a party of one at a nearby table. There were two other servers and still, nobody was to be found. I watched her handle food without any gloves on and am just appalled by the service. This used to be my regular Denny's; my friends and I had been coming to this location for years for late night shenanigans. Unfortunately, ever since they recently replaced the entire staff, we've switched to a different location. For years the night shift here was made up of young, sociable people. Our last couple of visits, however, the waitstaff now consisted of slow-moving older folks with uncomfortably awkward attitudes and the tendency to forget/misunderstand orders. On my very last visit in late November 2015, our server was an older woman we had never seen before; we had to repeat our orders more than once, and I still received the wrong dish. When I finally got my correct order, there was a big, nappy hair in it. When I brought this to the new waitress' attention, she just gave deer-in-the-headlights stare before asking me what she should do about it. With the new staff, the atmosphere has changed significantly as well; from the laid-back, relaxed vibe that it had before to a much less comfortable one...while this location was a part of our lives for a long time, I'm afraid we've had to move on. read more

This particular location just received a make over. In addition to t he interior, it looks like they hired a fairly new staff and it definitely raised the level of this restaurant. My family went for the breakfast for dinner, yet I choose to go with the double cheeseburger. It was good and cooked correctly. The service, cleanliness and food deserve the four stars. read more

Cypress Dennys is my fav location. My waiter is a vet and my fav, too. He is always friendly, fast, efficient, and thoughtful. However, the check-out clerk ( handsome young male) had his cell-phone at the cash register. I disliked this fact because of the risk of c.c. theft issues. I'm unsure, but he appeared to wave my c.c. near his cell phone. I called to discuss with the manager but the attendant said he was not available, and he would return my call. Since my BFF from London got me into the whole Denny's scene, I have decided to make this a family once a month breakfast thing. The food is good for the money and I can get up in the morning and decide to go without waiting for it to open. The skillet meals are great and my 10 year loves them (as long as there arr no onions in it). The almsot two year old loves collecting his silverware and the staff have no problem bring us more silverware when most of them end up under the table. read more

This location has recently been remodeled. If it is late at night and you don't want fast food this is the place to go as it is open 24 hours. If your kids love breakfast food then this is also the place to go. We like to go here because there is never really a wait. They give you a lot of food for a reasonable price. And you can't beat their kids-eat-free days. We have had most things that are on the menu and all taste good. If you are getting fries I suggest upgrading to the spicy fries. The staff is friendly and very attentive and they are very interactive with the kids which I like. They are also patient with the kids when they are giving them their order. They also ask if we want to-go drinks which I love! The only complaint I have is that the food is never really hot. If they could get their food to come out hot that would be great! read more

I was completely utterly disrespected by a manager. I order delivery from this location all the time, and I'd never had any poor experiences with staff in the past. I called last night trying to follow up on a promise that was made to me to get a free meal after I didn't receive the vegetables with 2 of my T-bone steak meals one night. I mistakenly said it was asparagus that was missing, and the manager I was speaking to, Pam, immediately cut me off and said in a very rude tone that in all her years working there they had never served asparagus. She proceeded to ask me a series of questions to verify what had happened, which I could not answer all of them because the incident was so long ago and recently every time I tried to get my free meal, there was always an excuse as to why I could not talk to the manager, such as "the manager is not here right now." I asked Pam why she was so rude to me and for her name so I could report her to corporate. She said she would not give me her name because I would "try to use it to get free food." I told her I did not appreciate being accused and she lied and said she did not accuse me. My mother took the phone and Pam's voice immediately changed and she was nice and explained that she had issues in the past with people calling trying to scam Denny's out of free food. Long story short, Pam agreed to give me the two meals for free, and upon meeting her in person that night, she offered me two free Chicken fried steak meal coupons for another meal that there was an issue with on a later date and explained to me that she lied over the phone and told me that her name was Wendy, when it is actually Pam. I was sick to my stomach after being treated like a scammer by a company that had messed up my food and being lied to multiple times by Pam within only a few minutes. Pam is a very short (maybe 5 feet tall) Caucasian woman with grey hair, and that night she wore a white, homemade looking mask with some type of print on it. If you ever walk into this restaurant and see her, my advice is to turn around and find somewhere else to eat because if you ever do need her help, she'll only talk down to you. read more
