Brioche French toast
JaMillah R.

Went to Dennys to celebrate my mother's 71st birthday. They sent her a deal for a free slam. They were short staffed, but our waiter did not rush me to make a decision. There were so more options than the last time I went. The brioche French toast was great, the mac and cheese definitely wasn't easy mac, but I do feel like the oil they cooked my tenders in dirty oil. Great service, good food. Will definitely go back for breakfast.

Haven't been to Dennys in a few months, only because I had a horrible experience my last time I was there. This location in Greenwood was soo very clean, the fastest service I ever had dining out, and food was very hot and so fresh. It was a busy restaurant but the waitstaff were on point. I loved how the waitstaff knew most of the customers by their 1st names. Just an overall great experience! I'll definitely be bs k to this location.

Order the t-bone (rare) and eggs. As usual the t-bone is well done and not rare like I ordered. Tossed it in the trash as it was thin and dry. This Denny's is the worst and I have been trying it out for a decade now and always the same waste of money. Their cooks don't care at all.

Ham and Egg Sandwich with hash browns

We decided to eat lunch here since it was close to Otte Family Fun where we were headed later and we had not partaken of a Denny's in a long time. It was about 70% occupied so I was guessing it was a good place to eat. We both decided to order breakfast for lunch. The orange juice was refreshing and cold. I ordered the Philly Steak Omelette but was told they were out of the Prime Rib needed to make that omelette so I went with the Ultimate Omelette minus the mushrooms with an order of hash browns and white toast. It was a good omelette because no single ingredient overwhelmed the omelette. Sometimes ultimates are overwhelmed by the bacon and sausage but not this one. My granddaughter ordered the Ham & Egg Sandwich with an order of hash browns as well. It was the first time I've seen her order and eat breakfast potatoes. She made it thru half the sandwich when the sandwich was the size of two sandwiches you and I would make. So she was full for sure. It took a few minutes to be seated but they were busy so no worries. Our server checked on us three times after the food came which was really fast. Cashing out was prompt. Restrooms were clean.

I love this store. It's very specious inside and ample of parking outside. The servers are amazing here and that's what makes me love this place even more.

We've been back several…read moretimes now, and it's become one of those places we know we can count on for great food, cold drinks, and a fun night out. If you end up at the bar, ask for Amanda. She's hilarious, keeps the conversation going, and somehow makes the whole experience even better. Great bartenders have a way of turning dinner into an evening, and she's one of them. The first time we visited, I was looking for a steak sandwich on the menu, and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I described to the bartender that day and he suggested the lunch cheesesteak instead--and he absolutely nailed it. It was exactly what I was craving, loaded with perfectly seasoned meat and plenty of it. The burgers have always been juicy and cooked just right, too. But let's talk about the real stars of the show... the fries. Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and somehow impossible to stop eating. Every time we say, "Okay, that's enough," another fry mysteriously disappears. And if onion rings are your thing, don't skip them. The portion is enormous, and the dipping sauce is dangerously good. I'm only half joking when I say I'd happily drink it from a cup. Shallo's has that classic neighborhood pub feel where it's easy to settle in for a while. Great food, genuinely fun service, and the kind of place you'll find yourself recommending... then returning to yourself.

The salad and bread was not brought out at all so I had to ask for it, which was after my boyfriend finished his sandwich which was missing the bacon he requested. My friend wanted mayo for her burger and wasn't able to ask bc our server wasn't around. The Tito's lemonade drink and the teriyaki chicken were good. We'll probably return and hopefully with a different server. Cool historical decor and from the outside, we didn't know it was two stories.

After Yamir humiliated the rest of our group on the walk to the restaurant via a chance encounter with a rival fan base, I was surprised to see us walking up on a Cheddar's. I've been eating at these since I was 10, who calls them the "Scratch Kitchen"? Apparently, my non-friend who supports Somalian day cares in his hometown in Minneapolis, that's who. Anyway, got loaded up on booze and ordered the standard buffalo chicken wrapper (always good). And had a good time outside of any time Yamir talked. One of my friends and I had to disassociate from the rest of the group for the rest of the day based on some behaviors of our group in the restaurant. I apologize to anyone who may have been here on Easter.

Both dine in sessions were great servers were on par fast, courteous and reliant for first timers. We ordered the the fried fish platter and the country fried steak with gravy. Both orders came out fresh hot more than I thought. I could eat it did not know the serving. Would be so large very much appreciated. Each visit dining inn was equally adequate to the first.Definitely.Will be a go 24 my family or date night times. I know delivery can be a risk but we ordered the family platter from the app for the chicken strips, which came with 2 large family sides. Those wonderful croissants and dips it came hot crunchy fresh within an hour. And did not cost an arm in a leg for delivery. And none of that the food was soggy, all of it was great quality from packaging to taste. Epic meal if you're in the area, give them a try.

Don't let the outside fool you--this place opens up into a surprisingly spacious sports bar once…read moreyou step inside. We stopped in for lunch with no trouble finding a spot right at the bar. The daily food and drink specials made choosing lunch even harder (in the best way). We ordered the breaded tenderloin and the Hot Italian sandwich, and both were excellent. Now...let's talk about that Indiana tenderloin. It hangs so far off the bun that the bread is basically just there for moral support. Crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and exactly what you hope for when ordering a Hoosier classic. The Hot Italian didn't disappoint either--loaded with flavor and paired with fries that were crispy, well-seasoned, and dangerously addictive. Fries Worth Fighting Over? Inside you'll find wall-to-wall TVs, a stage for live music, and regular events like poker and trivia nights, making it just as much of a destination as it is a neighborhood sports bar. Whether you're stopping in to catch a game, grab lunch, or meet friends for a cold beer, Whiskey Business nails that relaxed local-bar atmosphere. Good food, generous portions, friendly people, and plenty of reasons to come back.

Our waitress came by and we ordered a beer and an iced tea. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea which I did not drink, it was not plain unsweetened tea. Seemed like it had a lot of artificial lemon in it, not sure, but I know I did not like it. The hubby had a Corona and our friend had a pitcher of beer. We perused the menus and it did take a good while for the waitress to come back and take the order. The hubby ordered a hamburger and fries and our friend had the buffalo chicken wrap and I ordered the twice baked tater skins. The husband said his fries were cold and the burger looked like a frozen patty as it was perfectly formed and it was just ok. I may have ordered the wrong dish myself as I did not care for the potato cheese mixture that was inside so I ended up stripping all the insides out and just ate the skins themselves. Husband had to flag down the waitress to get the bill and keep in mind that they were not busy. It is a typical bar atmosphere in here with TVs all around the perimeter. We were sitting at a high-top table but they had both low and high.
