We stopped here on our way back to California. When we walked in we were not greeted. We waited 15min to be seated keep in mind the place was empty. At this point my husband felt uncomfortable and was ready to walk out but we had been driving for two hours and well we were all hungry and tired and still had a long drive ahead of us. When the manager finally decided to acknowledge us it felt so forced as if he had no choice but to do so. We were the only Hispanics in the restaurant. I hope that wasn't the reason why the service was poor. The food was mediocre. We should of just went to McDonald's which is across the street. My friend and I used to come here all the time because you could smoke inside. We would sit in the corner booth, eat pie, smoke cigarettes, and drink cup after cup of coffee at like 2am. Waited at the counter for almost ten minutes while server talked with another server. Finally a manager came over and said are you coming in...??? Really! Waited over 45 min for server to tell us our order was messed up and was being remade. We got our meal finally and still was wrong multiple things missing juice toast syrup etc. Also it was so cold other customers were saying the same thing. It was very cold, as if the air con was broken, I was literally freezing in there. The Alaskan salmon I ordered was unfortunately very dry, even the lemon I drizzled over didn't help. The cesar salad's dressing was not of my taste and the lettuce was very cold, as if it was coming right out of the fridge. The server was nice, though he was very busy handling every guest in the restaurant, which you could recognize. I will probably never visit Denny's again and I would not recommend anyone who isn't missing a tongue or taste buds to go there either. read more

The most amazing thing about this location is Linda, our server. We stop in 3 or 4 times a year on our way from Vegas to The AZ Cardinals football game. She is always there and greets us so kindly. She remembers what we like and always makes us feel welcome. The food is always perfect. Love stopping here. read more

Don't go very often anymore. Visits are always enjoyable and the staff are always kind and helpful. Not gonna lie, sometimes I just want to go for coffee because they have hazelnut creamer now and that is a big factor for me. Prices are decent and they have a $2 $4 $6 $8 menu for those that would like to go out but on a budget. read more

Denny's is the butt of many a joke by glib comedians, but this place is top drawer and delivers exactly what it promises. I had breakfast on Christmas Day 2014 during an unexpected trip to California. I had a typical egg and bacon breakfast with coffee and observed the room. Friendly, prompt service was evident. Breakfast was prepared by a capable fry cook. It was such a nice way to start the day, and I tipped accordingly. Will definitely find them again when passing through. Apparently the Denny's at the Flying J is better than the little one across the street lol. As a former trucker I have to tell you, always go where the truckers go. Anyway, I go to this Denny's often with my wife and two little ones. The staff are excellent and always willing to go out of their way to help. Went for breakfast this morning after church was very busy we got seated right away and got our drinks quickly. Got a waffle breakfast it was great and hot and they cooked my bacon extra crispy just like I asked them too. My mom was very pleased with her food also was very clean and will go back again. I visited a Dennys in Arizona a few months ago and I'm pretty sure it was this one but I could be mistaken. The service was okay but the staff a little strange, but thats neither here nor there. The main focus of this review is that I wanted to say if you're ever really tired and need to take a nap in a public place where people won't really question or bother you, Dennys is your place. I ordered a side of veggies and rice and got really tired and laid my head down to rest and no one batted an eye at it. For that, I thank you strange Denny's staff. read more

This Dennys is located inside the Flying J. I have dined there several times when I've been in Kingman in the past and it was alway good. This last time however, the staff was exceptional, the food was excellent and they even have a gluten free menu! The manager Mary was very knowledgeable about gluten and managed the cooking of my food. The staff including Debbie, Jade and the cook went out of their way to make sure I received a gluten free meal. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended it! read more

After we were seated we waited over 15 minutes just to get our drink order taken. Others who came in after us were well on their way to finishing their meal. Then we waited another 30 to 45 minutes to get only half of our order. It was cold rubbery eggs and potatoes. Meanwhile our waitress is laughing and having a great time with others instead of just doing her job. Finally I told the manager who tried to remake our order and got the rest of our order but got it wrong. Never going back to that dennys. read more
