Honestly quite surprised by the quality of the food and service in a Dennys. The restaurant itself was quite empty so thankfully all of our food came out super quick. Our waitress was on point and constantly checking on us. She was a little forgetful here and there, in the beginning she forgot my moms coffee and I heard her apologizing to another table for being forgetful but besides that she was running around taking most of the tables that had sat down so she had plenty on her plate. Our food was quick and delicious. my dads steak was a little tough and they were out of onion rings today but they do have a notice on the front door apologizing about shortages. I got the Hot Nashville chicken sandwich, which was believe it or not, pretty dang hot! but still super good. Everything was cooked fresh and ready to go. The only thing we did notice was that the place wasn't super clean. The rug was kinda dirty and there was like a display menu thing on our table that looked like it had dried up hot sauce sprayed on it. Absolutely the worst experience we ever had at a service based business. I have a service dog and before we were even seated the manager yelled, "the dog must be under the table" from across the room. Once we got to our table and as we were putting down a towel for my service; the area was filthy; he yelled it out again. This behavior is demeaning and disrespectful for me, my family and the entire restaurant who witnessed this. My wife, my service dog and myself walked out and as we did so customers apologized for the treatment we received. I would give ZERO stars if I could. read more

Sue is a real genuine article! I love her youthful and personable service. She is beautiful inside and out. She doesn't need to write anything down because she is good like that. Worst host service ever, I called before coming to ask if they allowed pets and was told they did and has no waiting time. We came in 5 min later there was a 20 min waiting time for the patio (understandable). We waited for 45 min, until I asked how much longer and was told my party was already seated. Been to this Dennys a few times and usually its fine but yesterday, holy hell was a mess. Picked up a to go order as always and brought it him. Chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and mixed veg's. First off chicken fried steak needs gravy, the more the better. Well this had maybe 2 tablespoons on each patty. Disappointing. Next we checked out the potatoes and veg's. Worse then disappointing, mashed potatoes were runny and veg's mushy. Cook, staff and management all responsible for food ether going out to floor or take out. Should have been returned to kitchen and done over. Such a shame, not many restaurants here in LE and they are so close to our house. Now we'll have to drive all the way to IHOP by Home Depot, which has never disappointed. This place is filthy! I went to this location today around 1pm and I didn't last ten minutes. Floor covered in crumbs, tables had residue all over. There was a large dead roach on the floor which was the last straw. The place was not busy so idk how the hostess or someone else was not cleaning. Just visited this morning and from the moment I walked in they were so friendly. I was greeted and seated right away and the table was clean. My favorite breakfast is the moon over my hammies and I always custom order it with a different type of cheese. It came out hot and perfectly made the way I love it. I went to this location a couple nights ago to avoid the fires that were by the other locations around us. I initially didn't want to go here because of a bad experience i had a couple years ago, but I was amazed by the 180 degree difference I saw this time. I saw a huge difference, due to the new manager, everyone was so welcoming, Larry welcomed us with such an inviting attitude, the food was done exactly how we ordered! I walked up to Beth, the new GM, and she was also amazing, had great customer relations. I finally felt comfortable going to the bathroom here. I have to say I've been very pleased with Denny's to go. They have done a better job making my wife and I happy than a lot of more upscale places. We usually get breakfast slams, and everything is hot and tasty even after a 10 minute drive home. The main compliment I want to give them is on their eggs. I always want my eggs to be scrambled EASY or SOFT, but it's hit or miss with that. It seems in my experience with restaurants that half the time they just nuke them like normal, which very much disappoints me. Even local breakfast places like Annie's and VIP's Cafe are inconsistent in this area. I've ordered a number of times, and the eggs are always been damn near perfect, like I did them myself. Please give my compliments to the cooks for that. It makes all the difference in the world to me. Also, there is a lady who I think is a manager at night- I think her name was Beth or Ruth. I have to compliment her for being very attentive and handling things professionally. One night I had to return because they forgot my seasoned fries, which BTW are really good. I returned, and the hostess said they forgot to put them in the bag and would put in for a fresh batch. I was sitting there, annoyed because it was an inconvenience and it was late at night. I didn't want to be there. The whole thing is a half hour ordeal. But she came over eventually and offered me a soda. That little gesture is a great thing to do, because even though it's not a big deal I was suddenly not in a bad mood anymore, and I even got a refill to go. And she's been good to me a couple of times, so I wanted to put that out there. read more

Usually I get Dennys to go but today I decided to go and sit down with my family. It is a pretty clean Dennys and the people are inviting the bathroom was ok but I came to eat not to evaluate the bathrooms! I waited to be seated with my family the wait was 20 mins which was fast on a Sunday. So I ordered eggs scrambled with cheese hash browns crispy and french toast. My order was perfect thanks to my server Julia she was so polite and made the suggestion to order French toast and my hash browns crispy. My coffee was always full and my server was always checking in on us. My family and I had a great experience this Sunday afternoon and I would recommend anyone to dine in if your in the area. read more

I just got a call back after calling the health department on this facility after I got really sick, they have been using the impounded fridge even though you guys responded to my review saying it hadn't been used and was out of usage and THEY STILL HAD BEEN USING IT. I was also told they stored their eggs improperly which caused temperature spoilage...do not eat here if you don't wish to be tied to the bathroom vomiting & have harsh stomach pains. I hope you guys enjoy the fine from the health department because you guys failed to even meet the basic requirements needed to even serve safe food. read more

Decided to come here to take advantage of their Tuesday Kids eat free deal. I've always enjoyed Denny's restaurants and go whenever I'm craving some breakfast with pancakes. Now this particular location has bad reviews so I was not sure what to expect. I must say the visit wasn't as bad as I anticipated. The food was great and of course it was awesome to not have to pay for the kids so the bill wasn't bad at all. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Now we came at a wrong time because it was somewhat busy and they were short staff. Don't know if they don't have enough employees or someone called in. Of course when a restaurant is short staffed on a somewhat busy night, you can expect to have to wait longer than usual for your food. I have worked in a restaurant and refuse to give a bad review for something that is out of the control of the employees. So to the waitress that worked her hardest while being by herself, good job. One bad thing however is the cleanliness of the place, it could use some improvement. read more
