I went to Denny's with my Husband and Grandchildren Saturday. The Manager seated us we waited about 20 min asw we notices the waiters was already serving others that had come after us. The manger noticed we had not even gotten water or utensils yet. He said he was really disturbed by this. He went over and spoke to the waiter, and he still did not come over. We got up after 25 min and Left. The manger said he would serve us himself we did not need to leave, but at this point there is know way I could eat food they had prepared. I have never felt so disrespected and discriminated against in my life. I will be doing a formal complaint . If the server feels he cant serve African Americans he has no business working there or serving anyone food because you never know what he could be doing to people he is forced to serve. Came yesterday with my brother and family with a group of 8. The people here seem to know my family since they come once a week, and they seem to be very nice and remember how they like their food. The restaurant is just like any other Dennys kept clean, same look, feel, and nothing that really sticks out. I stood in line for 10 mins to put our name on the list to get a table the line did not to move at all. After 10 mins 2 people cut in line to pay their bill and the girl at the counter didn't say a word. No organization and beyond slow. Raised my expectations for no reason! Friday night outing with family around 8 pm, and they are in between shifts. 30 minutes for shift change, and only 2 waitresses. Management problem. Needless to say, we didn't get our order in until 20 minutes after being seated. We were seated away from everyone else in the dining area because our party of 5 was too large. Asked about my food after about 30min wait. Was told it was the 4th ticket in place. Waited over 30 more minutes to get order WTF! 30min to get to 4th order! Tickets were all over the place. Cooks were getting the meals out but the other attendants were just not organized. Restaurant full of ppl inside no social distance being displayed. Manager was only tending to GrubbHub and leaving all other orders waiting. My order had already been cooked and just sitting there. My food was cold and nasty what a waste of my time and money. Bad customer service. We were going about once to twice a month. We were always seated last. Food took a long time to get served. We always had to ask for cutlery and they would look annoyed when we did ask. Portions, my husband usually get French toast slam, in other dennys it's usually four big slices at this location it's a small bread they use and this last time we went they only gave him 2 slices. I'm forced to eat at Denny's all over the Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange County areas because I eat breakfast at 5:30AM and this restaurant other than Norms and IHOP are the only ones open at this time. This Denny's is by far the worst Denny's next to one that I went to in the San Bernardino area. But I would actually rank this one as the worst because everything was bad about it. This is actually the second time I've been here. I usually give benefit of the doubt the first time. The first time I went into the restaurant, while I walked in, a man walked out giving me a thumbs down which I thought was kind of funny at the time. I don't know if he was served or if he was ignored when he walked in. So the first time I came in, I was only the second person in the restaurant, but the hostess was talking to the only customer so much that she had not noticed me for about 10 minutes. I was about to walk out, but then she noticed me. At that time, the Denny's was dark, the hostess was not attentive, the coffee was warm to cold, and the food served was warm to cold. When I came in the second time, I was like "Oh no, not this Denny's again". I realized this was the same Denny's that I went to a few weeks ago, same hostess. This time the coffee was even colder. I ordered the same meal with the same issues of the meal being warm to cold, but this time the order was wrong. I asked for over easy eggs and I got scrambled eggs instead. Twice is bad enough for me!! I'm not going to this Denny's anymore. Have to look for another place open this early. read more

my friends and i come here at midnight at LEAST once a week and it's so fun. Jimmy is our favorite server and we are absolutely distraught when he's not there. Jimmy is so funny and friendly. he always makes us a special milkshake that's not on the menu (and i can't tell you what it is because it's OURS.) anyways we love Jimmy so much and he deserves a raise. 10/10 service, cant wait to go again read more

DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY Went in today for breakfast this Denny's is so DIRTY. The blinds has so much dust on it 3" thick, the front area is dirty and the restroom OMG no toilet paper, seat covers all over the floor, the sink and toilets were filthy and there was dry blood on the floor. It smelled of urine and no soap at the sink. The carpet is so dirty and stained, just awful. Our server a young boy looked like he had just rolled out of bed. He gave us great service but he needed help. The food was great but makes you wonder how clean is the kitchen. Management needs to get on it and get that place cleaned up and stay on it. We go often to this location and in the last 6 months it has gone down hill. You might want to rethink this location. read more

I would give a no star if I could. The service is terrible and unorganized. First We were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait and it took over an hour to get a table (other groups of the same size who got here after us were seated before us). Once seated our waitress didn't come by to get drink orders or food orders for another 10-20 minutes while tables next to us that were seated after us were brought drinks and were ordering food. Once ordered it took another 45 minutes to get our mediocre food. We normally eat all the time at the Denny's near us, so it's not the restaurant chain, it is this particular establishment, staff and management. We will never eat here again! read more

I just want to give a special shout out to all of the servers and cooks. My daughter and I sat at the bar and watched how hard they were all working to make sure everyone was getting their food on a timely matter. I saw the cooks working their butt off and multi tasking like crazy, I saw the servers running around getting what they needed for their tables and most of all concerned on the food coming out on time. I saw the teamwork amd how they all helped each other. Which was awesome! Sometimes we don't realize how hard it is to to do others job and from what I saw they hustle like no other and did great! I've never been the type to walk out of a restaurant, but I waked in with my family at 10:00pm today. We got seated right away, there was only one sever who was just clocking in an apologize for taking a while to get our drink/food order. It started getting busy, and all the other tables who got there after us got their drinks right away. We waited for 45 min and yet no drinks, I asked to speak to a manager and she was taking her sweet time. I just let an employee know that we have been waiting for 45 min with no drinks given to us, they need more employees but of course Managment won't staff more employees. October 14, 2019. The lady working the front that night. (I'm assuming she was the manager) (turns out her name was Brittany) Man, she was on some next-level kind of rude. My friend walks up and says that he'd like to pay for his part of the meal, and the lady cut him off before he could even say what he was paying. She rudely says "So you're splitting your check?", with all kinds of negativity on her face. My friend responds yes, and again, before he can even finish what he's saying, she cuts him off again saying, "Wait. Can you wait a minute?", all rudely again for no reason. We were just about to pay and we had to split our check 3 ways and she's talking all this smack in front of us. She's muttering under her breath stuff. She even talks down on her own coworkers saying, "Ugh I hate when they(her coworkers) don't tell them to split ahead of time. Because now I have to do it." Even her coworker working next to her said, "you're all sassy tonight", but it's pretty obvious that's her coworker trying to tell her to watch her tone because her attitude was as clear as night and day.
