It is a Denny's. No matter where you are, service and food seems subpar. It was 5am on a Sunday morning. The place had a decent amount of late night attendees. There was ONE server, ONE cashier, and top flight security. The little b***h at the counter had very nasty attitude because the line was long, she was slow, and had to seat people and cash them out. Apparently, the job was too difficult for her to handle. Haha!! However, no one told her to be skill-LESS...and work for minimum wage...at a restaurant...in Vegas...on a weekend...late nights/early mornings...where clubs are footsteps away! I think my review says enough. As for the waiter with the glasses, he was super cool and helpful. He gets 5 stars for juggling so many tables. read more

We overcame that urge to do the cheap steak and egg breakfast in a casino somewhere in wound up at Denny's at 5:30 AM after a quick trip to Starbucks. Really glad we did because I don't think I've ever received this good of service & as great an attitude as we got here from Jaywan M. (it was so exceptional I took a picture of the receipt so I could Yelp his name. This guy could teach customer service to corporations if he wanted to. I hope he goes far.) Food was Denny's which I usually enjoy for breakfast. Bottomless decent coffee. Eggs over easy cooked right. Wife had a huge side salad with plenty of goodies. read more

Beware of this Denny's location in Vegas that charges a $10.00 parking fee to eat. This location Does Not Have Free Parking For Locals or Visitors. (No express curbside takeout service available) This Denny's does not have a to-go or a food pick-up parking area. If you want to order a to-go or a food pick-up you must pay the $10.00 parking fee and walk very far from the paid parking lot and go all the way upstairs. The last time that I tried to go to this location the people taking the parking fee demanded that I pay them they were very rude, very bad customer service skills. Sorry this Denny's location is very inconvenient and to expensive to park they lost me as a customer. read more

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A MOBILITY SCOOTER. My handicapped mother was turned away!! The gentleman that was working said she needs to park it outside because they can't accommodate the scooter. His attitude towards her was very distasteful and made her very embarrassed and uncomfortable. As my mother was leaving he made a comment "imagine if everyone had a scooter!?". I called and talked to the manager Jose Sanchez and he said "Yes if they have no room she would have to park it outside." I said "Why would she park it outside when it could get stolen and the scooter is an extension of her mobility?" He said it can't be stolen without a key. He assured me the matter would be handled. I will never really know if its handled or not. I did call the GM Eduardo and he was very professional and agreed things were unacceptable and should've been handled differently. He mentioned he'd talk to Jose and find out who was working at the time who originally wouldn't accommodate my mother. This Dennys need training on not discriminating against disabled people. Any public place of service should provide reasonable accommodations to disabled patrons. This is HIGHLY against the law to not provide such. read more

This location was perfect for a late night meal after a few shenanigans. Wasn't sure what I was in the mood for, but this place has such a variety of everything, couldn't go wrong. When we came in there was plenty of seating, and the staff was very prompt and courteous. I was especially surprised with our server, who continually made sure we were taken care of. We ordered hot tea, Steak, Chicken fried steak, and French Toast. The tea came out with honey on the plate. This made me happy. Most places that are diner- esque have sugar packets ect in their condiment style bowl. The food satisfied our needs, especially for the time we were in there. Denny's now offers a wedding package for you to get married in their chapel for $199.00, then even have a photo booth area. Only in Vegas Location is Neonopolis - parking is garage, street, or lots. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst experience I've ever had. We waited more than 30 minutes to even get acknowledged by a server and then waited almost 1 1/2 hours for our food while multiple parties who arrived after us got their food and even left before our food arrived. Once we decided to get up and leave, they kept telling us they would get our food 1/2 off but the rest of our party that was sat separately from us where already done with their food, so they then put our food to go and have it to us for free, then when we got to our car to eat , none of the food was even what we ordered. read more

Best service ever! I'm not a fan of Denny's, in fact, I haven't gone in years. But it was 1 AM and nothing else was open. None of my family nor I had a drop to drink, because we don't drink, so this is a pure honest review. Our server, Lesley, was so interactive and relatable! She truly was the best server I've ever met. Put a big smile on our faces even through the cold windy weather outside. She makes a mean Strawberry Mango Lemonade Mix, and if you ask, she might make you other combos! In addition, the food was very good. I was very surprised, the Alaskan Salmon was juicy and flavorful, and the Double Berry Banana breakfast pancakes were very good, the mix between the sweet bananas and the tangy strawberries really create the perfect balance. For dessert, we had the 3 desserts in the photos of the back of the menu and they were amazing! The Oven Baked Carmel Apple Pie Crisp was delicious, and perfect balance sweet and salty! Make sure you order that when getting drinks in the beginning because it takes a while to bake! If you have a sweet tooth, the Lava Cookie Skillet is your go-to! Finally, the New York Style Cheesecake was very good! Not pasty, and not too sweet! If you like cheesecake, that is the best choice! read more

Typically, I don't frequent chain restaurants. I was bringing my daughter out in the morning for breakfast, and this was the only place open at the time for us to sit down and eat. They sat us almost immediately, the staff was extremely courteous and nice. Our server Barbara A went above and beyond to make sure that our meal was perfect, she asked the right questions, made suggestions and was all around a great person. Miss Vesaun stepped right up, made sure our orders were handled rapidly, and when we left made sure we even had to go coffee cups ready with the creamers loaded in them. This was the Tuesday my wife's cleaning lady comes. Every two weeks, I come back from the gym, shower quickly, and then make a quick escape from the two so I don't have to hear their silly chatter. More important, they want me the hell out of the way! I needed to make a stop downtown anyway so I quickly decided to head for this Denny's. I've driven by after a show several times and I wanted to try it. I parked in the city owned garage below Neonopolis and it's a short walk one flight up to get to the store areas and the Denny's. The entrance is on the side. I ordered a Start Up omelette which is a 3 egg omelette with a choice of cheese and comes with toast and hash browns or grits. I got tomato slices instead of the toast and grits. I had already been brought fresh coffee. The omelette was a standard one with a fair amount of cheese inside. The tomato slices were a nice change from the carbs of the breakfast sides. The plate was one of the hottest plates I've touched in quite awhile and it kept the breakfast warm while I ate. My server was a young woman who was very pleasant. She brought me some Cholula as requested. That's always a bonus. One criticism--the small booths are really small!! It would be hard to fit two standard sized adults in the space. I pushed the table almost to the far side of the booth. Sit at the counter or outside. A couple of things. They advertise that this is the only Denny's in the world with a wedding chapel. Well, not really. There's an area with some wedding photos on the wall and if you want to get married at Denny's in downtown Las Vegas, that's where it will be. They move the tables aside and you exchange your vows there. I am aware from the news that there has been a wedding here. Well, the licenses are sold only a few blocks away. Second thing, the parking in the garage below Neonopolis is so convenient. Denny's does not validate for this city owned garage but I had no payment due when I left. perhaps it was the time of day, the day of the week, or merely the fact that I was here for less than an hour. This Denny's is beautiful lol, I love the decor there's just something about it. Came in at about 10pm my father and I both ordered steak medium rare and OH MY GOD. It was definitely the best steak we've both ever had. Can you believe it lol! Not fatty at all! And a very decent size for the price! The red potatos and the squash and zucchini are super delicious! We both ordered cokes, I took a sip of mine and it tasted hella nasty, like they done mixed it up with all kinds of soda. I didn't want to ask my waitress for another one because she wasn't exactly friendly either. So I sucked it up and just took couple sips. Just a tip if you go after 10pm they stop serving soup. When we were done with our meal and were standing by the register to pay, it took a while for someone to come and help us. Other then that and the soda I'd say it was a good dinner. read more

This Dennys is cool. They are very busy and popular. I live near a neighborhood Dennys so there are always seats waiting for you to sit in. But here we had to wait a bit this Wednesday night. All good. The manager alerted us of the wait and then the hostess that came on shift also helped us as soon as she was settled in. They said they are short handed so that explains why their lll so long to seat people and feed them. But it's neat here. The workers are in good spirits. I'm glad they're open. Was tired and hungry after walking around on Fremont stopped in this location. We got sat down and water given to us. Our order was taken. Then our waitress disappeared. No water refills and no food after a half an hour. People who were seated after us were served. We got up and left. No one noticed. I've ate at this location before and they are always slow, but this time we were abandoned. Probably won't be back. You're better off going elsewhere. Service here is terrible. read more
