Our experience at the 3397 S Las Vegas Bl Was great. (06-05-23) Pedro Is an awesome server. Very friendly, made sure we had our soft drinks and water while we waited. Food was great and actually hot. Have us to go cups for our Nevada when we were about to leave. 98 degrees outside.Super impressed. (632pm) 5 Stars for Pedro. We had been there the day before, maybe 5 other tables of guest ( very slow time 3:57pm). Our server, Yvonne was pleasant however food came cold, not correct order, order was microwaved, no bacon nor avocado, plain hamburger, fries cold. Really great service! I have ordered for Pick up from this location twice. The food is always ready when I arrive and they are quick. They usually have a waiting line for people waiting to get seated. When I arrived I went straight inside and asked for my order. They went to the back to get it. They were missing my drinks so the waiter went back to get them. Overall the food was great! I ordered the lumberjack family meal. It comes with a lot of food and my family of 5 ate and we still had food leftover. read more

I haven't been to a Denny's in a very very long time. However, I was vacationing in Las Vegas and luck was not exactly in my favor at the casinos and I was actually tired of paying overpriced bills for hotel restaurants on the strip so I decided to have a meal at this restaurant on December 18, 2019. I walk in and am greeted immediately with a smile and quickly seated. My waitress was Dina and she was very personable and helpful. I was hungry and shortly after I ordered my food, my salad came out. It was fresh and good. Then my creamy potato soup came shortly thereafter and that was tasty too. Then my french toast slam meal arrived and I really enjoyed that too and there was plenty for me to take in a to go container to have before my flight early the next morning. It wasn't crowded at all here and I was appreciative that while Dina was personable, she respected my time there to leave me be and peacefully eat my grub. She checked on me and I thought she was simply awesome. I enjoyed my visit there. My only gripe is that my pictures show that staff needed to have the place cleaner as there was garbage on the floor in the aisle and at an empty booth. Hence, 4 stars instead of 5. When I come back to Vegas, I will definitely come back to this Denny's - it's been around for 65 years so that says alot. Thank you. read more

The staff were polite and the food was decent, however I feel the cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking, as the floors were filthy and covered with debris. Another thing to mention would be the layout of the entrance. You take an escalator up and then you arrive at the hostess stand, but after you check in you must backtrack through a crowd of people which I could see being difficult when busy. The waitress became hostile as soon as we sat down because we wanted to look at the menu. The vibe of the place was get out as fast as possible, which contradicts the first core value of "Guest First" as stated on the official Denny's website. There is no system for the wait line so everyone was getting mad and the hostesses didn't keep track of who was there first so giving tables to people that just walked in while there is a line of 5 parties before them. They didn't write down any names or parties. We didn't get seen after we were sitting for 25 minutes. Waiting on the food for over an hour and nobody to bring back our coffee after they went to get a refill for us. Waited an hour for our coffee cups to come back to us because no one came by. Very disappointed with our experience here. After waiting 20 minutes the manger sat a group of 12 who just came in the door in front of us. Also, we have a food allergy and specifically asked for no bacon on our order however the food was delivered with bacon embedded in the sandwich. Luckily we noticed before eating it and saved us a trip to the hospital. Waitress indicated they would take the item off the bill, but then the manager came over and grilled us about why it should be removed. He said, we'll it was delivered correctly the second time.
