From the moment my party and I walked in, Marie greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. Throughout the entire meal, Marie went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. She was attentive, friendly, and truly dedicated to providing top-notch service. Despite the restaurant being busy, Marie remained calm and composed, never once making us feel rushed or neglected. Not only was Marie incredibly efficient in taking our orders and delivering our food promptly, but she also took the time to check on us regularly to see if we needed anything else. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for our satisfaction truly made our dining experience memorable. In addition to her exceptional service, Marie's positive attitude and infectious energy added to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Her professionalism and genuine kindness were evident in every interaction we had with her. Overall, I cannot recommend Marie's service at Denny's highly enough. She is a true asset to the restaurant, and her dedication to providing exceptional customer service deserves recognition. Please notice the 5-star rating. Not kidding. My sister and I have been eating here for years. Sometimes 3-5 times a week. We have experienced many changes within their staffing. Its the industry; hospitality. Servers and cooks come and go. However, the ones that love their craft and are truly dedicated in providing a pleasant dining experience for their guests; are the ones that I love to recognize and see them shine. I believe the current staff at our Dennys has the drive to go above and beyond what is in their job description. I witness co-worker support with a smile and thank you. They have all the tools they need for success and I must say with Crystal as their manager it has become evident that her guidance and straight-forward, no nonsense approach in food and beverage is developing a stronger staff of proud employees. Sorry, but I am NEVER coming back to this Denny's location again. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich (which has bacon) in it and the cooks messed it up the first time. I got a bacon cheeseburger instead. I had to wait at least ten more minutes to get the correct order. This time, it had no bacon so I had to get it on the side. The waitresses were extremely hostile and lacked empathy. I had to be firm and demand that the meal be free. Sad part is that I was with my bible study group and I misrepresented Jesus Christ with my upset attitude and I showed a very dark side to my church friends who've always seen me me happy and content no matter where we go. If I ever eat a Denny's again, it won't be at this location. I personally don't want to get to a point where I have to cross off EVERY Denny's restaurant in the USA or abroad. read more

I was having a terrible day today and I figured I could use a cup of coffee and a moment of reflection when I notice a Danny's and I enjoy Danny's coffee. My waitress name was Marie and she was one of the nices people you will ever meet and I could tell she really enjoyed her job. To make a long story short, I went from buy a cup of coffee to ordering a meal and truly enjoyed every moment I spent at Denny's today. The food was perfect, the coffee was great and Marie was nothing short of excellent. I recently had one of my very best experiences at Denny's at the Eastern and Serene location. Due to needing to meet a friend, we chose to meet at this location. At some Denny's locations, when you need to be with somewhere for awhile, even if not busy, you feel rushed. I can honestly say both the food and service was top notch. The server, Mike, was extermely nice when serving. He would watch and only come over if he thought we needed refills. If the restaurant wouod have been full, we would have probably hurried. Again, the food was great, and the aervice from Mike was even better! Thank you Denny's...I will be back again...soon!!! read more

Every morning I come to this place with my boyfriend to have breakfast. And we love the way Maribel welcomes us and serves us. To us she is one of the best waitresses ever! You should consider her as manager! She even remembers what we usually order and is so fast in her service.. Always with a nice smile and very kind! I wish there were more Maribel in other Denny's places. The food is good as always. Even if I would appreciate bigger portion, like in the past years. Please, also consider to lower your prices like in the past to attract more people. Nowadays there is lots of competitive places. We still remain addicted to this one anyway read more

I like to come to my Dennis location at 9320 S. Eastern Ave in Henderson, NV. in several occasions my server has been Mai. she is excellent in every special way: very attentive, respectful, helpful, sweet, fast server and most of all she is kind and her excellent customer service brings me back every time. The manager in this location: Rudy is very pleasant also. i hardly see a manager picking up plates, running to the front to help people in the register when they pay their bill and having time to meet the customers in their tables. I love this place and I'll continue coming to have a pleasant dinner with pleasant customer service. read more

Denny's has the best breakfast. It's my routine to get breakfast at the Eastern Ave location every Saturday and the staff knows me now. My favorite is hash browns covered and smothered which means country gravy, onions and cheese. I also like bell pepper but didn't know the best way to order it. Marie was my server who told me to ask for fajita blend which means bell pepper and onions. I've ordered them that way since. Marie is awesome with quick friendly service and never forgets my orders. I highly recommend the Denny's on Eastern Ave they have a great manager and friendly staff but I always ask for Marie if she's working. read more

The 5 stars are for the waiter, Sam and for the cleanliness Denny's is wonderful. He is very friendly, very attentive and we get service with a smile. He definitely keeps the restaurant clean. He likes his job. As for the manager, CeCe, she seems rude at times & sometimes she's nice. I would give her 2-1/2 stars. She doesn't seem to put the customers first. Tells us that everything has to be cooked well done and that we can't ask for things a certain way. My family and I have been coming to this Denny's for over 10 years , and just like any customer at any restaurant we've had a fair share of great service and not so great service . In our more recent visits here we've had the pleasure of having Suzanne as our waitress and she has been amazing every time providing us with wonderful service . Now anytime we come to eat at Denny's we look for Suzanne to serve us . We always order from Dennys on Doordash and it's always been great. The food is always fresh no matter if you're getting breakfast, lunch or dinner. I've ordered the bacon avocado bacon burger and I am never disappointed, I especially love the bread they use and the seasoned fries are simply great and crispy. My husband always gets the lumberjack breakfast platter and I was genuinely surprised at how well it's made, it sure beats other restaurants that are around the area. 10/10 if I could rate this location, anytime we have walked in after work the staff is welcoming and the place is clean. read more

I try to keep an open mind when it comes to any place to eat. Got here around 7ish and there was people but not to the point where your waiting for a hour. I got my food and it was expected for Denny's or any kind of eatery. The server was on top of things despite juggling 4 tables. I may have waited a little to get my ketchup but that was understandable given the size of the other tables. The only reason why it's a 4 star is that my seats felt really sticky as if soda was spilled on it and it was not cleaned properly. Other than that it was an enjoyable experience. read more

My boyfriend and I enjoy coming to Dennys on Eastern & Serene, usually for breakfast. Our waitress, Marie, makes us feel so welcome when we walk in the door with her smile and helpful attitude. Marie is a hard worker and always takes care of us. She even remembers our order! Not only does she waitress, but cleans tables, does pickup orders, and works the front register. Kudos to Marie! My preferred location and my place to enjoy my family's breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Sunday time. The food is great and amazing amounts of food. Staff is always frien. My family and I frequently visit Denny's and we always ask for Mike because he takes great care of us and never has messed up our order once. He always anticipates the needs of my family and I and we appreciate that especially because we have to usually get in and out quickly due to other obligations. As someone with a large family of 6 it's hard to dine out and find seating to accommodate us all. This location has always been able to get us seated even last minute without making reservations. The food is great and always served hot. The manager Gabby is awesome as she always comes to the tables to greet the costumer and check on the server of her staff.
