We were seated promptly and we gave our orders to Adriana K. The service was courteous but it was not extensive. (How can you mess up breakfast?) My wife had a skillet and I had the Hearty Grains Pancakes with Eggs/Bacon & Fresh Fruit. The flapjacks were tasty and different. The rest was adequate. When we left, the waiting area was full of hungry patrons. That was at about 10:30. Be forewarned, if you want your most important meal to be stress free......GET UP EARLY! Silly Denny. Denny's is for late night eats. We all know that. Especially after a car meet. But Denny wasn't home last night, but a waitress named Alex was. I felt bad for Alex. She already had a birthday party in one corner, a huge family in the other and in walks my party of 20 plus. We waited a few minutes for staff to put the tables together then seated us smack in the middle of the diner. Alex began taking our drink orders, which took a while since there was so many of us. So the Vanilla iced coffee had a double date with each other. My beast as I call him. (Hes the beast because he Benches 420 or so) had his coffee and I had mine. Alex brought us 3 refills each. Somehow my third one disappeared, I looked to my right and he was pouring mine into his cup. *sigh* Coffee was good, not as sweet as I like it, but it was good. Alex took our orders, which took about 15 minutes. After we ordered we actually walked to Sams club about 1/2 mile away looking for a phone and when we came back, food was coming out. I was feeling like breakfast so I had the ultimate omlette which had crumbled Bacon, sausage, grilled onions, roasted peppers some mushrooms and Cheddar cheese. I asked for no tomatoes. It was paired with roasted red potatoes and sourdough buttered bread and strawberry jam. It was so tastey. The roasted peppers gave it what it needed for a kick. But it did need more cheese. I didn't need more cheese but I wanted some. So ask for extra cheese. The potatoes were already alright. I'm not a huge potatoe fan anyway. The toast was hot and buttery, I ate 2 pieces. Alex did good with our party. The entire check was not that expensive and paid by a very cool non yelper. Let's be honest, Denny's isn't exactly the most high class restaurant. They aren't known for their great quality of food. When I think of Denny's I think late night food when no other place is open so that is your only option. I can remember countless times I had come here late at night with friends after seeing a movie or way back when I would go to the nearby hookah lounge. This place isn't the fanciest. It's cheap food for a cheap price. That's it. So if you go there not expecting much they won't let you down. There's never really more than 2 or possibly 3 employees working at once. I guess they find that enough to handle the late night customers. So you get service quickly. They are pretty much prompt with tending to customers, as long as it's not busy. There are times I've come here and it's slow at first then as the night progress's and more people get the munchies then it will slowly start to get busy. But people are pretty quick with eating then being on their merry way so it is never completely packed inside. I guess the reason for two stars is the past few times I've come and ordered their build your own burger the quality is just AWFUL! Literally I don't see how they can serve such disgusting food. I should have learned my lesson and just ordered their pancakes but hey, I got a craving for a burger. The patty is the most horrid tasting meat I've ever had. It tasted like it had been frozen for ages then thrown onto the grill for a few minutes to heat it up. The bacon was so sad. Definitely not crispy like it should have been. Just overall horrible tasting. I barely even ate half of my burger. Lesson learned: if you come to Denny's the only good items is their pancakes and their biscuits and gravy. This is just from my personal experience. Keep in mind the only times I've really dined here has been late at night so maybe it is different from their normal hours? Doubt it but that still could be something to consider. If I ever come back then breakfast it is! Nothing else will be an option. read more

When I pulled into the spot and called the manager answered the phone very politely and explains that the system didn't properly print out my online order and asked if I wouldn't mind clarifying my order. I came inside to help them out and she is very kind and apologetic she asks if there's anything she can do because of the mistake I tell her it's no worries. Despite the little hiccup (which was the Dennys online portals fault not theirs) the staff at this location were amazing! The food was delicious & fresh. Like I mentioned in a recent review, I don't usually take the time to review a chain restaurant unless my experience is notably good or bad. Also, it seems as though we have been sticking pretty close to home these days and most of the restaurants nearby are chains. My family and I came in for dessert this evening on 10/6. The young, dark haired gentleman with the beard who waited on us, provided excellent service. Him and another nice gentleman, took care of every customer that was in the restaurant. They know what "service with a smile" is. We felt welcomed and taken care of. I look forward to returning for a meal. This Denny's is not short on good service and yummy desserts. read more

Gabby may be the best server on the planet; as enthusiastic as she is efficient, and her coffee's always perfect! I'm generally not a fan of medium roasts but she's able to brew one without an aftertaste. This particular Denny's has multiple fantastic staff members: Yoshio (anime pins sparkling like his personality) Bianca, Josseline, Jacqueline, Will -- hopefully I didn't miss anyone. They all deserve a handsome bonus. Also this is the only Denny's where I'll reliably order a Grand Slamwich. Others occasionally turn the potato bread into a grease trap, but the food here is noticeably not greasy, and more flavorful than others in the chain. My family and I came here after finding that a new diner we wanted to try was going to have an hour wait. Kind of our fault, since we didn't get out of the house till after 10am on a Sunday. We looked on Yelp! and saw that this Denny's had a 3 star rating, which is pretty standard for any American diner. When we arrived, the host (Calvin) let us know that it was going to be a 50 minute wait. Considering that this is equal to the wait we'd likely be facing elsewhere, we decided to stay. 30 mins later, Calvin popped out to the parking lot where we were sitting to wait, and let us know that our table was ready. We were seated and Alexandra, our server, headed right over to ask for our drink order. 3 of us ordered their new cold brew coffee and 1 ordered a Sprite. My cold brew came out sweet, which was the opposite of what I asked for, and Alexandra promptly corrected that error. About 15 mins later, our food came out, hot and fresh and really delicious! I've been going to Denny's off and on since the late 1990s, and I'll say that it's rare to find the quality of food and level of service among various locations of this franchise that we experienced today. For reference, we ordered: Double Berry Pancake Breakfast w/eggs & sausage, Banana Chocolate Chip Pancake Breakfast w/cheesy eggs & bacon, Chicken Tenders w/Fries, and the Philly Cheesesteak Omelette. Also worth note, the restrooms were clean and tidy, and the seating booth we sat in was also well cleaned. Every staff member we encountered was courteous and welcoming. I've only started coming back to Denny's (after a decade+ hiatus) only because of their promotional menu of "The Hobbit". Now I know that the menu items for this promotion are the same menu items as their normal, day-to-day menu, but I'm a huge sucker for marketing schemes concerning movies I love and enjoy which, in this case, would be anything written and inspired by J.R. Tolkien. Sure the Grand Slam is now "Gandalf's Grand Slam" or the pot roast is now "Frodo's Pot Roast Skillet" but you know what? It brought me back. And surprisingly their pot roast is pretty durned good, which is very SURPRISING and unexpected from Denny's. Then again, this location is far different from other locations I've been too, like Fontana, for example. This Denny's is actually clean and the waitstaff are not at all rude. read more

I went to Dennys on 6/3/19 at around 12pm and was pretty disappointed with my visit. My wife and I we're greeted with a smile and were treated pretty good. Service was good can't knock that down but when we got our utensils they were dirty, nasty dirty, and We got our order wrong. I love getting the Crazy Spicy Skillet but this time they put some sweet sauce instead of the spicy sauce and it just didn't go with the skillet. I told my waiter but all I got was a sorry. I understand it isn't their fault but I could have at least gotten my order remade. My wife's plate was good though. Im giving them two stars since we got greeted with a smile and waiter was nice but was disappointed with food especially paying $50 plus tip. read more

It's unfortunate but if I could I would give zero stars. This was by far the worse experience at a Denny's my family has ever had. First of all tables, floor and chairs were so dirty. Hardly wiped down at all. The waitress was not helpful and unattentive. Our food was not fully cooked and one entree was even a salad and was not prepared properly and drenched in so much dressing it was inedible. But by far the most horrible part was the restroom. The restaurant was hardly busy and you would think the restroom would be cleaned and fully stocked. It was far from it and truly too disgusting to elaborate. I would like to start off by saying I am traditionally a huge Dennys fan. Lots of my friends and family never want to go but I love Denny's. And I am not a fan of giving not great reviews. But this was ridiculous. Ordered the pick three appetizer. With buffalo chicken strips, regular chicken tenders, and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were cooked perfectly. The chicken strips were over cooked and burnt. Any cook should know that you do not bring people out food that looks like that. I also would like to say that about the waiter. Then we got our entrées. I asked for my steak medium well. The steak was well done. But I didn't complain because it was seasoned well and was still tender. The roasted potatoes were cooked great but they didn't put any seasoning on them like they usually do. The zucchini and squash were perfect. Then we order pancakes and French toast which were horrible! They cooked the pancakes and French toast on a dirty grill they had the taste of meat on them. That was horrible when you're looking for good pancakes or French toast whoever the cook was last night 5/3/22 at about 6:30 PM definitely needed to be retrained. That was horrible and although I'm still a Denny's fan it will be a long time before I go back to this location. Which probably explains the reason why it was totally empty. Franchises like this give Denny's a bad name. My bill was $70.83 for food that was far less than mediocre. If you want Dennys I would definitely choose a different location. read more

As we passed Denny's I remembered they have a kids eat free deal on Tuesdays.. and it just so happened to be Tuesday :D.. now, full disclosure, I am completely biased when it comes to Denny's. If at all possible to give zeros stars I would, but I do have concede that two out of my party if four had the correct meals. The wait time was reasonable, so that exceeded my expectations for a Sunday morning post-church service rush. But that is where the warm and fuzzy feelings ended. I ordered a t-bone steak (medium) and eggs meal, scrambled eggs with English muffin. What I received was a sirloin steak, over hard eggs, and garlic bread. I requested to have the meal remade and that I'd wait (along side my son for an additional 10 minutes for the main portion of his meal, the oh-so difficult to make pancakes.) The steak that was brought to me as a replacement was technically a t-bone, and I can't knock off points for it being about as thick as a quarter deck if playing cards (I'm at Denny's after all.) But, I can take off points for the the steak being a grey, unseasoned, well done slab if meat that looks like the kitchen decided the best way to get a rush job to the table was to boil it. I wish I had taken a picture, but my anger at the time clouded my ability to think about exposing the awful meal that had been placed in front of me. Oh, and still waiting on those pancakes! Our waiter brought waters out right as we sat and explained to me personally the new "Sizzlin' Skillets" menu since I was so mesmerized by the description on the menu. He was very attentive to our needs, constantly checked in on us and was up to par with my customer service expectations. Food: Even though I wanted numerous things off of the menu, my diet could only allow me to pick one. I chose the Alaskan Salmon Skillet. (For all my Gluten Free friends) this location specifies EVERYTHING, including "GF" for your gluten free needs and macro numbers for my fitness enthusiasts. Now back to the skillet, i was served a steaming-hot-mouth-watering-grilled-wild-salmon fillet mixed with deliciously seasoned red potatoes, spinach, broccoli, tomatoes and mushrooms.(check picture). As I was struggling to hold myself back from devouring my salmon skillet just so I can snap a picture to show you all, I noticed that one of my friends was being served a platter of fresh blueberry pancake puppies. The fresh smell of warm blueberries and pancakes filled my nostrils and I instantly asked for an order for myself for desert. I won't go into detail about how they tasted, I'll probably end up tormenting you more. So just take my word for it and don't miss out on these.
