Hmmm... we went b/c I had luke-warm memories of this place, particularly for the breakfast food at 4 AM. My fiance got the country fried steak, b/c when there's country fried steak on the menu, he HAS to have it. He devoured it. For quality, I guess I don't know what kind of meat was under all of that breading but I guess it doesn't matter when it's deep fried and smothered in gravy. I got the breaded chicken sandwich and I seriously thought "I could've gotten this at Wendy's for $3 cheaper and not have to pay tip." At least it was a slightly larger piece of chicken but everything else was the same. Service was fine, atmosphere was typical of a Denny's diner. I would give it more stars if it was cheaper. I can't believe I'm going to give Denny's 5 stars but they earned it. Got a hankering for breakfast at 10:45pm. I haven't been to a Denny's in years. Driven by this one for the past 8 and have never stopped. Upon walking in, it's been renovated with modern appointments. We were seated within seconds by our waitress, Sasha. If you go to this Denny's ask for Sasha. She has such a pleasant and welcoming demeanor. The service was excellent and extremely attentive. The restaurant was busy and she managed to give us personal attention. The food was great. Much better than expected. And when we were done, was offered a takeout container and utensils. Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff at Denny's. I have been coming in for breakfast at various times at least 3-4 days a week. I have not met one server that was not friendly and attentive to my needs. I have had many long, fun and meaningful conversations with the servers as well as the manager( Trisha), who by the way is friendly and sets a hard working example for her employees!! She's not hesitant to jump in when needed! I'm moving but plan to still be in the area often so I will definitely be stopping by as much as possible!! Oh and the food is always great! read more

This is probably the worst Denny's I have been to. I came here with my boyfriend. After we sat down and ordered our drinks the manager openly berated the servers so everyone could hear. The waiters also openly bickered with one another about stealing tables. The food took 25-30minutes to get to our table (the restaurant was not busy)and my boyfriend's fries came out ice cold. I informed the waitress and she said she would get us another order. The new fry order took forever to get. Overall a terrible experience. I am not going to be coming back to this Denny's. read more

Went there last night after shopping at Wal-Mart. Service was very slow. Not enough employees. No silver settings or napkins on table. Serviced us our water and coffee but still no table ware. I spilled some coffee my error and hubby had to go to two different empty tables to get silverware. They ran out of Turkey so I had to look at menu longer. A couple came in and had to wait for 10 minutes to be greeted by host. We had to ask twice for refills on our coffee. This was the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant. We got in at about 6:45pn and left at about 9pm. Considering the time of day, I would have expected better service. It will be quite a while before I will be able to convince my hubby to go there again. We had enough time to look at dessert menu while waiting for our food and may consider a late night visit or early breakfast. But intend to check out the parking and restaurant beforehand. read more

I have been coming to this establishment ever since I was a young one and I love it here. The food is amazing and it's a safe place for me and my family, but recently it's come to my attention that one of the employees (noe i think) is very unprofessional with his customers, particularly towards females. This is the WORST Denny's to go to. The first time my boyfriend and I came here the waitress was nice enough but it took at least 3 minutes just to see we were standing at the door and seat us, then took pretty long to receive our food. That wasn't even my issue, my issue is that they got my order wrong then proceeded to argue with me that I got the right food... I told her to hand me a menu so I can show her what I ordered and that this was not it. She then decided to go change it for me when she knew it was wrong. The whole time waiting we could hear all the employees conversations that were highly inappropriate. Just left this restaurant didn't even get a chance to get served. Walked in the place about 8am for breakfast. The restaurant had two or three tables with customers. No one greeted us or told us to wait and they'd help us. We stood for a while and thought maybe we should seat ourselves since there was no wait to be seated sign. After being ignored for a while I asked one of the waitress if it was ok that we sat here. She said no we should have waited. I apologized and asked if we should move. She said no just stay but didn't offer us menus or anything. Finally another waiter yelled to the waitress that since we didn't wait to be seated we could wait. That was it. Left and went to Panera across the street. I understand this is a Denny's and not top cuisine but come on. If your not going to serve your customers you might as well close down. For the wait staff if you don't like your job work somewhere else. Management, this is a great location you should be able to do great business but it won't be successful with out good employees. I have to admit- I'm not the kind of person who in ANY way enjoys writing bad reviews for businesses. However my experience here was one that must be shared- so as to avoid anyone else's day be ruined by their poor customer service. The first & last time I was there, I had stopped by there with my fiancé and his mother. Everything seemed to be going fine- we were seated and our order was taken without complaints. However, the experience started going downhill when our server came to give us our food. Was the food awful? I wouldnt know. As she began to serve it to us, she lost the balance of her tray- so I ended up wearing our breakfast! Thats right.... Thats when i wished i had ordered something simpler and less messy. But my desire for delicious pancakes was my downfall. Hot syrup landed all down my shirt and skirt. Sigh. I had really wanted pancakes. Now don't get me wrong! I TOTALLY understand that accidents happen. If that was the only thing that happened, I would not be writing this review. It was the EXTREMELY poor response of the staff and management that really took the cake! I didn't make a big fuss, because i was trying to be considerate. It was an accident, so I tried NOT to make a scene. I discreetly got up and did the best I could to clean myself off in the ladie's room. Meanwhile, my fiancé talked with the staff and then the manager. You cant imagine how upsetting it was to hear that the waitress blamed the spill on me (as if i LIKE wearing maple syrup). Further, they almost made us pay for the breakfast that THEY ruined. Can you imagine? Needless to say, that didn't happen. My fiancé had to talk them into not charging us, and insisted that they pay for our dry cleaning. On top of that, when we came back to the restaurant with the dry cleaning receipt, they gave us the runaround TWICE. I lived in chicago at the time, so it was a HUGE waste of time and gas to go all the way out there just for them to refuse to reimburse us because allegedly "the manager was not there." It wasn't until the third time that they FINALLY carried out their word, but at least they reimbursed us, I guess. CMON, it was the LEAST they could do after sending us home frustrated and sticky. I was so disappointed that management gave us such a hard time. If you're looking for a place with any customer service at all- this is not the place to go. read more
