I know, I know, it's Denny's. With that said, this Denny's outperformed ANY Denny's I have ever visited!! It was Father's Day and although Daddy had a different venue in mind, the kid LOVES Denny's (he likes the special kid stuff they offer) and he was super excited to go to Denny's on Father's Day (his specific request!). Daddy being the awesome Daddy that he is agreed to go to Denny's. It was VERY BUSY with a long wait, but the wait went FAST!! They were hustling big time!!! Our food came out in a matter of minutes!! I was WOWED with how quickly our food came out, yet it was cooked PERFECTLY!! Kudos to the cook and to our server, Delaney as well!! Our server was quick, confident and efficient!! Even though she was EXTREMELY BUSY and we had several special requests, we felt like we were her only guests!! Came to this denny's at p83 to have breakfast and wifi early Saturday morning to get some work done. Eggs were good. Fruit fresh and best part of breakfast, Bacon over cooked. Decaf good and hot. Wifi not working and staff say it has been out for weeks. One waitress seemed concerned but nothing they know how to fix. Overall food three stars but wifi is advertised as part of their service and the report down for weeks is zero stars. There are a ton of breakfasts joints around P83 so I will go to one of these tomorrow. Too bad I wasted over an hour here. read more

Well I'd say so much for the customer always being right. It's obviously very important to you to win your argument but the fact is I didn't order the double I ordered the single. But now it makes sense at least that what you did was charge me for the double in order to pay for the substituted egg probably because as you stated to me personally that day, there is no way to put it in the computer if I don't order it the way it is on the menu. This restaurant suffers from bad attitudes. The last 2 times we've been here the waitresses and the cooks have had very loud disagreements. We can't have a meal in peace. Came here after a concert for some late night fuel and I can't even begin to explain my experience....honestly thought I was on a comedy show for a minute, that's how indescribable our experience was... She came back every 30 seconds to ask if we were ready to order and each time we told her that we needed another minute, she rolled her eyes and said, "ok whatever, I'll be back." She even sat down at our table and said, "okay I'll wait until your ready." We had to have the manager change out the server before we could even continue to order. We first ordered mozzarella sticks and we got them STILL FROZEN! then we preceded to order our food and pancakes, toast, and orders were completely wrong. People were coming in to order and getting up to leave, door dash or online orders came in to pick up there food and then waiting 20+ minutes, some even returned the food. I sat at the counter so had a good view of orders being entered, plated and the two cooks. The kitchen was obviously understaffed and communication was a problem as I witnessed waiters often correcting the finished plates and plates being returned. I saw a hamburger that was plated and ready for delivery and I timed it over 15 minutes before the cook prepared the rest of that table's order. I expected the customer to send it back as "cold". I placed an order on Grubhub, we arrived and called the curb side pick up number. We were told we had no order placed so we came inside to show them the order on the Grubhub app and PayPal receipt. The staff was very rude talking to each other without telling us what was going on. Someone told us the WiFi wasn't working eventually after waiting a while. It's Denny's. I've eaten at this one for many years, and through several changes in management, simply because it is conveniently located near my house. The restaraunt is laid out well, with two main wings (one of which used to be smoking back in the day) so things don't get to noisy, even if it is crowded. Food is adequate for Denny's (their pancakes and sandwiches have always been pretty tasty) though the quality of the service tends to be a dice roll depending on if you get a new server or not. This location is generally kept clean so as long as you aren't expecting the world, it's a good place to hit when you want the sit down experience but don't have a lot of extra money to spend. read more

I ordered an avocado chicken salad. The waiter brought it to the table without avocado. He offered strawberries, pecans, cranberries, or apples. I said strawberries. He came back and said there's no strawberries and gave me the apples, cranberries, and pecans. They were not organized. Before bringing the customer a plate, they should let them know that they were out of any ingredient, allowing the customer to choose if they want something else.
