This was our first time here. We came on a Friday morning around 8:30. We were seated quickly and got our water fast. Our waitress, Lucy, was awesome. She was friendly and polite. Lucy also checked on us many times. I ordered the American slam with the gluten free English muffin. It was great and I enjoyed my meal. My sister ordered the build your own slam with: eggs, pancakes, sour dough toast, sausage and bacon. She enjoyed her meal. My son ordered the hearty slam with over easy eggs, pancakes, hash browns and sausage. He enjoyed his meal. The service here was great. Lucy did a great job. The food was ready fast. I highly recommend coming here for breakfast. read more

I kindly asked for my food to be remade maybe I should have finished my food before I went to the bathroom but I came back and my food was full of my drink they stated they were watching it the entire time since they were near the cash register which I don't believe as there are others needing service but the employee was very rude on top of just saying no but I told them I'll never get any other service by them. I didn't try to make it a big deal but their customer service sucks even if it wasn't about the food the gentlemen cleaning are nice though. read more

First off, I am only giving a 4/5 due to issues with my order, I was in a party of 3, their food was cooked to perfection! My toast was burnt, my hash browns were under cooked so I left half of them. 1 of my eggs was really dry but I didn't mind that much since the other egg was done perfectly ! I'd also like to give the server some feedback, she needs to be more attentive, I understand it was pretty busy. I believe we shouldn't have to be flagging them down. I was there yesterday and I ordered a veggie burger. They didn't tell me they didn't have veggie patties until my friends' food was almost done and when the waiter told me he asked if I wanted a regular patty instead and I said no bc I can't eat meat and he kind of interrupted me and said "I promise it won't kill you". I felt like that was pretty rude to say, but I brushed it off and asked if I could see the menu again. I just ended up ordering an appetizer and a side instead. They didn't take that long to come out but I still had to sit there for a while after my group already got their food and it was kinda awkward. I wish someone told me they didn't have what I ordered sooner and not 20-25 minutes after I ordered. Tipped anyways bc I felt bad. I think I'll go to the other Dennys in town from now on. read more

Husband and I came for breakfast on New Year's Eve. We are here for a rave at the NOS center and by far this is the friendliest location I've been to here. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I never knew this Denny's was here. It's tucked away, off the Main Street and HWY 10. It looked like a Truck-stop area, so I wasn't expecting the Fireball of sunshine and energy that greeted us at the door while rushing with a huge tray of food over his head. Without missing a beat Juan grabbed menus and instructed for us to follow him. He got us to our booth with new firm seat cushions, and said that he would be back as soon as he delivers the full try of food that he still effortlessly still had over his head. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered all sausage, I got bacon & sausage. This was a fast & easy fix. I don't know where this man gets his energy and great positive personality; but it will bring us back!! Would I be wrong to get his work schedule first??? LOL read more

We entered the location and noticed it was a little warm, it was around 100 outside. We were first sat near the front we asked if we could move further back. It was much cooler than the front of the restaurant. The waitress came and took our order which took over 30 minutes to come to our table, which is fine. But during this long wait she never came to check if we needed any refills. We did order one appetizer, which were wings. The wings were a bit overcooked and barely sauced. We had also ordered nachos which the chips were stale. At this point we had been waiting long for our food so we began eating. My son finished his food and asked if I could order him an egg. The waitress never came to check on us. We needed napkins, refills, and wanted to order an additional item. We proceeded to finish our food but a bit annoyed. When finished my daughter wanted a box to take her leftovers. We waited another 15 minutes and still the waitress did not come by. At this point we just got up to leave. I had to walk up to the front counter to ask for my receipt to pay. As I asked the cashier processed it as if I had paid cash which I was going to use my card. She had to get another person to help her correct the issue. I finally paid. But our experience had a lack of service. No follow up from the waitress. We had no refills, could not order additional items, did not bring leftovers, stale food, never brought our receipt to pay. I will not be returning to this location. Also the location was not very crowded to say they were to busy with other tables. We had originally stopped at the Downtown Redlands location but that location was even hotter, maybe service may have been better. read more

OK I have given this place multiple shots, but I am confident they don't like to serve the LGBTQ community!! I get tired of being sat it in the back without any menu while the servers walk past looking at us but never actually serving us. This time we waited for 15 minutes before giving up and going to Starbucks. Thank you, I will take my money elsewhere. I would give this place a zero if I could. They had more than enough employees working there and completely ignored my children as well as other couples waiting to be seated. We waited a good 15 minutes waving around at the employees to be seated and were never acknowledged. The employees seemed extremely frustrated and confused by what they were doing and looked like one of the most mismanaged places I'd ever seen. Don't bother going here unless it's dead, they won't know how to help you if they have more than 5 people to serve. Terriblely managed place, surprised it is still in business. The Denny's in Yucaipa closed for poor service, suppose this one will be next. I will continue going to I-HOP, they are WAY better in service and quality of food. read more

The chips were a mix of old & new the meat was saturated with so much grease it was inedible I threw it away.

I went in tonight at 9:20pm and two women greeted me and my bf. We said a table for two and they said" Oh were closed. " we said "you guys close at 10pm" the two female servers said " we're closing already " while their were two guests on separate tables still eating. We said we can take it to go and still a no. I am a regular at this dennys and this was the worst by far. People don't want to work anymore and it's mind blowing since we were only going to get a stack of pancakes with the moons over my hammy sandwich. My husband and I regularly visit the Denny's located on Alabama St, Redlands CA and enjoy the food and ambiance there. But one thing that keeps drawing us back are the servers. A new server with whom we've formed a friendship is Rachel. Rachel is not only good at her job, making every effort to make the people she serves happy, but she's also very personable and you can tell that it's genuine. Stopped by after work because I was craving pancakes for some reason on a Friday night. I was seated quickly. I got the lumberjack an upgraded to the cinnamon roll pancakes. My girlfriend got a Bacon Avocado burger with seasoned fries. Both tasted great, the cinnamon roll pancakes will definitely satisfy if you have a sweet craving. Very quick service. We were in, got our food, ate it, and got out, all in about 40 minutes, which I thought was super quick for a Saturday morning. The food was great, and you can't beat the prices. My husband and I both ordered off the $2-$4-$6-$8 menu. The $8 Grand Slam Slugger comes with orange juice AND coffee, so we didn't even order extra drinks. Everything was delicious, which is especially impressive knowing that our total check was less than $20. The staff are quick at seeing when you're ready, bringing your food, bringing the check before you're done, etc. They're not overly friendly or hospitable or anything, but they definitely are efficient. read more

I regret not checking yelp before picking this place! The service was slow even when they were not busy. The food took way too long to come out and it was cold. The bathrooms smelled horrible (women's/men's) and were disgusting. When it came time to pay my mothers portion was $13.27, she gave the lady $20.27 and the lady did not know how to give back proper change. The lady's manager had to step in and help us get our change. Every aspect of this place was unpleasant. 2 stars because we didn't have anyone get sick. read more
