Ooo my goodness we have never had such a horrible time at this one. I understand it is the day after new year's Eve. But the bathrooms were a horrible mess. My daughter had to use it an we used the handicap accessible one which was completely out of paper. We then got to the table looked at the 2,4,6,8 menus which had gum all over it. Took the family for breakfast and my wife ordered a water with lemon. Water came with no lemon. We had another person other than our waitress bring us the lemon. I ordered my breakfast and a milk with the meal. My meal came and I never got my milk. Ate my pancakes and eggs and still no milk. I was done then the waitress came to pick up my plate said she forgot my milk. I told her nevermind my milk. She said she took it off my bill and I told her how about a discount she laughed and said they don't do that. I went to pay and I asked the girl for a discount for not getting what I had ordered. The food was what you would expect from Dennys. Decent. However the service was above and beyond. If you go here be sure to ask for Sherrie, she was the best waitress we have had in years. Contagious smile, positive energy, fast-paced service, and genuine to the core. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and even offered that which we didn't need. We came here this morning and the parking lot was really full but we went in and were seated immediately. We were greeted and brought our coffee right away. Excellent customer service! We were greeted immediately and the staff were very attentive. The staff came to our table multiple times to see if we needed anything. It's Friday almost midnight but they still had clam chowder and it was delicious! Hubby got the lumberjack slam and of course that never fails. The chicken sausage was a great substitute for the regular sausage. A much healthier option but still full of flavor! read more

Hubby & I always use tabasco sauce and was surprised that this branch seemed like diluted the tabasco sauce with water, we can tell from its consistency and they did this to get more amount of it! Denys has always been a favorite of mine. There's always some bad days, but this experience was phenomenal. On a Sunday, denys is usually pretty busy. A friend and I sat at the bar and was so impressed with the staff even though everyone was constantly doing something. Our waiter (arnulfo) was so impressive. He always made sure we had everything, got our food our very fast, and made this experience amazing along with Tony, and Haraumi (don't know if I spent that right). I have to say that I have been to dozens of Deny Restaurants all over the country, but I have been coming to his one for many years. The food is good. But the thing that really impresses me is the staff. I have to say they are great. I really enjouly watching them on any given Saturday or Sunday morning. This is one of the best organized well oiled and opporating machines I have ever witnessed. Efficent, energetic, freindly, and professional. Undeniably the best Denny's I've ever been to! We were greeted and seated by the friendly staff and within minutes were brought out drinks and had our order taken. The food was brought out very quickly. The waitress and staff came back to check on us frequently. In my younger days I had the experience of working for several exceptional restaurants at Hilton hotels. This restaurant exceeded my expectations. My thanks to the Management and staff. Taking my mother for her birthday out to eat here at this location we where not there for even 50 minutes and the manager asked us to leave because they needed the table my mom has been going to this Denny's for many years and just because we went at a busy time . They manager was very very rude shouting it in front of other customers . we felt so embarrassed and are contacting Denny's corporate because no customer like my mother should have to feel disrespected on her birthday . I was neither impressed nor dissatisfied with my first encounter with this particular Denny's. Food was meh, service was meh. This place is kind of a dump compared to the other locations I've been to. My son had the cheeseburger with GRAPES, but they gave him apples. I had the avocado chicken sandwich and fries. For just being made, it was a little cold, but my fries were good. My server was a male. (can't recall his name) He was polite, but his pitch seemed monotonous as did the girl up front handling the checks. However can't expect 5 star service from a 2 star restaurant. read more

This used to me my favorite Denny's. Know it's a Denny's and you get subpar food no matter what one you got to. It cheap and fast so no compliant there. Came at 6am left at 7:04 am 3/29/18. She took our order fast we got our food fast. Maybe 15 minuets all together for that. We finished about 6:35. She came to take our plates and we told her we wear done eating. We sat there waiting for our check. She took orders from other tables, and walked away from us. Didn't even look at us. Two other tables had left with theirs checks, and we are still waiting. Again we finished at 6:35, we left at 7:04! That's almost 30 minuets! Thanks for a wast of MY time on your slow morning! We had get up from our table to the register for her to get the point. Food was ok, your average Denny's. Service-wise though, worst Denny's I've ever been to!! Granted, we did go on Thanksgiving night. However, they appeared to be sufficiently staffed. Waiters never checked up to see how we were doing and the wife never got her water even though we had asked twice. Of course I had to go ask for our check, and as I did, overheard two gentlemen from a table near us complaining to a waiter that they were waiting 20 minutes for napkins... Ouch. Skip this Denny's folks! We would have been better off with fast items from 7-11. 7-11 Clerks are probably more attentive and courteous. read more

Went into Dennys to get their chocolate berry pancakes. Told the server that I would not like bananas on my pancakes. When she came out with the pancakes they had bananas on them. She returned the plate to the chef where I assumed they picked them off. When I started eating there was a banana in my pancake. I was going to be charged full price if my boyfriend did not say anything and even then they took $3 off. Totally dissatisfied with the service. Won't be coming here anymore. read more

Coffee was warm at best. Even my first cup wasn't hot at all. I don't expect much, but a hot cup of coffee should be a given.

Well they asked us what we wanted to drink 3 times before we actually got it, then we ending getting 2 cups of water each within mins of each other. I ordered a side salad and didn't get that til the middle of my main dish, just for that I didn't get charged for my salad. Chicken sandwich arrived with a nice long hair draped down the side melted into the cheese. They returned to kitchen to make another, family was already done eating at that point.
