Squeeze In is one of the best breakfast spots in Reno, and I'm happy to see how much they've expanded over the years! Their menu is fun and expansive, you will never have trouble finding an option for everyone in your party. Each location has it's own decor and they are all fun and inviting for adults and kids. On this particular visit I came for a late breakfast/early lunch and it was pretty quiet. We were seated quickly and the staff was all very friendly and quick to serve us. The food was all delicious and it was a pleasant experience overall. Highly recommend Squeeze In for breakfast and lunch, I have never been disappointed on any of my visits and look forward to coming back again soon!

Someone saw this place so we went to check it out. Walking inside there's plenty of seating and people inside. Wait a sec and you'll be seated. The waitress is pretty nice....Good size food menu here...I ordered Prince's Pancake Plate with Strawberry Pancakes, Hash Browns, Bacon, Sausage & Orange Juice. Strawberry Pancakes were good...Bacon and Sausage were good....Hash Browns were good. Orange Juice was ok. If you're driving through or in the area swing by and check this place out.

Food is good, 5/5 for that. Price is too darn high, 3/5 in there. So yeah that's how it goes

Where to start bc it was all excellent, all deserving of five stars. The menu was amazing and you must try the pumpkin spice pancakes. Every bit of food we ordered was excellent flavor, quality and freshness. Very fun and laid back atmosphere. Pricing was on point. The service was some of the best we've had. It didn't hurt that my wife had a crush on our server, and he was super friendly and on point with refills, napkins, and checking in with us. Next time in Reno we will make a point to have breakfast here.

Jack Johnson Banana Walnut Pancakes, scrambled eggs and chorizo, and the Bacon Benne (yummy)!

OMG X10!! Loved this place, from the welcome to the fresh orange slice. This places has a friendly service with smiles and welcoming conversations. You can tell that this team promotes kindness and connections (gotta see this), because you can see it displayed everywhere. Our meal arrives quickly. I definitely ate with my eyes first...and then enjoyed EVERY SINGLE BITE I could fit in my stomach. Top-down: Jack Johnson pancakes...(to die-for) you could taste the butter, the walnuts, the soft and sauce-soaked banana in every bite. Next: complementary scrambled eggs and crunchy-savory chorizo (just enough kick to add to my plate. Finally, the Bacon B Thank you! Bacon Benne was DELICIOUS! Starting with crispy English muffin (not mushy, how others do it), THREE (not two) poached eggs, layered with tons of crispy bacon chips (not bits). The middle egg also rested on even MORE BACON. Then topped creamy hollandaise sauce and fresh avocado...oh mama Mia! Thank you, Squeeze In!

I had the Jack Johnson Pancakes in Truckee at that location yesterday, and they were absolutely amazing. So, the pancakes can be great. I ordered this morning for DoorDash from this location, and the honey sauce and bananas tasted spoiled. Also, where are the walnuts? Had a bad experience after a great one at a different location yesterday. Night and Day with food quality. I was so excited, but the quality control is lacking. I believe the bananas are too far gone and maybe the honey type is different but the smell was terrible when it arrived and then a taste confirmed it.

In Spring 2024, I won a gift card to Squeeze In. I held on to it until October. My friend and I decided to go to brunch after running early errands. It was the first visit ever, for both of us. We had heard so much about Squeeze In and looked forward to our orders! We were not disappointed! Staff was wonderful and food was amazing! The atmosphere was also very welcoming! We must have went at a good time because there was no waitlist. Plenty of seats available.

Everything was great today. The place is full of life and very vibrant. We had a Denver omelette, which we split because their portions are generous. The potatoes ate awesome, and the service was great! I recommend this place.

We went to breakfast to Squeeze In (a different location) and our experience was night and day different. I realized that they were incredibly busy but that is no excuse for poor service. Upon entering the establishment, we were not immediately greeted but in fact were not even acknowledged for nearly 5 minutes and then had to wait for an additional 15 minutes for our table. We ordered two different omelets; the Racy Tracy, and the Spanish Flay. The Racy Tracy which was featured on the Food Network! This classic California omelet has sautéed mushrooms, applewood smoked bacon and Jack cheese tucked into a blanket of fresh eggs, topped with avocado. The Spanish Flay is their tribute to Bobby Flay! It contained diced red bell peppers, potatoes, chorizo, smoked paprika, butter, Jack cheese and parsley-sprinkled eggs. Served with tomato pesto sauce, a side of spuds and toast. The tomato pesto sauce was amazing. I ordered the smaller Bloody Mary made with a local distilled vodka which was delicious. The very rushed waiter forgot our initial toast when he brought our order out, and then when I reminded him, what he brought did not match the the type of toast that I had ordered in the first place. He also never asked if we wanted additional toast as this place indicates that they offer bottomless toast on their menu. So, our experience at this particular location (Las Brias Blvd.) was very disappointing when compared to our experience at the other location [Foothill Road] (which we will only frequent in the future). The bathroom was interesting, to say the least as was the décor.

When you go to a breakfast place sometimes you don't have the happiest of servers b/c it so early in the morning. Definitely not the case here at Squeeze In, our server Charlotte was absolutely charming , vibrant, full of smiles & very attentive. I'm a firm believer that if you're smiling right off the bat that always turns out to be a positive dining experience which 100% it was just that !!! The place has lots of of interesting , eclectic art & funk art . It's a fun & positive vibe . Everyone at Squeeze In were very pleasant & happy crew . Overall a very great experience. We had the country fried steak & pancake & our friend tried one of the omelettes which look totally delicious! Y'all please ask for Charlotte hands down you'll have a fun dining experience with this beautiful lady ! You will leave with a smile on your face . She makes a mean Bloody Mary it was perfection ! We will definitely be back . : ) ' Heck Yea!!!

It was such a beautiful day.... where can we eat outside?…read more I found "The Spot", its in the old Smee's location on the river. When we showed up, we asked if we could sit at a table outside, the guy was a little overwhelmed, he said "I can sit you in 10 mins". I said "can we have this table". OK, but....just know I'll be with you as soon as I get caught up, I'm totally fine with that I said. . He bought us a couple menus to look over. Then a table on the railing with shade opened up, I didn't care about the table was dirty with dishes, so we decided to move. I love to look at the river and watch the people go by. The server said, I'll be over soon! He was never so happy when Sierra showed up to help him out. He came over to our table I said "I hope you don't mind, I moved to be in the shade, I know I'm one of those pain in the ass customers". Then he started joking with me and it was the perfect ice breaker. My server and part owner's name is Casey! He is an awesome guy and such a hard worker to ensure his customers are taken care of. I love that. We had a couple beers, he has quite the selection of beers on tap, he supports the community breweries such as Lead Dog and Revisions. My husband had the breakfast burrito $13, it was huge with homemade tortilla chips with salad and guacamole. I had the fish and chips. You get three large pieces of fish, fries and yummy coleslaw. I love how they put the tater sauce and ketchups in personal cups for you that shows class. My fish was absolutely delicious better than the old Smees and especially the new location. You get a nice meal for $20. They have indoor, outdoor, bar seating. They have a little merch area and a gaming bar if you feel lucky. I know the Open Championship Bowlers are in town, if you're looking for nice comfort food "tavern style" location this is the place for you on the Reno Riverwalk 50 N Sierra. It upstairs.

I was definitely in the mood to try something new. After some searching The Spot is what caught our eye. Located by the river and where Reef and Smees used to be. including what you ordered or used, Since this was a new spot we decided to just order and share a ton of appetizers. This included: cup of cream of mushroom soup, pretzel bites, spinach dip, poutine fries and Brussel sprouts. 2/5 were a huge hit where the orders we would not try again. Cup of mushroom soup: cup size is a good appetizer portion, good mushroom taste but WAY too salty. Would not order again. Pretzel bites: SUPER YUM! Slightly crunchy at the corners and fluffy inside. Perfectly bite sized and great dips (cheese and mustard). Loved these and would absolutely order again. Spinach dip: not a fan. The one thing I did like about this is that the dip portion was extremely generous, but I was not a fan of the taste. For me it was like slightly watered down sour cream. You have the options of chips or baguette. We went with baguette and for the first time in my life, the dipping vessels were very scant compared to the amount of dip so if anyone orders this, I would recommend it with chips. Would not order again. Poutine fries: YUM! Definitely a shareable portion. Thin fries topped with yummy breaded cheese curds and piping hot gravy this was my favorite thing. The gravy was perfectly salted and I loved the breaded cheese curds. I do wish the fries were thicker, like a wedge cut but honestly these were insanely good. Will order again. Brussel sprouts: made with bacon which is always a must for that yummy flavor. Also drizzled with balsamic which is a win in my book. These were very tender and delicious but very oily or greasy which kind of gave me the ick but flavor was definitely there. Will not order again. We were seated immediately upon arriving and waters were brought out. Orders were taken quickly and food came out quick! However after the food came out, no one came to check on us, see how we were doing or clear plates. We were always having to flag someone down for refills, napkins and the check. It wasn't busy. The inside is clean, has a large bar area and outdoor seating. Also lots of TVs. I don't think I'll be returning, but I do recommend the poutine fries and pretzel bites. Things to note: Have to walk up stairs to enter. No private parking lot, have to street park and a lot of parking is metered. 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday - Saturday & free on Sundays / holidays.

The owner of Ruby Shake Shop routinely parks his Audi in the limited public street parking spaces along South Virginia Street directly in front of Raising Cane's, Ike's Love & Sandwiches, and the surrounding businesses. Anyone familiar with this area knows parking can already be difficult, especially during peak hours when people are trying to grab lunch, pick up an order, or make a quick stop. What makes this particularly frustrating is that these spaces appear to be occupied for extended periods of time, often throughout the day, by someone who owns and operates a nearby business. Public street parking in a busy commercial corridor is a shared resource intended to serve customers and visitors, not to function as a personal parking space for a single business owner. This review is not a reflection of the products or service at Ruby Shake Shop. It is simply feedback regarding what appears to be an extremely inconsiderate use of limited public parking in an area where parking availability already impacts customers and neighboring businesses.

Smokey grilled flavor on a bed of asparagus/peas/carrots in white fish broth. Crab ravioli: 5/5. My wife had it. Best of the entrees. Their homemade pastas are among the best I've had and even our toddler's buttered noodles were elite. Mint Caipirinha cocktail: 3/5. Too sour. Hugo spritz cocktail: 4.5/5.

Server was very friendly and attentive. They were pretty busy but food and drinks came out pretty quick. There were 4 of us and everyone's food was great........ except mine. The scallop dish with the black rice was yum. The gnocchi dish was heavenly. I'm not much of a pesto girl but it was perfectly made and the gnocchi melted in your mouth. So delicious. I didn't try the ravioli but on to the worst of all.... My spaghetti bolognese. It was so salty and the noodles weren't spaghetti at all. It was similar to ramen noodles. I was pretty disappointed and only had a few bites. Seems to me like the cook may have put a ton of effort into the gnocchi and could have focused more on that spaghetti. But overall everyone really enjoyed their meals and I enjoyed the vibes with friends.
