When we arrived no one was there to take our name down. Then when am we finally got seated Nelly was not friendly at all no smile no follow me this way rude! my seat had syrup on it as I sat down my pants got stuck to the seat had to clean it my self. This is out second time being waited by Alizabeth/Ali and she did not disappoint us very attentive always with a smile kuddos to her! We had a nice family breakfast and Elmer who was our server did an amazing job. He had great attitude and when something was wrong with our food he quickly got it corrected and made us feel heard. This location has led me to believe that Denny's as a restaurant chain has gone DOWNHILL. I've been dining at Denny's since I was a little girl and nowadays the meals you pay for are skimped out because of shrinkflation (instead of adjusting the price for inflation they just make meal portions smaller). My boyfriend ordered the All American Slam and it was more like a skimped out slam. There was hardly any food on the plate. The bacon was PAPER thin, the sausage and hash browns were undercooked, and they wouldn't accommodate switching out pancakes for extra hash browns. Any other better breakfast establishment would've honored the switch-out with no problem. It's $15 for this plate plus an off-tasting Sprite came out to $20. (Their drink machine needs to be cleaned btw, and they had the nerve to write "tap water" on the bill). The server didn't check in on us after dropping off the food, my boyfriend couldn't even get their attention for ketchup and had to eat dry without condiments. The only good thing I can say is the banana caramel pancakes were good. Do yourself a favor and go to a better breakfast spot like The Broken Yolk. It's 1 million times better. I would call corporate, but I don't even want anything they could offer because I never want to come back. read more

food: uncooked, i ordered a french toast grand slam and the toast was soggy on the inside, eggs over ease were fully running on the white and yolk, hasbrowns were hard and cold. the bacon was redeeming but was obviously microwaved. the sasauge fell apart upon entering my mouth. the biscuits and gravy had no flavor and the biscuit was a rock. i tried to be a good sport and eat my meal but could only stomach an egg and half a piece of my 3 piece french toast. my fiancé also ordered a similar dish with the same results, so i called over a server and she said she wished she knew about our issues earlier but this would be impossible because they don't send servers to check on the tables at all or at least mine. she tells us that she will give us a discount, i thought okay half comp meal should be fine given we've only eaten total 1 egg and 1 slice of toast. out of two grand slams + a stack of pancakes NOPE the discount is 4.05$ out of 44$ bill. this dennys not only serves undercooked food but they also steal from you in broad daylight. do not give your money here spanish: comida: cruda, pedí una tostada francesa grand slam y la tostada estaba empapada por dentro, los huevos con facilidad corrían completamente sobre la clara y la yema, las patatas fritas estaban duras y frías. el tocino estaba redimiendo pero obviamente estaba en el microondas. El sasauge se desmoronó al entrar en mi boca. las galletas y la salsa no tenían sabor y la galleta era una piedra. Traté de ser un buen deportista y comer mi comida, pero solo pude soportar un huevo y media pieza de mi tostada francesa de 3 piezas. I love coming here. My server Anais has the greatest smile and personality. Food is always cooked to perfection, crispy hash browns, fully cooked eggs and pancakes are soft and fluffy. Been coming here for years and it has always been consistent. I just wish I could be served by Anais more often. read more
