I've been to this Denny's a few times now and it's definitely a good one. Most Denny's are a hit and miss this one is definitely a hit. The service is good and the restaurant is clean. Just keep in mind it's located in a casino so there's smoke. It's basically the only restaurant to eat at in town as well! read more

i ordered the Cali club that was supposed to come with sun dried tomato Mayo and when it was regular mayo they simply stated they don't use it because people complained. Didnt offer an apology or discount and that was the only reason I ordered that. when asked for pickles the waitress practically threw them at me. we also ordered a burger and fries with a side of pancakes and she didn't bring the fries stating that she thought the pancakes were a substitution. she didn't ask, even when we specifically asked what kind of fries they have and were happy with the answer. read more

Came in for dinner. Was promptly greeted and seated (we were only people in the restaurant). Waiter took our order. And brought out the side salad but informed us that they were out of the bacon cheese tots. I ordered a side salad in replacement of the tots. Salad was very basic Caesar, overdressed and soggy. Dressing flavorful but put together very sloppy. The prime rib cheese steak was very tasty. Lacking in meat for the price. Taste was good but portion small for $12 bucks. Got check. Silverware was dirty both sets even the clean set that we had asked for. We had to dip our silverware in hot water, also there was a hair in my food and when I spoke to the waitress about the issue, s he immediately got an attitude, very unprofessional. I feel if I was not a woman of color I would be getting treated better however here we are. I did not eat my meal and I did not finish my drink, very disgusting. Makes me wish. Horrible service! We have been to many Denny's locations, with no issues customizing our food choices. Both Katie and the manager need training in customer service. We have stopped at this casino to eat both coming and going south for the winter many times This year on our way to Yuma this restaurant was closed for remodel To Become a Dennys, But was open and Dennys on our way home. Very expensive $2.40 coffee I ordered bacon and eggs came with hash browns and burnt sour dough toast. Bacon was two 'tis bits of bacon My wife ordered Belgian waffle and bacon could not eat the waffle two Bits of bacon. $23.00. We will not eat there again read more

This is the worst restaurant I have been to. To start off the waiter seemed to not like his job. I tried to order an omelet without bell peppers and he said no as the frozen package had them mixed in. I asked for raw onion then and he stated they had to go 0n the grill? Just terrible. The food was "ok" (what you should expect from Denny's) BUT the service was very UN-professional and incredibly SLOW. About 40 minutes after ordering, I asked our server where my salad was, and he replied (as if I was out of line for asking) "it's coming" then, you guessed it -- he brought my entre FIRST and a few minutes later, he returned with my salad. Terrible Road House describes how bad the new Denny's really is. name BRING BACK THE NUGGET food was horrible our server would not know her name if it wasn't attached to her. She gave me a 5 min lecture on the types of creams for coffee they have and I made my choice. She brings my coffee with no creamer. Oh you wanted creamer? My meal comes with sunny side up eggs. Stopped for breakfast on our way south. Was skeptical after reading the reviews, but the food was on par with any other Denny we've patronized. The ladies serving us were quite pleasant and the food came in the proper amount of time. It may be hit and miss but our experience was pleasant and the food was good. The only negative we saw was the entrance to the restaurant--they really need to do something about the pigeon droppings greeting you at the door. All in all I would eat here again. read more
