We frequent Denny's in Rita Ranch and everything we do the background music is blaring and very annoying!!! Also very poor music!! We always have to ask server to turn it down. Sometimes they r very hesitant or don't turn it down enough!! Today the Manager came over and was very accommodating!! We thanked him profusely!!! Honestly the staff we're so kind and the food was good, but service was mediocre at best and terrible at worst, we had to send back our meal thrice until we just had it to go. We were there for about an hour waiting for my order to arrive. I understand they we're short staffed but it was Ridiculous. At least the Double Cheeseburger was good. read more

I have lived this place, but the last time I went to the one in houghton seems to never have enough servers. Food is always good, but again they have lacked things that were supposed to be apart of what was ordered. Since then we have not gone back. read more

I had high hopes for Denny's given that it was new. I figured there would be some bumps along the way, but the shiny on the outside building has issues on the inside. They try to be helpful but in my case they fell short. My daughter's order came out just like she ordered it and she liked it. I am guessing if she where to write this review she would give it a higher rating. For me, I ordered the Double Berry Banana Pancake Breakfast with eggs over easy and sausage. I got some other pancakes, bacon instead of sausage and the eggs weren't over easy. Quickly they got me my egg which was so under cooked that it was mostly raw, half the hash browns that my daughter got and my sausage. After about 10 minutes I got the pancakes I ordered. By that point my daughter was done with her meal I was read to go. When we received our bill, I can see where the kitchen staff when wrong with my meal, the wait entered in the wrong thing, so the kitchen staff did exactly what the wait person told them, the only problem is the wait person told them the wrong thing. Oh, people came by my table apologizing and offering my the food I didn't order. In the end, this newly opened restaurant needs to work out the kinks before I go back. read more

This place is horribly run. They will serve you food that is frozen in the middle. Then when you tell them. They replace it with burnt, over cooked food. You just can't win. And if you get take out, they will not tell you, if they are out of something you ordered. They will just randomly decide what to replace it with. And hope you don't notice. read more

America's Diner. Recently, I was conversing with someone, and they laughed when I suggested we eat at Denny's. Well, today, I went to Denny's anyway, and it was perfect. Upon entering, we were quickly seated in a booth against the back wall (Booths are always better). Quickly, we were treated by a server, not just any server, OUR server. Kacey quickly made us feel at home and welcome, bringing us the delicious nectar of the gods, diet Coke, and making some menu recommendations. Her small talk was just right to let us know she cared, but not too much where we felt obligated to retort. I realize I am giving Denny's a five-star... which is not normal, but Lacey earned it. Our food was perfect and delicious, the Diet Coke was never empty, and the portions were large enough that we needed a Togo box. It was a pleasant experience, and I will return as long as Kacey is our server. If you boast the title of America's Diner, it better be packed with the taste of freedom and the ability to choose poorly. It was, and I loved it. read more

My family decided to spend some time waiting for our vehicle service to be done and found this Dennys very near from us. As we were sat down, our server Kacey was very kind and showed what I like to call second mile service to my family and I. She made sure that we were well taken care of and that is something that we enjoyed about our first time being in this Dennys. Their burgers used to be our favorite. Gone are the days where it actually tasted like beef though. The last 2 times- it's tasted like a salt patty on a bun. If I wanted 2 cups of salt thrown onto a bun then I'd make that myself. Fkn gross! read more

Wanted to actually visit a restaurant, while shopping in the Tucson area, and this Diner didn't disappoint. The Diner wasn't busy so we opted to sit at the counter vice getting a booth or table. Seating observed social distancing protocols. The entire staff wore face coverings and gloves and I observed them cleaning, cleaning, and cleaning some more! We were provided with disposable menus when seated. We ordered breakfast (Chicken Fried Steak for both of us) and I've gotta say it was heavenly! The steak was tender and moist (and not drowning in gravy) the eggs were perfectly cooked (easy) the hash browns were as requested- crispy! I was even allowed to sub pancakes for toast at NO up charge so I opted for the multigrain-delicious! The staff was amazing & Ella our server was very friendly & took great care of us. Marcus was also very charming and helpful. What we really liked was that there were no S&P shakers or condiments on the tables or bar - everything we wished was safely handled by the wait staff and put into separate containers for us. Wonderful attention to detail from everyone. The manager checked in with us as well and we complimented his staff & amazing cook. This location is new. It is bigger inside then it looks on the outside. It's is nice to have another sit down restaurant in the area. Also this location is 24 hours too. The wait staff was very friendly and service was quick too. My little one has having a hard time waiting (she was getting hangry) so a waitress asked if she could bring her some goldfish while she waited. I ordered pancakes with pecans and it was pretty good. So, I am really beginning to like this Denny's. It is not typical, oh yes the food is the same as all the others but the service here is above and beyond. Everyone is very friendly, always smiling and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Today my wife and I dropped in for breakfast. We were seated immediately. We went on a Saturday morning and it was PACKED. Even so we were seated fairly quickly. The food came out hot and we were in and out in under an hour. The service was plenty friendly and people checked in throughout the meal. It's not the best quality food or the best prices. If you want cheap breakfast look elsewhere.
