On the photo you can see the edges were brown on my order (Californian). The servings are huge so we only ate half of the omelettes we ordered and finished off the waffles. I had the Californian and my son had Denver. The Californian is a folded omelette while Denver flat. I prefer my son's omelette than mine. Next time I'll just have the waffles! Oh and they put jam and salsa that's really good to put on anything - even the waffles.

Eggs Benedict were very traditional, seasoned well but nothing to rave for. They definitely have a different take on chilaquiles, not what I was expecting but decently seasoned. He remembered a note I'd left on a receipt about just moving back and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. The food is excellent -- salads, sandwiches, quesadillas, pastries -- and I routinely get two to three days' worth for fifty dollars. But what sets Victory Cafe apart is something you can't fake: genuine care, consistency, and a team that clearly reflects how they're led. Loyal customer for life.
