The breakfast experience at this location was beyond unacceptable. There was a new person running the place by herself which is an extremely poor management decision. Starting out, she didn't know about the $6.99 Super Slam even though its on the first screen of the website. Coffee took 12 minutes to arrive with no room for cream/sugar, and the dish of creamer cups had sticky pancake syrup on the creamer containers.... including the 2nd set of creamers! Breakfast took 30 minutes! Scrambled eggs were so burnt they were inedible. Replacement eggs were so runny they were also inedible. No time for a 3rd try at getting the eggs right as I was already in a hurry. At the cash register, she took 10 minutes to figure out how to apply an AARP discount! Poor management decision to let a newbie run the place caused me to be late. I will never visit this location again! read more

The first three times we ate there it was good and good service as well, but all before 8 pm. After 9 pm they sat us in the back area... the staff had there kids in the building while on the job and doing paper work and counting the money of the day at one of the tables near by that the main manager of the night was at as well. The service that night was terrible, Service was slow and not professional. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and they brought out the wrong salad dressing, and it all looked like it was thrown together with no care in the world to who was eating it. After we ate it took another 20 minutes for our check to come so we could go home. Not a good night! One bad experience can make the other good ones look like they never happened. Just went there right now, Asian lady was being so rude to my party about the checks, so much attitude, always talking back, a man was there with the worst costumer service, he's lucky I didn't get his name, he had long hair though, he kept rolling his eyes, he didn't want to take our orders, he would just walk away, had attitude the whole time, I work in a restaurant too, I know the things that would happen from working at one, but the most important thing is customer service, at least smile at the customers, be happy they're there, they're the one giving you the money anyways, also I ordered a double burger, it tasted so watery, like it was dipped in sink water, I didn't even have the cuts to finish it, also my soda was all watered down and the waiters didn't even come back no more so I couldn't ask for a refill, over all I will not come back to this location, they will not get my money, they need to retrain their workers on how to have customer service, if you can't handle working in a popular restaurant then don't work there at all. read more

Dear Denny's, I know that your veggie of the day comes from a can and that everything but the water has a thin layer of grease on it. However, I love you. I love that you were here for me tonight when I was getting over food poisoning. Your grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup kept me from starving to death and set me to rights. Your charming servers with their smiling cheerful service made us feel totally taken care of. Even with generous tip it didn't cost me much more than fast food. And it was nice to have someone else cook it and put it on the table for a change. It's great that you are close enough to walk to so I can feel as though that french toast never happened. read more

This is one of my favorite places for any meal at any time of day! They're service is always so great! The staff is so amazing and always so quick! No matter if it is 8am, 3pm, or even 2am they're always on it and never fail to amaze me. Their food is always delicious and tastes so fresh. This will always be my Go to Denny's location! I'll be generous and give 3 stars because the past times we've been there, we had great service by one of the guy waiters, forgot his name :( But today's service was HORRIBLE!! We came for breakfast. Our waitress was an Asian lady named Pat and she can't handle a lot of tables. She took forever to come greet us. We got coffee, all cups were dirty, then she disappeared for A WHILE. Then she came to rush us through our order, and when we asked for new clean cups, she blamed it on the busy day. We asked for an orange juice, never said what size, she ends up forgetting and later brings a large OJ. Food was cold. She never came back to check on us. When we went up to the front to pay, we told her about the cold food and all she did was take off the coffee. Then we had a '20% off' retailmenot coupon and the manager wouldn't take it. She gave us the worst attitude, saying that it needs to be printed out, but also said their computers don't take coupons. So she had no idea what she was saying. Made herself look stupid. And they can manually enter discounts. That is definitely not the way you treat customers. I will probably go back again, but will make sure I don't get those servers. read more

I always come to this Dennys location with my husband and son. Although it's mostly me and my son that dine in for breakfast. The service is great depending on how busy they are at times. Waiters are friendly as well as the manager. I ordered online on Jan 1st for pick up and accidently recieved the wrong pancakes in my order which I reluctantly did not check until I got home. Anyways I called dennys and explained to them about how I had recieved the wrong order of pancakes and they went ahead and took my info and gave me a credit. A few days later I came in with my husband and son for breakfast and spoke to the manager letting him now that I had a credit. He was more then helpful and honored it. My friends had chicken soup and a side salad while my friend and I got cranberry Apple chicken salad which was so delicious. I didn't think I'd finish the whole plate, but I did! I give this location two stars. I'm all about late night munchies, but if you have food allergies you should be careful before you take a bite! My boyfriend and I ordered the Country Fried Steak to share and he's highly allergic to mushrooms, so whatever we order we always double check to make sure there aren't any. While pouring hot sauce on the plate, getting it ready to eat and we notice that there are mushrooms sautéed in with the food when this was a no mushroom dish! The waiter was kind enough to take it back and have it replaced, but what worries me is if we didn't see the mushrooms until it was too late. They need to make sure that the chefs stick to guidelines on how to prepare different meals. It could've been a big problem. Other than that, my experience there was ok. read more

Today my mother and I had what we thought would be a late breakfast but turned out to be an early lunch. We waited for 1 hour for our food to finally arrive at our table after placing our order. We didn't mind the wait we knew it was Sunday and everybody was very busy. I had the grand slam $8 value meal and my mom had the $4 everyday value slam. Our server asked us our drink choices my mom asked for coffee and I asked for water. Our server Luis informed us that I could get a soft drink choice with my meal if I didn't want the orange juice so I chose lemonade. We was very pleasant and kind. After an hours wait and finishing our meal we were ready to pay. The cashier whom we do not know who he was was extremely rude. I asked him why was I being charged for my mothers coffee if my meal came with coffee and I didn't receive any coffee. All I had to drink was a lemonade. He had Luis come over and asked him. Luis said yes she had a coffee (my mom) but she didn't. (Me) And the cashier---who may be a manager--- told us you don't get any discounts for what you don't want and showed us there are no substitutions written on the menu. He continued to go on and on about how he had to charge us the coffee in a very rude manner. He told us that our sever shouldn't have given me lemonade and "now he was in trouble ." This was the part that upset us the most ! Why was he in trouble all I did was ask a question?! We had already been there for over an hour so I told him several times it's fine let me pay but he continued to go on and on. Once he finally let me pay he didn't even give me my itemized receipt or give me a chance to leave our sever a tip on my card. I hope this cashier or manager is shown this review! The server was nice. The food was usual gas-station quality. The management leaves something to be desired. There's a big banner on the front of the building saying "Kids eat free all week." But the manager evidently has a policy that you get charged for the kid's meal anyway unless you have psychic powers that tell you to ask for the free kid's meal up front.
