Didn't paint the whole nail, didn't take any of the side excess skin off, didn't shape the nails straight like I asked, and on top of that the white nail polish had blue in it! I feel as there is a complete over charge at this location. A full set (SHORT) might i add costed me $120 with 3 fingers on each hand with a design. The following time i came in and wanted to do a fill, this time only having 1 finger with design and others a solid color she wanted to charge me $110.. that is outrageous. I informed her how much she charged me last time for a more detailed set versus this time being a fill and it being less and she was like oh well i can do it for $100 then. I said no, it's ok . I would just let to get the nails removed instead no set. She then changed her mind to only charge me $75 for the set. I still said no because how is it that you are wanting to retain reoccurring customers coming to the establishment but having no moral on the way you are choosing to up charge your services. And to top it off when we started the manicure, I have a thin spot on my nail that I let them know beforehand hey this really hurts and it's a really thin spot. Please try to avoid it. She grabs onto it and tries to rip it off. So of course I don't want the manicure anymore and I'm still getting charged for a manicure when my fingernails look like this.

I needed a pedicure bad so there we go! Ok, so the rapey chairs are a bit weird to get used to BUT they really rock at going after the knots in your back - just prepare for how intense they are. I had one sweet older lady give me my pedicure and she was amazing - really taking her time with me etc. You get a drink with your pedicure which includes either champagne or wine etc. I usually just grab water but knowing I can get a soda or wine is rather lovely. Also, you have a long list of pedicure options which start at $25 for a basic which is a great price because even the basic is longer than I have had at other places seriously. I got the classic which is $30 and she REALLY massaged me and did the sugar scrub. She also really scrubbed my feet and trimmed everything. I also decided to get a French manicure for my natural nails. A younger girl did that for me and was also amazing really taking her time. She also talked me into shellac which I normally never would do because my nails grow so fast but doing the French made a lot of sense since it should last quite a time, provide a lot of extra strength for my already very strong natural nails and it looks stunning! She took her time to make sure they were perfect and even asked for my feedback throughout. It was simply one of the best pedicures and manicures I have ever had! Its also great to watch how mindful they are as far as cleaning goes - the place itself is very clean and you do not smell tragic chemicals in the air and such. This place is smaller, much more cozier. There were two chairs! Second, the attention to detail is higher. The soaking tubs for the feet are better and it's more about pedicure than a long massage. Third, the overall atmosphere is warm and cozy. Sometimes it might feel like you are in a grocery store at other places. Not here - warm, nice music (and it isn't spa music!), and very friendly people. It's worth a visit.
