Saved my car. My friend drank too much and completely projectile vomited all over the entire front seat - on the windshield, in the air vents, on the floor, on the entire passenger door (inside and out) including on the speaker and down the window crevice that goes into the door. Every small space that exists in the car had vomit on it. I immediately contacted 10+ detailing shops inquiring about cleaning it and Zam's reasonable quote for an interior & exterior detail, along with the already good reviews, were what made me bring my car here. Zam was extremely nice and personable upon meeting him and he reassured me that he'd be able to clean everything, but the air vents may be tough to do as they're the honeycomb style with small holes. Zam called me a few hours after dropping the car off and said they were able to remove the air vents and clean out everything in there. I was so relieved and even more so when I went to pick up the car and saw what a great job they did. There was no more smell and from an overall glance you would never had known someone threw up in there. When I got home and did a thorough up close inspection of everything I still saw a couple spots with residual vomit in some very small crevices, as well as in the tiny holes on the leather seat, but he explained he did everything to get that out as best he could. I'm not holding that against him as I know it would be impossible to get my car back to 100%. Overall I'm very happy with the services here considering this was an emergency last minute situation. I'd definitely bring my car here for a non-vomit cleaning detail in the future. read more

I contacted Detailing Masters through Yelp to book an appointment. They were booked for a same day clean but they were quick to schedule me for the next day. Expectations were laid out front with a good, affordable price and a detailed list of what was covered. While they cleaned, I did some work at a nearby Starbucks. They gave me an estimate of 3 hours, but finished in about 2. They sent me a text about 10-15 minutes before my job would be done. When I inspected my car, it was spotless! They did the whole package as promised and did what I needed most and requested: they got rid of some stains on my passenger seat from multiple coffee spills, removed my dog's pet hair from everywhere, cleaned my vents, and even got the hard to reach areas around my car. Not so great mobile service...Had 2 vehicles detailed a while back .They have good response time, and overall, you get good service, if you go into the shop. I had 2 vehicles cleaned by them. The first vehicle was just the Interior service which I brought to their shop. They did a good job, so I followed up with a second vehicle for interior and exterior, but used their mobile service as I didn't have time to bring it to their shop. I wasn't as impressed with the mobile service. It wasn't cleaned as good as the first time, and none of the windows were cleaned. I texted a pic to the owner, he responded quickly, but says maybe his guy ran out of cleaner... And then asks me to bring the vehicle to his shop so he can clean the windows as his guy can't come back... The whole point of a MOBILE detail is so that I don't have to come to the shop.. Now, I could look past the incomplete cleaning, but what I didn't like, was the fact that they didn't offer to come back and clean it, and he didn't offer a discount on the current detail.. he says I will get a discount on the next detail service.. That rubbed me the wrong way. If you're not willing to come and make it right the same day, you should discount the current service, not something in the future.. id like to give 3 stars for the mobile service, but they did a good job at the shop the first time. 4 stars is fair, I guess... read more
