10/10 place to go if you want a quick & easy breakfast sandwich that hits the spot. We got the special breakfast sandwich and it had the perfect combination of ingredients (the aioli was definitely the star). The vegetable quiche was also super yummy--was a little on the mushier side but I liked the artichokes. The service was super quick and the workers were all nice. We went around 2:30pm and there was no wait at all. read more

Order the special breakfast sandwich and if it's too big to eat alone, ask them to cut it in half! There is outdoor seating where you and your friends can enjoy your meal. I literally take all my guests to this spot because it's so close to Ocean Beach. read more

Pro tip: if you don't want to wait in line, order your food to-go but don't forget to ask for their hot sauce before you leave! Hot sauce is perfect to add to breakfast sandwiches. Service was fast - our pick up was quick and easy. We order the special breakfast sandwich and the cinnamon roll. The breakfast sandwich was really good, but I feel like it would have been even better if I decided to leave the pepper jack cheese on it. Next time! The cinnamon roll was also so good but I do wish that it was warmed up before we picked it up. It was really cold and as soon as we brought it home and put it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, it was AH-mazing. I would definitely come back here again! read more

Superb breakfast sandwiches with close access to the beach! Ordered their special breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, cheese, avocado in a buttery biscuit), which was delicious. The flavors all pair very well together and the sandwich is very filling. Their hot sauce/salsa is also amazing and unique (kind of a hint of curry?). Very limited outdoor seating available. Lines can be long but move quickly. read more

Stopped by at around 7:30am on a Sunday for a quick breakfast. Despite it being quite cold and overcast, there were about 5 other people waiting for their food outside on the outdoor benches. Service is friendly, and I waited for about 15 minutes after placing my order for my sandwich to come out. -Special Breakfast Sandwich ($11.50): I've gotten this once before, and it's just such a delite. Comes out really hot, with nice soft scrambled egg, plenty of melted cheese, a nice creamy lemony sauce and a solid amount of avocado (perhaps even too much) with thick bacon. -Cinnamon roll: the smell tempted me and I caved and bought this. Sooooo big and soft fluffy roll with rich, almost carmelized sugar all over. This is huge and I ate it over the course of three sessions haha. All in all, worth the drive out to get a good breakfast by the ocean :) read more

It's good, but I think it's pricey for what you are getting. They also recently added a $1 charge due to inflated egg prices. The lemon garlic aioli is really good in the breakfast sandwich. I ordered 3 sandwiches and it took about 10 mins for the food to come out. I like the outdoor seating as well read more

The biscuits of their breakfast sandwiches are the best part. I got the special breakfast sandwich but think I would prefer the regular one (it just doesn't have the aioli or avocado, which I think it's fine without). Lowering star because the wait can be really long, and I even tried ordering ahead online but still had to wait. Great spot though! read more

On a recent trip to SF, we were looking for a breakfast spot near our airbnb in the Outer Sunset area. On our last day we saw Devil's Teeth Baking Company and decided to stop by on our way to the beach. We got a couple of special breakfast sandwiches and a couple of pastries, all of which were delicious!! This is more of a grab-and-go type of place as there's no tables or seating inside. However, there are a few bench seats in front of the business to sit down and eat your food. We sat on these benches while we waited for our order and were surprised at how quickly the food came out. The beach is actually just a few blocks away so we walked there to eat our sandwiches. read more

Oh my god. You never had a breakfast sandwich til you've been here. Don't be stupid: get the special. I honestly DREAM about this breakfast sandwich. There will be a wait. Yes it's worth it. They work fast and efficiently, plus there's a little mom-and-pop grocery store across the street (that sells the FINEST freshly squeezed OJ I've ever had), which you can spend some time looking at while waiting for the breakfast goodness. I'm so glad they're still running; I lived on Taraval back in the day and I've made the WALK over to eat this sandwich, multiple times might I add. So be prepared to wait, but also be prepared to be amazed. read more

The special breakfast sandwich is delicious and with a unique lemon aioli. Everything melded together for a beautiful creation. The biscuits were soft but flakey. The raspberry scone is a favorite from the bakery case, not too sweet but not too hard like some scones can be. Lovely staff with great musics. Browse the books while you wait. read more

Tried this place on a Saturday afternoon and there wasn't too much long of a wait but it was popular! You could see they sell out of pastries by the afternoon. I had the special breakfast sandwich which was $15. It was "special" because it had a lemon aioli and a few dollars more for this, but unfortunately the flavor didn't come through at all. It was a fine breakfast sandwich: very rich, the eggs were good and house made biscuit was the star. But for $15 is a bit steep- I didn't get coffee but would like to try it. Outside seating is great though with the sea air and plants around. Looking forward to try their morning bun thing. read more

Review is for breakfast sandwich After seeing all the wonderful reviews I came in wanting to love it. But unfortunately I wouldn't come back for it for a variety of reasons I ordered one sandwich with no meat. I was asked if I'd like avocado or tomato instead. From the way it was worded I thought it might not be extra $ to do so, (and since it wasn't mentioned that there would be an extra charge) but of course it was - no problem. I ordered another sandwich and asked to sub the bacon with sausage. Again, another un-mentioned $2 charge showed up on the receipt. I get it, substitutions cost money and give the kitchen extra work. But I would've appreciated if it was stated upfront. The sandwiches themselves took a while to come out - longer than I expected. And when I finally got to try it, it was quite underwhelming. There was absolutely no seasoning and even the sandwich with sausage (a very small slice) needed something to give it flavor. They do have hot sauce on request which helps, but I feel the sandwich should be seasoned on its own too. My biscuit also had a pretty strong and lingering chemically flavor that happens when there is too much leavening in the recipe, so overall, after paying $15/sandwich, I definitely wouldn't try it again. The baked goods all look great though so I'd love to come back to try those. read more

I was so excited to finally try Devil's Teeth Baking Company after having it on my radar for so long! I rarely make it that far into the Sunset, but Devil's Teeth made the trip worth it. Of course, I had to try the iconic breakfast sandwich with all its rave reviews. I got The Regular ($11.50) and it was fantastic! It came out fast and really hot. It was also larger than expected, which was a happy surprise. Firstly, it's all about that biscuit. Oh my goodness, it was so good. The crumb was tender and flaky and buttery, and it was just a little bit sweet, which created a great contrast with the savory filling. On that note, the filling was also so good. The bacon was just right: not too thick or thin, and not too crispy or soft. The eggs were great as well. Fun fact actually really sad fact, I am prone to getting the ick while eating eggs, but these eggs were ick-less! Hot and fluffy, and they melded perfectly with the cheddar. Since I was there, I also got their carrot zucchini quickbread. It was great, moist and tender. Their other baked goods looked amazing as well! One thing to note when you visit is that they only have limited outdoor seating, so I'd recommend taking your food to the beach or one of the parks for more space to spread out. That's easier said than done though, because you'll probably want to dig in right there. read more

We came here on a sunday morning on a friend's recommendation and it was pricey, but had good baked goods. The storefront and the ambiance was straight forward, a couple of tables outside, simple counter and display case with a nautical theme. The server was nice, to the point. Coffee - We had a red eye and a standard black coffee. Nothing to write home about, pretty standard for what it was. I wouldn't come here specifically for cofee. Bacon Biscuit Sandwich - Great breakfast sandwich. The biscuit it self was probably the stand out part, flaky, buttery, delicious with just the right texture. It's a bit messy, but perfect for eating on the outside tables while chatting. I do think it's a bit pricey for what you get, and it does not travel well. My wife ordered a second one for the road and it was nowhere near as good an hour down the road. Cinnamon Roll - My wife said this was the best cinnamon roll in the world. For her, icing takes from a cinnamon roll and this one doesn't have any. It was, however, perfectly baked with a hint of toasted molasses that gave it depth beyond the cinnamon. Fantastic cinnamon roll and this one traveled well all way back to LA where our kids give it their enthusiastic approval. Definitely getting more of these if we're in the area. Beignets - These were a sunday special and we got a few to try. Definitely something to eat outside, stooped over like an old man due the powdered sugar on top. Overall, soft, rich, and tasty, these are beignets done well. That said, I would consider these more of an add on if you wanted beignets than a reason to come. Overall a nice spot. I'd come here again for the baked goods and wouldn't turn down a breakfast sandwich if my wife wanted to split one. read more

Had a breakfast biscuit from here over the weekend. I stayed overnight at a friend's house nearby. We wanted to do a brunch but there were like 6-7 of us and ordering takeout was easier. Give it was a holiday weekend, they made the right call. We all had our own customized breakfast biscuit sandwiches. I had a veggie one with avocado, with special lemon aioli sauce on the side. The sauce was very delicious. No one let me pay so I can't speak to value, but I can say quality was so good. read more

The breakfast sandwich ranks easily as the best I've ever had. The sandwich is laden with ripe avocado and lemony aioli. The cornbread-English muffin-biscuit hybrid is the perfect canvas for a thick slab of eggs and sausage (which was too small to cover the whole sandwich and cost extra sadly). It's small but mighty - it's not a big sandwich by any means but I was stuffed by the time I finished. We cleansed our palates with an Earl Gray bread with pistachios that was equally delicious. My only complaint is that it's quite pricey, but, in my opinion, completely deserving of the hype and price. read more

I finally made it back after years, and let me tell you--it's just as amazing as I remember! The bacon biscuit sandwich was absolute perfection--flaky, buttery biscuit, crispy bacon, and all-around deliciousness. Every bite was a dream! And the juice options? So fresh and flavorful! Wow, this was a great breakfast sandwich. We came all the way from Sacramento on a friends recommendation and we were not disappointed. We ordered the special with pepper jack cheese, bacon, garlic aïoli, eggs, and avocado on a homemade biscuit. We were so impressed with the size and quality of ingredients. The place is fairly small and shares space with a small bookstore. we had a fun time exploring and looking up books while our food was being prepared. I also ordered a latte that was pretty good. We also ordered a chocolate chip cookie that had an immense number of chocolate chips on it. We also had the beer cheddar bacon, scone/muffin that was very excellent and had huge chunks of bacon in it. The service was good and we were interacting with several employees there that were very professional and respectful. read more

I can see why this place has the beeest reviews on their breakfast sandwich - it's SO good! We visited on a Saturday afternoon. The line was out the door but don't let that deter you, because it moves quickly. I only waited about 10 minutes in line (and a short 5 minutes after that to get my sandwich), which was great. The special breakfast sandwich is 100% worth the extra $$ to upgrade. The difference between the regular and special is that the special comes with pepperjack cheese (vs. cheddar), avocado, and a lemon-garlic aioli. The aioli was absolutely addicting and the avocado added a perfect balance to the crispy bacon. In all honesty, I thought the biscuit was alright (a bit denser than my liking) but it was nice and flakey. There's some benches outside if you plan on dining there, otherwise it's a great grab and go meal if you have other plans! A side note: don't sleep on the chocolate chip cookie either. It's HUGE and tastes super good too! Perfect level of sweetness and balance of chocolate chips to dough. read more

This is the second time I've come here and been served bad food. First time was when I ordered the breakfast sandwich with avocado. The avocado they used was crunchy/inedible. Got the special breakfast sandwich, beignets and an avocado toast. The breakfast sandwich and beignets were great but the avocado toast was overdone with the break being very crusty. The avocado inside was completely unseasoned. Would recommend getting anything other than the Avocado toast. read more

I'm not sure why this place has so much hype over their brekkie sandwich. It literally smells, taste, and looks like they used canned pillsbury biscuit to make this. In fact, I'm almost certain they did because I used to eat that on the regular as a poor Asian kid with my family. The fact that they also gave me a burnt biscuit and a burnt piece of sausage will most perpetuate my generational trauma of growing up poor and eating things like this. Devils teeth is an SF classic. Sundays especially for their fresh fluffy beignets! Can't go wrong with those. The special breakfast sandwich is a classic. So delicious and not dry at all. The biscuit can be too overwhelming & over powering at times. Halfway through I just threw away half of it. I wish there was an option to get it without the biscuit and just like a breakfast bowl would be yum. The staff are always delightful and there's seating outside (benches). I've been coming here for years and the line is usually quite long. I decided to go on a weekday, but wanted to order ahead of time because I didn't want to stand in line. I ordered it online even though I was 10 minutes out and it said that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. What to do? I could always go across the street and grab a cup of coffee and just clear out email while I sat and waited. When I did pull up, there was no line! Decided to walk in to check on my order, it was really no one inside maybe one or two people and my order was actually ready on the racks. Had I not been as close, and didn't go to check, my sandwich would have been sitting there for easily 20 minutes if I just showed up on time. I understand that they want to put up enough time so that people are not harassing them or standing around staring at them as they cook, but this was not great. I prefer to have my sandwich, hot, not medium temperature or even cold. Otherwise, I love DevilsTeeth. The special sandwich is fabulous. It's my go to along with many other people here. Always delicious, and I love the free dog treats, even though we used to get more! read more

We were passing through San Francisco and decided to get something here. They have so many pastries, breakfast sandwich choices, coffee drinks, etc. The guy taking our order was patient and friendly. I just decided to get their ginger cookie. Wow, very soft and moist. There were little ginger pieces that gave the cookie a nice little spicy kick. You could taste the cinnamon and spices in this mouth-watering cookie. I love a good ginger cookie and this one ranks up there for me! I did not get a chance to try anything else. I loved the biscuit sandwich here. My only dings are for the drink I ordered and seating. The menu is very straight forward. I got the Regular Breakfast Sandwich and it was good but my partner got the Special Breakfast Sandwich and it was better but a little too big for me personally. The Regular one has eggs, bacon and cheddar, still bomb. The Special has avocado, pepper jack cheese and lemon garlic aioli. I think I would order the Regular and add the lemon garlic aioli. The pricing is fair for the amount of size, in my opinion. I ordered the Chai Latte and it was very underwhelming, I wouldn't order it again. The seating is outside in the front, it's a nice little area, I only wish they provided some chairs and tables. read more

While I was waiting for my coffee, a pizza passed by with an incredible aroma. It looked so good that I immediately started looking through the menu. To my surprise, I found many of my favorite dishes on it. As a European, I couldn't help but comment on how much I liked the menu and the overall feel of the place. The food selection, presentation, and attention to detail reminded me of the cafés I enjoy back in Europe. The young woman who served my cappuccino welcomed me with a warm smile and was genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I came in for a coffee and left excited to return. I'll definitely be back soon to explore the menu and try more of their dishes.

Anyone who grew up with me knows my absolute hankering for sweets. But, since growing a bit older (hopefully wiser) and a bit more health conscious, I've suppressed a lot of my sugary habits... Until now. Oh Lord, forgive me for I have sinned. Even the thought of consuming sweets sends me into a guilt trip. That being said, I have heard so many great things about Devil's Teeth Baking Company and decided to make the trek from SOMA to the outer Sunset District just for this place. And with a name like Devil's Teeth, who wouldn't be slightly seduced? And like the forbidden tree in the Garden of Eden, I knew I shouldn't have been anywhere near it. Oh well! Sometimes you just gotta YOLO it! *throws scruples to the wind* Upon arrival, as I opened my car door, I could immediately smell the aroma of delicious baked goods permeating through the air. It was like a delicate lullaby to my nose tempting me to come closer. God please help me to resist temptation as I walk through the valley of the shadow of death. As I walked into the store, my heart skipped a beat. There they were. Cookies, croissants, cinnamon rolls, danishes and a plethora of other delightful delicacies sat behind the glass display ready to be devoured. I really really really really DO try hard to make healthy choices, but today was NOT going to be that day. The first thing my eyes settled on was a large peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. The angel on my shoulder said not to, but the devil on my shoulder said come on, just try a little. The chocolate chips were so large and numerous throughout the cookie that I was convinced that maybe a small bite wouldn't hurt. Next my eyes shifted to the crumb cake. I grew up eating cheap ol' Little Debbie's and thought that even then, it was the greatest thing in the world. Since those Little Debbie days, I've learned a thing or two about quality and let's just say that this coffee crumb cake had it goin' on in all aspects! Soft, delicately sweet, with a bit of a tart flavor from the rhubarb. Sweet Lordy Jesus. By now I had no conscious at all. Just give me the goodz! I also purchased the cinnamon roll. Words cannot describe what I tasted and felt, but let me go ahead and try. Soft Gooey Sweet Cinnamony Crunchy. You name it. This forbidden "fruit" was better than I had ever imagined. I needed something to wash this all down before leaving, so I decided to go with one of their house made mango juices from the fridge. A perfect way to end such a sugary trip. Prices are a tad high, but for the quality and flavor you get, it is well worth the extra pennies. They have outdoor seating that is great for relaxing with your coffee or pastries, or to even just chatting with your friends. This place is kid friendly and has colorful chalk for children to draw on the city walkways with. They also serve savory dishes, sandwiches and sourdough bread. So, if you aren't in the mood for something sweet, there are plenty of other options to choose from at this bakery. The only excuse I have for going on such a sugar crazed frenzy is "The devil made me do it." Yeah, that's it. I want to start off by giving a heads up to the owners, who decided to open such a fantastic bakery on this street. It is exactly what the neighbor hood needed. The owners are wonderful, always very interested in who you are, and what your about- It makes one feel good to be asked questions- because it shows they truly want to get to know their customers. I have a lot to say about this place.. so hold on to your seats. The staff: About 95% of the staff are sweet, and overly attentive. But lately the same two young girls, have given me less than standard service.. For example, when I came in by myself to get a few things- the young Asian girl with glasses and black hair and another girl with brown hair and blue eyes- ignore me- especially if there is other young men in the bakery. Normally I wouldn't consider this a problem, but it has happened now more than a few times.. It doesn't make any sense to me, because EVERYONE ELSE is SOOO overly nice and polite!??!? BUT I still come here because I love the food and the location.. right by the beach. OK now for the food: In the latest issue of 7x7 magazine that frequents my office... there was an article about the "top 10 places to eat in the outer sunset". What made me SO happy, is that Devil's Teeth scored 2nd place out of 10 for their breakfast sandwich!!! The breakfast sandwich I have had it REALLY good- and then other time disappointing.. but hold on let me emphasize that when its GOOD- its REALLY GOOD. It's a home made fresh biscuit, cheddar cheese, bacon, and what they call their "two egg-er"- which is an enormously sized scrambled egg.. When it's "good" it's due to the perfection of the ratio portion of the bacon, egg, and cheese.. I read in the article that there is to be 3 strips of bacon when in fact... it is ONE piece of bacon folded over. Last time I brought one home for my wife, she opened it up and saw little else but a daunting 4 inch egg-er in the sandwich.. I hate to say this but she just threw the egg to our two labs.. they seemed to like it. it was way too much and over powered the rest of it. But either way I cant deny it is one of my favorite things on their menu. -Pie: The strawberry pie is by far my favorite. Lately they have been doing a strawberry and blueberry blend- which is alright, but my favorite is the plain strawberry! The banana creme pie is second to none and I dream of it often :) -Muffins: My favorite muffin- by far is the black berry muffin.. the blackberry banana is also great as well as the blueberry banana. I can woof down these heavenly muffins in a sitting- that's how good they are. I also highly enjoy the donut muffin, but the fruit muffins are by far the BEST, possibly that Ive ever had in my LIFE! - As far as the rest: The Cheese cake- is AMAZING. I love this little topping they put over it.. its almost like an extra creamy topping.. since cheesecake can b somewhat dry. I love the lemon cheesecake as well. The quiche is AMAZING, the crust is perfect buttery and flaky. Pretty much everything is wonderful. I highly recommend this place! read more

Definitely have to agree with everyone that Devil's Teeth Baking Company is very FRESH! I came in ready to start my morning off with one of their breakfast sammies and the banana blueberry muffins. I have a huge soft spot for breakfast sandwiches. When I saw that Devil's Teeth serves breakfast sammies, I was super excited to try one! I really appreciate that the sammies are made fresh - right after I placed my order I saw them crack the eggs into the skillet. The portions are also huge, but then again the breakfast sandwich was $5. So how did the food taste? Well...I was slightly underwhelmed by the breakfast sandwich. The biscuit was soft and flaky, but the sandwich was dry and lacked flavor. They should add some hot sauce or ketchup on the side. Also, I really wish they put sausage in the sandwich. There are 2 strips of bacon, cheese, and lots of fluffy scrambled eggs but where's the sausage?? The banana blueberry muffin comes topped with whole blueberries baked into a banana bread muffin. The texture of the muffin was a little too doughy and tasted a bit bland. Just an extra hint of banana flavor and these muffins would be perfect! Only got their ginger cookie because I went a little late in the afternoon and most pastries were gone. I wasn't hungry at that time so I decided on the cookie so I can save it for later. The ginger cookie was delicious!! I wasn't even hungry, but decided to try it anyways and it was yummy! It is about the size of your whole hand (pretty big cookie) for $2.50. There are actual soft ginger candy chunks in it that are sweet/very ginger-y and the cookie itself is a good blend of saltiness and sweetness. Very chewy cookie and did not turn hard or dry out after a day. The staff were very friendly and you can help yourself with some water if you'd like (located at where the sugar/creamer are). There are limited indoor seating and some outdoor seating. They serve not just pastries/brownies/cookies/cakes but also breakfast/lunch sandwiches, lunch dishes..etc. Also have beignet Sundays for $1 a piece...too bad I went on a Saturday. I recently visited Devils Teeth and my overall experience was mixed. The first thing that struck me was the extreme wait time, which made me think it must be a popular spot. The place was indeed bustling, which often indicates quality. However, when I finally got to taste their offerings, I found them to be just okay. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie, and while it was decent, it didn't particularly wow me. I thought it would taste a bit more homemade but it tasted like something you get at Safeway, very sweet. The biscuits I tried were a bit hard, even after requesting them to be heated. On the positive side, their beignets were a highlight, being soft and fluffy, and the coffee was passable. Prices are fair. Street parking. Outside seating available. In the end, I'd rate my experience at Devils Teeth a 3/5. It's worth trying if you're in the area and curious about something new, but it didn't leave a lasting impression on me, and I don't see myself going back. read more

I've lived in the Outer Sunset for years and have been to DT many times. This place is quite overrated: the lemon bars are overly sweet, most of the pastries are overpriced to begin with, and the special breakfast sandwich is a mess (seriously, wrapping the sandwich in foil after it has hollandaise isn't a great idea . . . plus it is incredibly small for an expensive sandwich). It certainly isn't very affordable, and many of the positive reviews (and long lines) come from outsiders who drive out here and take photos for Instagram. That is (probably) why the owner supports reopening a small stretch of highway close to the shop that locals have used for fitness during COVID (and needs to remain closed). That isn't the reason for this negative review, but it should serve as a warning that this place isn't a local community hub - it's just popularized by out-of-town, non-local folks. Locals know this place isn't anywhere near a steal. read more

This local, neighborhood gem is located in the Sunset area. Only 5 blocks from Ocean Beach! Their bakery is simple and ingredients rich with butter and even more love! When you're here you have to get the breakfast sando. Hammered between 2 flakey biscuits that's more flakey than the people in SF. The ingredients are simple: egg, cheese, and bacon. On Sunday: get the beignets, you wont regret it. They're also famous for their shark cookies. Yes you heard that right... shark. Shaped. Cookies! I'm always surprised at why this place has good reviews. Ok- I admit it- I am taking away two stars because the line is ALWAYS atrociously long. But the REASON WHY the line is atrociously long is because their staff is somehow always horribly untrained and slow. Clearly they have bad management issues and a lack of training, as the people are always kind and helpful, they just don't really seem to know what's going on or how to handle customer service issues. Speaking of that, the other star lost is because I've come here approximately 6 times, and at least half the time, they've screwed up my order. (I've also watched them screw up a bunch of other people's orders on a few occasions). For most people, you've waited so long for your food that you are desperate and just take the wrong order. But if you have allergies, this is really not the place for you. read more

I live two blocks away from Devil's Teeth Bakery and always see a long line, so I thought I'd check it out. Since then, I've been coming back here every week to grab a special breakfast sandwich before heading over to do some volunteer work at the San Francisco Zoo. The special breakfast sandwich is so bomb and seems to be one of the most popular items on the menu. I love that everything is homemade. The biscuit for the breakfast sandwich is deliciously flaky and full of flavor. I've also had their apple turnovers, lemon bars, and shark cookies, which are all amazing. Their Thai iced teas are also really good as they aren't overly sweet like most places. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. If you go weekend mornings, be prepared to wait 30 minutes to get your order. It's just that busy in the mornings, but so worth it! read more

This is why I love the city- for its fresh local food and bakery. I came out of my way to try this new place and I was quite impressed with their baked goods. I had the blackberry muffin with FRESH blackberries baked on top and the oatmeal raisin cookie. Both had the right amount of sweetness and yummy taste. And of course I had the famous Blue Bottle coffee to accompany with. However, I was slightly disappointed that they didn't have the banana blackberry muffin, which is really what attracted me here. I give this bakery 3.5 starts for its fresh and innovative goodies. It may not be the most amazing bakery in the city, but it may probably be so in the neighborhood. read more

We drive all the way from Antioch just to visit Devil's Teeth Baking Company, and it never disappoints. This little gem is renowned for its breakfast biscuits, which are absolutely worth the trip. After grabbing our breakfast, we love heading to Ocean Beach to enjoy the meal with a view. If we're lucky enough to go on a Sunday, we get to indulge in their beignets, which are such a treat. After visiting this place several times, I thought it was about time to share my thoughts! Their breakfast sandwiches truly live up to the hype. However, I must admit that every time I order one, I find the biscuit to be a bit too dry for my taste, and I end up discarding the top bun altogether. On the bright side, the $1 beignets on Sundays are absolutely delightful. They're served hot and made to order, making them a real treat. We decided to check this place out after reading all the great reviews. We were very full after lunch but really wanted to try this place out. Their pastries looked pretty yummy.. They have the usual, bars, scones, cookies, etc.... But the reason I'm not going back is because the young bearded man in the glasses gave us the biggest most unnecessary attitude ever. Order with him if you don't want to piss him off. Apparently he thought the lady at the register was incapable of moving to her right a bit to grab a couple of things for us. I usually don't have time to sit and write a review on new places in my neighborhood let alone the city I live in but I have to comment on The Devil's Teeth Baking Company. The pastry selection is out of this world and if you are not a sweet tooth type of person then you should think about the curry chicken salad or their quiche. I am so happy to have this place in the outer sunset. It is great to bring your kids and either head to the beach or the park with a nice treat in hand. Give this place a try and I think you will really enjoy everything they have to offer. read more

A little tip for your Sunday plans -- $1 beignets at Devils Teeth Baking Co. and yes, they are as good as they sound. We popped in on a Sunday and grabbed some and they were so yummy. What makes them extra special is that they're made fresh to order, so you're getting them hot and perfectly pillowy every time. They're a pretty average size so my advice is to get at least two -- one is just not going to cut it and you'll regret not ordering more the second you finish the first one. At $1 a pop there is really no reason not to. A perfect little Sunday treat! read more
