I just purchased a vehicle from Diamond Motorworks. Here's my experience: Communication: Excellent. Taylor picked up the phone when I first called, and she was very friendly and helpful. She even took many more high-resolution images of specific spots of the vehicle I asked about. I asked her to take pictures of any of the flaws she could find, and she did so without question. Rami (owner) interacted with me directly through email to share more details about the vehicle. Once I decided to move forward with the purchase, Taylor remained available for anything I needed throughout the process. She even went out of her way to stay in touch after hours when I was on my way to see the vehicle in person. Customer Service: Excellent. I traveled from out of state to see this vehicle in person. Rami and his team treated me and my wife with exceptional hospitality. Though that was the first time I ever met Rami, he made me feel like I'd known him all my life. Financing & Insurance: Excellent. I went with a bank they work with. Things flowed smoothly, and the funds were wired over as soon as all the paperwork cleared. This bank also has an internal insurance department, and they found me the best rates for collector's insurance. Though this isn't directly about Diamond Motorworks, it shows the quality of their business partners. Title: Excellent. Once the funds cleared, I received a notice from FedEx almost right away saying my title had been shipped to me. It arrived within a few days. Shipping: Excellent. Very fast. After all the funds cleared, they scheduled the shipping for the very next day. Once the vehicle was loaded onto a closed trailer, Saad and Taylor both individually sent me pictures to let me know it was ready to ship and what the ETA was (this again speaks for their excellent communication). The vehicle arrived later that afternoon in the same condition I saw it in at the dealership. All the stock parts in the original listing were included with the shipment. Summary: Diamond Motorworks has been the most professional dealership I've ever worked with. From the initial phone call all the way to meeting Rami and his team in person and closing on the purchase, it was nothing but the most positive experience I could have asked for. I strongly recommend to anyone who finds their dream car at Diamond Motorworks to simply go for it. I am proud to be yet another happy customer who has only great things to say about them. I recently made a purchase from Diamond Motorworks! The car was a 2002 Porsche 911! I live in Tn Diamond Motorworks is close by Chicago. I made contact by email and they responded promptly. They are firm on their pricing! But they give you what you paid for!! The car looked beautiful in the pictures. Being so far away I looked for European type repair shop. I called the garage and asked if Diamond brought the car to them would they do a PPI. (Pre-purchase inspection) Diamond delivered the car to them. Diamond gave the garage all the time they needed to go completely over it. I had put down a 1k deposit to show Diamond i was serious. After getting a complete report with many many photos! I wired the remaining money to Diamond! That was on Thursday they had the car to me (much to my surprise Saturday. The title followed couple days later by Fedex.The car is 20 years old and looks and drives like new. Looking over Diamonds other inventory, it seems to me they are very selective about the cars they purchase to sell. This was very very smooth purchase and I would highly recommend them to friends and family! These folks, Rami and Saad responded in timely manner and did everything I requested! I recently bought a high end exotic from Diamond Motorworks. I live in Denver and decided to contract a prepurchase inspection on-site in Chicago. With the positive report in hand, I decided to proceed with the purchase. I was thoroughly impressed with the zero-pressure sales approach, as well as the rapid and clear communication from Rami. The car was delivered to me less than 48 hours later, and I found it to be in excellent condition. I took it directly to a mechanic specializing in the brand, who gave it a thorough inspection, and reported that the car was "in perfect condition." Update: Well, Mr. Suleiman has not done what he said that he would do. He told me that he would reimburse me half of the money for the repair of the neutral safety switch that was broken when I got the car. That was under the condition that I update my original review to let people know that I received the title. He was also concerned about the 1 star review that I left, originally. I asked him if he could at least go half on the $1,000 that I had to pay for the neutral safett switch. He agreed and said that after I updated my original review, he would send me the money.... about 4 weeks later, no money and no word from Mr. Suleiman. I'm not telling you to buy or not buy from him. Purchased a 2017 GT350 from Diamond Motorworks. It happened to actually be Saad's car. So he willingly disclosed that upfront which gave me even more peace of mind. His attention to detail and communication was excellent! The transaction went smoothly and he was able to seamlessly transfer the Ford ESP to me as well. My experience was very good at Diamond Motorworks. My first stop there was in the fall of 2020, saw many awesome cars. The sales staff was very hands off but at the same time very approachable and knowledgeable when asked questions. Stopped by again in late December and was impressed with a 2016 BMW M6 Special Edition (only a 100 in the US). With 16,000 miles and 11 months on the warranty it was the car for me. Alex, the sales representative, was great to work with and the owner (Rami) was very pleasurable and genuine. Overall a very positive experience. I originally went in to look at an S2000 and the showroom has 5 supras with a handful of 300zx's! Truly a delight to see these cars up close.
