    New drinks to try!
    Jenifer R.

If you haven't been here... It's a must. What a spectacular place to meet new people, have amazing drinks, and be served by the best bartenders in town. You can listen to your favorite songs on play tunes, play pool, play darts to say the least, I didn't hear after going out and have the munchies? Ask them for a pizza or grab some popcorn. Amazing entertainment, security, and literally the best in town. Supportive spot of great organizations- Bikers for Boobies - endless support.

This place is pretty divey. Seems like the local watering hole where the bar-goers from the surrounding neighborhoods show up regularly keeping it in business. Like a WT version of CHEERS and Coyote Ugly, but more like Tatted Coyote with emphasis on the 'tatted'. Heavlity tattooed staff make sure to give you a show dancing in booty shorts, puts the 'Dirty' in Dirty Dogg. They seem to be catering to a specific bearded-motorcycle -riding crowd. Shuffle Board and Test Your Might punching bag video game there for the competitive drunks. Pretty small bar. Capacity of 40 would be shoulder to shoulder.

Dirty Dogg saloon We drove past this place many times and today we decided to stop. It is very unfortunate that it is another victim of Covid. It's a biker bar and it looked so fun but there was only one person there. So sad! I personally feel that if you are at risk stay home but I want to support the small businesses and the employees that are trying to survive. Wash your hands, wear your mask, social distance, and whatever you do, don't sing. Elizabeth thank you so much for making our first, but not our last visit there. It looks like a very fun place to be when things open up. We will come back to see you. I WOULD go back.

Awesome environment, great people working there, very friendly, great music, girls dancing on the bar, Scottsdales Coyote Ugly, and a great time on New Years, 4th of July, Halloween, Christmas. If it's your birthday, go on in for a body shot.

Waiting on the inside is great fun!

I recommend you go here with zero expectations and you will have the best time ever. Who knew this kind of fun existing in the burbs. I was pleasantly surprised. Super fun concept w/ the dancing chicks on the bar. Super fast drink ordering. Super fun crowd. That is ALOT of Super going on folks! It is on the smaller side so it gets full fast so plan accordingly! Otherwise have a great time!

I had to look at the picture to remember this place. I was in the burbs in Pheonix for work. This place was a gem amongst crap fancy bars. I would rate it a 3 if it were in Portland, but Pheonix is really lacking in good dive bars that are we put together. This seemed to be a biker bar, but on the lite side. If I was back in this hood, I would hang out here. Not much better around I could find.

The atmosphere inside is relaxed yet sophisticated with an overwhelming feeling of being in on a secret no one else knows, so cool! We happened to come early enough in the day to where getting a table wasn't an issue but I would say make a reservation when coming as it is limited seating and absolutely worth it. I came with my husband and my bestie for some birthday cocktails and bites. We were actually lucky enough to have our Uber driver point out the door on the way in, I don't want to give away any secrets but keep an eye out for a door marked with the goose silhouette. It was very back-door, hush hush The cocktails were fantastic! The Clover Club was by far my favorite but everything we got was wonderful! I definitely recommend getting some bites while you're there too, we got the charcuterie board and it was plenty for the three of us. Nick took great care of us, making excellent recommendations throughout our visit but the star of the show was Miss Bella! She was so sweet right off the bat, welcoming us in and wishing me a very happy birthday! She very clearly takes a lot of personal pride in her customer care and it shows! Plus, her nails?? Gorgeous! We really had a great time and will definitely be back soon! Thank you The Goose for a wonderful birthday!

Water was never offered to us and was only given to us after we asked. All the other tables were given water once they were seated. Our drinks were good but we chose to just have one each and we left. The live music was great. The musician was playing the piano and kept it fun and upbeat. It's equally perfect for a date night or a relaxed dinner with friends. Two of us ordered the "Beef Bolognese," and we were both speechless after the first bite. I've had Bolognese at some of the best Italian restaurants, yet this version is in a league of its own. I honestly don't know what Chef Dom Ruggiero does differently, but somehow the sauce has an incredibly special balanced flavor that's impossible to describe until you taste it. It's absolutely sublime. I can honestly say I'll order it every time I come back and recommend it to everyone I know. Our friend ordered the "Crispy Chicken Sandwich" and loved it. The chicken was perfectly breaded, wonderfully crispy on the outside, and incredibly juicy and tender inside. She said it was so good and so were the seasoned fries. My husband chose the "Ibérico Pork Skirt Steak," and every component of the dish worked together brilliantly. The pork was unbelievably tender, and it was served with Japanese sweet potatoes, apples, cashews, sesame seeds, cabbage, and miso. Every ingredient complemented the others beautifully and rested on an outstanding creamy base. It was one of those dishes where each bite makes you tell everyone at the table that they have to taste it. The service was just as impressive as the food--friendly, attentive, and welcoming (from the hostess to the server). Hush Public House has mastered that rare combination of exceptional food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that's warm and comfortable either at the bar or table. If you haven't been yet, go! What we didn't realize at the time was that we had stumbled upon one of those dishes that would stick with us! So when Liquor Pig closed, we were genuinely sad to see it go, but then delighted to learn that the same chef was spearheading Wayward and, most importantly, that the legendary bone marrow poutine made its way onto the new menu. And thankfully, it's still just as memorable! The bone marrow is incredibly luscious, rich, and decadent, and the whole dish is the perfect indulgent pairing for Wayward's creative cocktails. The portion is also a great size for two people to share, especially since it's definitely a rich dish. We also tried the Jaew Chicken which was tasty and definitely a little different from what I'd normally order. It was a nice addition to the meal, but honestly, the poutine is the reason we'll keep coming back to this place! While walking through the restaurant, I noticed quite a few tables enjoying the bone in short rib taco board and those portions are serious. That platter could easily feed four people, so it's definitely something to keep in mind if you're dining with a group. All in all, I'm happy that Wayward has kept one of my favorite dishes from the Liquor Pig days alive. What looks like free parking in the self-parking area actually isn't. There's a sign that says you have to pay for parking with a QR code. Parking is only free for 30 minutes. I called the hotel to inquire about parking and they didn't answer. After walking to the front desk, we were told that valet is validated at the speakeasy. I'm not a fan of valet, but I'll take free valet service (minus the tip) over paying more for self parking. Now, let's get to the good stuff. As the self-appointed king of speakeasies, I'm back with another one. Ambiance: (4.5/5): I won't give all of the clues away, but walk to the third floor, look for a book shelf, and you're on the right track. Once you get inside, you'll find an intimate speakeasy. We're talking seating for 12 or so people or so, tops. I imagine getting a seat on a weekend is quite tough, so take that into account and make a reservation. When you do, you'll find out that there's a $25 cancellation fee per person if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation. I understand that no shows negatively impact restaurants/bars, but I absolutely hate when the cost of doing business is passed off on customers. I'm reliable, but if I'm going with someone else, and they cancel, now I'm in a tough spot. Anyways, I loved the ambiance at The Madam. Think dark wood, sophistication, and some cowboy vibes. The seating was comfortable, too. Service (4.5/5): Minus the parking snafu, our bartender did an absolute awesome job taking care of us. She was friendly and attentive throughout. They were perfecting a new drink menu and even offered us two drinks on the house. Which was much appreciated! We were lucky, for sure. Food (N/A): While they do have food, I was on a liquid diet on this visit. Drinks (4/5): When I go to a speakeasy, I'm looking for creativity. You'll find that here for the most part, though I wish the list of craft cocktails was a little larger. There were only two or so cocktails that struck my fancy. I went with the one with green chartreuse, which is always a treat. But, when I'm at a speakeasy, I'm hoping that at least half of the selection intrigues me. Despite the limited selection, the cocktails are well made and have an interesting blend of flavors. The Madam is a true speakeasy (no signage and an ambiance which is true to the history of speakeasies), which makes them a winner in my book.
