Very professional, we had a blown, rear dually tire... it was shredded- it was missed sized with the other so most weight was on it than the other side... there were experienced technicians teaching to newer technicians how to properly research the right tire, how correctly balance and mount the two new rear tires... I got a great price on two Cooper Truck Rated same as the other tires for $500, which less than all other places per internet research- service was slow as their appointment schedule was full... the technicians worked pass closing time to finish me the last customer... I wanted to tip them because there was too many technicians consulting each other- who gets the $20 tip? If I could not single one person only - so I didn't... I will tip them with a good review! They were knowledgeable, kind, knowing we waited 6 hours in the Parking Lot to get service but God blessed us with a Mercedes Sprinter Type C RV so we were comfortable during the 6 hours wait...it wasn't their fault, just lots of trusting customers of the outstanding service! read more

The workers here are so nice customer service wise but are careless and lack attention to detail with the work they do. At one of my appointments for tire rotations and balancing they accidentally over tightened a lug nut. The following appointment after, one of the lug nuts was too tight to come off. They took the blame because it was their fault, however they didn't have the equipment to have it fixed. So I had to take my car somewhere (not close to the store) to have it fixed, and then bring it back to Discount Tire for another rotation and balance. Now the next appointment following those, I found out they damaged my wheel lock. In lieu of time they replaced the lug nuts to basic ones, not my Lexus ones. And when I asked for the ones they took off they only gave me 3/4 pieces (a set of Lexus lug nuts is $50) and a broken wheel lock. They told me I could purchase a new set online. Needless to say getting my free rotation and balance because I bought a set of tires with the company is actually costing me instead of saving me money. I'm a mom of 3 little and it's really difficult for me to have to make additional appointments for careless work. read more

I called my local Discount Tire in Henderson to replace a single unrepairable tire on my 2025 Lexus ES300h and was told the closest place that had that exact tire was way out west on W.Lake Mead. I verified they had it and headed over in the morning with my removed wheel and tire. $219 for the tire and with mounting, balance, waste fee, state tire fee and tax and we're at $267. It's a practically a new car so I told them don't mess with the TPMS/valve stem/cap. I saw the tech dismount and mount my tire. so I figured it would be maybe 10 minutes and I'd be out of there. 45 minutes later I decide I better get in the 4 deep line and check on it. The front office does WAY too much chit chatting instead of trying to truly help customers and move cars through the system. They work at the speed of molasses. They also spend extensive time chatting about irrelevant topics while the line of people is nearly out the door. It's important to be friendly but this goes way beyond that. Went in yesterday when my tire light popped on. There was a long and slow line but eventually (20 minutes?) I was seen, and Justin identified damage from a nail in my tire - they were able to repair it and get me on my way in less than an hour. They also made a point to check my wiper blades since it's been rainy. Note that this location is currently under construction, so they are officing out of shipping container style temp buildings. So far, every Discount Tire has been helpful. Every location I have been to has provided me the best service. They are affordable and knowledgeable. They will help you fix your tire regardless if they sold you the tire. It is a great idea to bring in customers. We have brought our Acura in numerous times to inflate our tires. I have also brought my Ford to them to replace the pressure sensor in a couple of my tires. I think they cost $99 a piece? I can't remember, it has been that long ago. They are very good at finding problems and they will let you know about it. Over the past weekend, I brought my Hyundai in for some new tires. I was looking for all weather tires for my trip to Oregon. I also believe that my car was peeling out because it needed new tires and I think that they looked a little crusty. Their website initially suggested one brand that appeared to have low ratings. When I arrived, I was upsold to better brand of tire. When they were working on my car, they came to me and said that one of the bolts was stripped and said that they do not work on those. He went back to see if he could clean it up and then came back out and said it was okay. I am glad that I came here. It cost me a little more than I wanted, but I think these were a good suggestion. My car feels so different with new tires. It feels like it is driving a little faster and more smooth. Discount Tire has always done a good job for me and has never disappointed me. read more

Scare tactics with this location, women beware! Ricardo is your typical sales person looking to make a commission. He does the scan with his handheld device and it all says pass but tells me I need to replace my tires because I'm close to the 4/32" where most accidents happen.... Uh okay. So then, I ask how old are my tires? They are two years old. I then ask about the warranty on the tire if I were to replace since they are only two years old. He then tells me well warranty doesn't work until you reach 4/32". I literally look at him and say does that make sense that I should replace my tires today then? Common sense, says no. Definitely my last time to this location for a tire rotation. read more

Kai was my service tech. I had a reservation for a tire rotation, balancing that came with my road hazard package. Kai found a staple in one of my tires that would certainly have caused a dangerous situation. I replaced that tire and bought a new one to balance it out. Had tires rotated and balanced, and replaced wiper blades as well. Whole process took under 60 minutes. Showroom under going renovation, but comfortable chairs to wait in and Kai and the team were friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this store for all things tires and more. read more

I already deal with Discount Tire but I had to come on here and write a review. I just bought two back tires from them in the beginning of March. Less than five weeks later I ran over a nail while running errands. the next morning - which was a weekday- i went to this location early before opening and there was one person in front of me waiting for the doors to open. They gratefully opened about five minutes early and had plenty of technicians that I was helped right away. Not only did they guarantee they could repair my tire for free because of my warranty but they were finished in less than 20 minutes. I am not exaggerating, I made it to work before 9am. Honestly, the sweetest most efficient staff you could hope for. When I walked in I was greeted right away and told I'd be helped soon. Usually, that's just a formality and lines move slowly -- here, the line moved quickly, all staff was super kind, and they helped me! I am use to companies and staff that don't really care much about 1) my experience at their shops 2) the type of warranty or guarantees I was promised. Here, not only was my guarantee granted and my flat tire was fixed -- but I also didn't have to explain or try to convince someone to help me free of charge. Technically the flat tire repair isn't free of charge because I paid for it when buying my tires BUT I left without paying a dime that day. My tire was fixed. My tires were aligned and then I was out in about 50 minutes. Their website is super convenient to book an appointment. I used that to get mine for a same day appointment. They also give you space to list the specs of your vehicle and find anything you need repaired or replaced. That way when you arrive, the staff has an idea of what's needed. I drove to Discount Tire with an under inflated tire already 12 pounds below recommended air level. One of the managers helped me find the tool used on BMW to unlock the special lug nut on each tire. The car was then driven to the inspection bay by Ramon. Within 30 minutes the tire was re-inflated. Ramon then explained to me how he could troubleshoot the problem by removing the tire and using a water tub to find the source of the leak. I told him I would return in a day or two to get that done. I knew I needed tires for a bit but kept putting it off. Woke up on Tuesday and decided it was the day. Called around and found a competitive price with Discount Tire. The guy on the phone (I wish I could remember his name (shoot!) was so helpful. I couldn't decided between two brands and he patiently walked me through all the differences and we chose the tires on the phone. He put them aside for me and I drove over a few hours later. They were waiting for me and ready to get started. I love that they will rotate, put in air in and fix any flat tires as part of purchasing from them. I also learned I need to rotate my tires every 6-7k miles to keep them in tip top shape. Now that it's free, and encouraged by DT I will absolutely do better on this set. I signed up for text message updates and we walked over to a restaurant and proceeded to have quick bite to eat. Nothing like waking up, getting in your car and seeing the tire pressure in one of your tires depleted. Ugh!! Enter Discount Tire and save the day. As soon as I saw my tire, I quickly called these great guys for an appointment and as we were talking someone had cancelled and a slot opened up. I slid in and arrived at 10:30am. I was greeted by Daniel and we quickly went to check the tire out. Well, a screw had made its way into my tire. Damn! He advised they would take a look and see if what they could do. I made myself comfortable and waited. It only took about an hour and Daniel drove my car up and the tire was fixed. Thank goodness there was no need to replace the tire as the screw had entered a "safe" area of the tire. Best part was the great service from Daniel and it cost me zero dollars.
