My time estimate was 4:30 worst case scenario and I got here at 2:45. I sit here writing this at 5pm still waiting and tire still untouched while being told "they're working on it. This place is great! I had heard that Discount Tire will take a look at your flat for free regardless of where you bought it. This is true! What I didn't know is that they would also patch and install it for free. What a great surprise. they never asked me where I go the tires. I had gotten a flat the night before and put on the spare. I arrived within 10 minutes of them opening and had already missed the first wave (the bays were already full). I was the next up though so they took my information and keys and I waited in their decent waiting room (no wifi, but large and spacious). Within 45 minutes, I was told my car was ready and that there was no charge. Amazing! They did not try to sell me anything. I will be considering them for my next tire transaction. read more

Usually like discount tire. not this time. This experience was infuriating. Called 2 days ago and they said they had 4 tires for my Jeep. Bring it in 2 days later and at check in they say they have the tires and have me pay for them and assure me the vehicle would be done 3 hours later and I should return about an hour before closing to assure I get my keys. After waiting in person over an hour at 7 pm they tell me they had a problem with inventory and no longer have the tires!!! So unapologetic so not sorry. Dishonest sales gimmicks. One guy told me there was a patch in the middle of the tread that couldn't be repaired. Then, Bobby Hill, store manager, told me that it had a hole in the sidewall that couldn't be repaired. Total BS. They put my spare on without me asking them to then gave me a BS liability response about putting my tire back on. I didn't ask for it and they did it anyway. They didn't explain anything about their practices before I left my car. Then they refused to reverse the work they did. Once again, I stop in for a very simple issue.... My tire low tire pressure sensor light is on. I bought the sensors from discount tire less than a year ago, but I had to get new wheels and tires on my truck since then. I drove up there and said to my wife, "watch, they'll give me some reason why they can't fix it". As expected, they have me some lame excuse why they can't fix them, instead of reprogramming them. Every time we go there, they look for a reason not to do the work it not to honor their warranty. I believe they are trained to find a reason not to fix problems. I own a trailer dealership and a food truck dealership, and I refuse to send my customers to discount tire because of their dismissive business practices. If you expect any kind of warranty or any kind of service, go elsewhere. Discount Tire will do everything they can to get out of work. read more

Very quick and polite. Due to Covid they don't touch your keys, nor set foot in your car. They have you pull your car in and out of the service area. They were very fast, and I was pleasantly surprised with how sanitary and officiant they were. I saw each employee wipe down the counter with sanitizer after each customer. I went to have the air pressure checked in my front tire, the employee told Me the pressure was to low he couldn't fill it .He stated I should drive down the road to the nearest gas station and try to fill it myself. My tire pressure was at 12 I asked him if it was safe to drive and he said well I can't fill it with air. Very disappointed with the service. read more

i've been to other discount tires for different reasons in the past, and had good experiences. my tire was very low so i drove to this one that is close to me. id never been to this location before. the bad reviews are right. i couldn't find where to pull in for the free air (i saw the sign but it didn't seem coherent with the random cones set around it??) i pull over near the door and get out of my car, get someone's attention about where to get the air and i go. i wait a bit (i don't mind waiting! they looked busy) but rather than anyone saying anything, i got multiple fingers being held up saying to wait. i see one guy nod towards me at another guy to help me but i still waited. only to be told they couldn't air up my tire because it was too low...they didn't offer to check it or patch it. in fact he said it was TOO DANGEROUS for him to air up, but said i should go do it at the gas station. too dangerous for you but i should do it? yea..no thanks. read more

As part of our purchase, we choose the lifetime balance. When taking it to this location there is a lead person there who makes comments like the balance isn't needed. Setup an appointment to get tires rotated. Came in 15 minutes prior to appointment. I see a lot of other people come in and leave before me. I see another guy come in and 10 minutes later he gets his name called and told rotation done. So I go up and see why I haven't been serviced yet. I ask about how much longer ETA. He said a couple of cars ahead of me. I say really I have an appointment and see people who just came in leave before me. I see his screen and see it shows "walk in" in green. I tell him I told you I had an appointment. CSR goes to say no you didn't tell me that. Really gonna argue with a customer who has been patiently waiting. Make sure you do the front desks guys job and verify he has you in the system correctly or you will be waiting like an idiot. He then says we will get your car in right away, it is next. My experience was nothing short of amazing! Nobody ever plans to get a flat. But when you do, you need service quickly. Discount Tire got it done for me when my wife's front tire went flat. She called me at 3pm on Saturday with the news. I thought, "Nobody is going to be able to take care of it this late on a weekend." I called Discount Tire and they said, "Bring it in." I arrived at 3:30pm and was out by 4:30pm with a repair. I don't know how they fit me in. They were busy. But they took care of it like it was no big deal. I came here for a patch, first they took off the wrong tire and then told me they could not fix the correct tire because I have a "spacer" on my axle. Even though they can turn the 7 times onto the spacer they will not do it. If you have spacers on your truck then don't come here! Not a fan of their rebate system. Very difficult to maneuver and you have to be on top of them. However, if you buy tires, don't be a tool a forego their warranty. Driving in the Frisco area where they are always tearing up stuff to rebuild things, your tires will get punctured and need replacement. So that's happened a few times and paid for itself. The tire rotation and balance is a nice feature but when a nail punctured the sidewall, I had to pay $23 bucks to get it replaced instead of the $220 the tire would have cost me. read more

I had a great experience here. I was able to hop online and schedule an appointment. If you're not in a hurry and experiencing an emergency, an appointment is the best way to go. I took my son's car in to get two of his tires replaced. Unfortunately, the tires weren't in stock so the only option available was to order them and schedule a second appointment. Actually, they looked in their system and found the tires I needed at a Plano store, but I wasn't interested in driving there. I ordered them on a Saturday and was told to expect a call early the following week. Sure enough, I received a call Monday morning indicating my tires had arrived. I scheduled the follow-up appointment for 5pm on that Friday. I got there around 4:40 as I was running early. They were busy so they couldn't get to me any earlier than my appointment which was understandable. I still walked out of there around 5:35. Overall, the customer service I received was excellent. The waiting area was very spacious and clean with lots of places to sit. They honored my appointment time and had me out of there fast. For that, I'll gladly give them five stars. Suggestion: Before scheduling an appointment online, if you know what you need, try calling them first to make sure the items are in stock. If not, they can order them and you can save yourself a trip. read more

I have to say these guys are awesome. !!!!! About two months ago I got a nail in my tire and the tire had to be replaced. I went to integrity auto in prosper they suck ! They replaced the tire but they put my tires on wrong ...dumb since I have two separate size tires they put the large tires on the front and the small tires on the back which I did not notice until a month later when I was washing the car and realized that the 185 son the back and the 205 so we're on the front...really dumb move ..or maybe because I'm a woman they thought they could get away with it. I didn't trust them enough to go back to them so I came here ..they balanced my tires and put them on correctly and they were so great they gave me a great price since they felt bad ....now I'm buying all my tires from them.. read more

I went to get my tire patched and they told me it'd be three hours so I left my car with them just for them to tell me I had one cross threaded lugnut and that they couldn't do anything about it so i had to go somewhere else to patch my tire and pay $75 to fix it.
