My husband is so much nicer than I am so he didn't say anything while he was there. He said there are 2 people you don't upset - the ones who fix your food, and the ones who fix your car. He's not wrong. LOL This is our go-to place and has been for 13 years. But today has changed my mind. My husband had his car in on Saturday (2 days ago) and had his tires rotated and balanced. On Sunday we found the tire weights laying on the garage next to his tire. So today he stopped in to have them fix their mistake. He arrived at 4:20 and it is now 5:25 and he's still waiting for them to even pull his car in. I understand that there were people there ahead of him but this is a simple 10 minute fix and should have been handled immediately. They have a don't care attitude and they're making him wait until all other customers have been seen.

Crash Masters claimed I was IMAGINING the car used to drive much more quietly. After 4 months of trying to get Crash Masters to fix it properly, I took it to Viper and Tanner put struts on all 4 wheels (new parts) new sway bar and linkages on front and back and it drives quietly like new and drives straight with your hands off the steering wheel.
