Just so so to disappointing, 2 star. We had a Friday night reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. Our waitress wore a mask but below her nose, so what's the point of that? We had to ask for refills every time we wanted one. I had the citrus salmon which was the best entree at our table. I asked for a small house salad with dressing on the side and it came dressed. My husband had the chicken pesto sandwich which was completely overpowered by the goat cheese, he couldn't taste anything else. The fried potato chips were sweet but weren't listed as such. They were ok, thin and crunchy but sweet. Strange. My friends had the stuffed bbq sweet potato - she said it was overpowered by the barbecue sauce. All she could taste was barbecue sauce. My other friend had the shrimp tacos and said that the combination of pineapple and salsa on it was just acid and acid. Not enough of another flavor. The best entree was my citrus salmon but it was absolutely swimming in sauce. It was nice to sit outside and there's lots of seating outside but the couple next to us had a dog that they actually let stand on their table! We won't be back. read more

First time at this location. The food was delicious! Of course I've been to Dish Society on several occasions but we finally tried the location closest to us. The food was delicious! I've never been able to try the smoked Gouda balls that people rave about (they must be that good), so we were able to get the order of beignets instead. Thank you to the Yelp check-in for the free treat! Service was good, and we will definitely return. The Southwest Scramble was SO good! Service was friendly and prompt. Decor was nothing exciting, that's not the draw here. Food to portions to pricing is the catch. Food was good - not exceptional, but definitely not bad at all. Portions were small. My approach is that when I order any sort of entree, I really shouldn't be thinking, "I could easily eat a second one of these", unless maybe exceptionally low priced to accommodate that, which it was not. First time here since they upgraded to the larger space, place wasn't very crowded so we walked right in and sat down. We ordered the hummus and the pretzel with smoked gouda. I never knew a pretzel and cheese dip could be so fantastic, the kids inhaled the entire order within a few minutes, I was lucky to get two. Then I got the spicy shrimp tacos, yummm again, some spice, that was nice. Great brunch spot in the middle of Cinco Ranch. Fresh, tasty ingredients. This place is located in la Centerra, across the street from Cinco Ranch High School. Parking was very easy for a Sunday brunch. This is the kind of place where you place your order and pay before you eat. After paying, you grab your silverware and a drink and go find a table. I feel a bit awkward with this setup, since I never have much cash and have to resort to pre-tipping. Anyway, the guy at the register made a great suggestion of the pork belly hash. My wife ordered the chicken and biscuits!with a side of bacon. My daughter had a pancake and a bowl of grits. We grabbed some spa water (water with cucumber) and sat outside. The food arrived quickly and was incredible. My hash had just the right amount of spice, and the fried egg made it so much better. My wife enjoyed her crispy chicken, flaky biscuit and tasty gravy. My daughter's pancake was large and the grits were very rich and cheesy. I also enjoyed the rich-tasting coffee. Portion sizes are large, so we each boxed-up half of our meals. Expect to spend $15 per person. The only thing we didn't like is that the leftovers weren't quite as good when we reheated later. The chicken was soggy and fried potatoes are just never the same. This location is tucked inside the shops of Cinco ranch. It's a little hard to locate but it's pretty much smack dab in the middle, if that helps. It's a relatively smaller size but has indoor and outdoor seating. The food I had was amazing. It was fresh and didn't leave me feeling heavy, which is exactly what I was going for. I ordered the turkey avocado sandwich and had a side salad instead of the usual house chips because they had run out. It was around 3:30 pm on Saturday so maybe I missed it after a lunch rush, not sure. Fine by me because my salad was really good. My friend ordered the brisket bbq sandwich and had a side of Mac and cheese. Can't really review bc I did not eat it but she said it was just "ok". Seeing as how this is not a bbq spot, I'm not too surprised. The Mac and cheese was actually good but missing the cheesiness I love. It had a bacon-y flavor to it which was nice, it just needed a little more cheese. Parking is kind of tight if you can't find it on the side of the streets of the town center but there is plenty of garage parking you will just have a little further walk. read more

This location is the best Dish Society location I have ever been to. They have very friendly and accommodating service. Their spot in the La Centera shopping center is also perfect. I tried the Quinoa Stuffed Avocado for the first time and it was good! A very healthy dish! My friends ordered Farmer's Plate and Fried Pesto Chicken Sandwich and they loved them! Dish Society is a super cute brunch spot in La Centerra! I have been here a few times now and never had a bad experience. My go-to order is the Nutella french toast! It is sweet, chocolate-y, and delicious. I really appreciate the fresh fruit on top. While of course this is a sugary breakfast option, I don't find it to be one of those overwhelming items that is too sweet to eat. It is filling but so tasty and makes me want to order it every time! Cute little cafe to get brunch! My friend and I got the quinoa on avocado and the cobb salad. The portions were very generous for the price. I got the quinoa on avocado halves with fried chicken. The chicken was perfectly crispy and the quinoa was flavorful. The salad it was on had a nice, tarte vinaigrette that balanced well with the creaminess of the avocado. This is how was served avocado toast with no egg and cheese request. They have brought it all on the separate plates from the beginning and then just put it together. Weird look for avocado toast. But anyways, it's unfortunate how bad looks the service there. Bunch of kids running the place making the owner look bad. Manager (Andrea I believe) was unhappy with any of the questions and never even apologized for bringing the wrong order and spilled coffee to our friends and "cheap" avocado toast (as she said) version to us. My wife and I eat here regularly and typically sit at the bar. Today was the absolute worst service we've received. My wife's simple order of a biscuit and 2 eggs was messed up. Additionally, I had 2 wait over 10 minutes for each of the 2 breakfast shots I ordered. The second time was because the bartender just didn't ring in the order.
