Had appt set for Saturday 1 to 5pm. This was made through my home warranty of Old Republic. No one came and I called DN Plumbing 3 times and no one from DN Plumbing answered. Old Republic called them 2x and sent 2 emails and no answer and no one came. Today, Old Republic called and had us on 3 way, spoke to DAVID who said he is the supervisor. He lied and said they came late after 6pm and no one was home. Straight up lied. I offered to pull up my camera footage for that time period to show he was lying but Old Republic said they believed me and cancelled his service and sending me someone else. STAY AWAY. read more

I swear this was a horrible experience. My first appointment was a no call no show til he decided to call late that evening. My warranty company American Home Shield refused to let me cancel so they ended up coming out. The plumber was inexperienced and didn't want to work from what I could tell and sent a falsified report to AHS saying it wasn't due to normal wear and tear. Assigned to DN Plumbing from American Home Warranty for a simple clogged sink. Wasn't really explained why, but the assigned plumber said he couldn't snake the drain. Still had to pay the $75 service fee. Completely unreasonable. I could have just saved the time and energy going to Home Depot, buying a snake, and doing it myself. read more

They then showed up when I wasn't home, trespassed by entering my yard through a closed gate without my permission, and then cancelled the appointment. I was referred to DN Plumbing on 1/17/23 through our Home Service Protection Warranty. We had no hot water, pilot would not light. By Fri, 1/23/23 I hadn't received a call from them to set up an appt so I called them. Jennifer set up appointment for Mon, 1/23/23 from 10am - 2pm. I stood home from work waiting for them. By 2:45, still no one showed up or called to say they were running late. I called them and no answer so I left a voicemail. Called twice today, Tues, 1/24/23 left voicemail both times. Used DN Plumbing through American Home Shield. They came out on for a March service request to fix a leaky faucet but they made it so the shower doesn't work AT ALL. No leak but now the problem is actually worse. I immediately asked my home warranty to have them come back out and DN plumbing refuses to answer any of my calls or requests from the home warranty to come back and fix the issue. Request was in March but now it is almost August and my home warranty is issuing a refund and says they are filing an investigation with this vendor. I hope they remove them from their vendor list ASAP. I let it go on too long because we had another bathroom but now that is being remodeled and i had to cave and call a real plumber. I don't know why anyone would call this company willingly. I bet all of their business comes from home warranty contracts where people can't read reviews and choose their own vendor. American Home Shield sent over David from DN Plumbing to assess my broken water heater. When David performed his assessment, he concluded that the water heater was +15 years old and failed due to wear and tear. However, days later when I spoke with AHS they informed me that my claim was denied because of the report David had issued. Come to find out his report was contradictory to what we discussed in person. Now that my claim is declined, I was forced to pay out-of-pocket. I wish I would've reviewed their Yelp page before allowing AHS to send them over because it seems as if this company and this person has a long track record of screwing people over. 6 pages worth to be exact. I tried calling to remedy this situation but to no prevail. People like David give plumbers a bad reputation and the reviews on this page are complimentary of it. My advice is to stay clear of this company and spend your money with a company that has your best interests in mind. read more

Trust me, run away! If you're warranty company assigns you to this company, let me save you the trouble and find yourself a more reliable and skilled plumbing company. Read on for an honest to God review on my experience. All the bad reviews saying it's impossible to get a hold of someone at this company is true. They waste your time, I had scheduled and confirmed a time slot to be home, took time off work for them to finish these repairs and they never bothered to show up. Not even a courtesy call. I left vociemails and text messages to confirm and ask if they were still coming, no reply. This company is a joke. The workers, especially the owner of the company David, are all unprofessional. He came to my house and quoted me about $200 for the work that wasn't covered through my warranty. I explained that I had an issue with work that was done on my house back in November from one his plumbers. He didn't apologize but he said would give me a good deal on the work. So what did he do? He went back on his word. He wanted to charge me $675 for the same job he quoted me $200 for. I got a second opinion from another plumber and got a quote and found out he was over charging me almost $500 for the same job. Yea really good deal by the owner of the company who wanted to correct his company's mistakes from the last service. DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL PLUMBERS who do poor piss work. If you want your plumbing done right the first time and for a fair price, D&N plumbing is not where you're going to find it. DN Plumbing was a contractor through AHS. My water heater polit was out due to the age of water heater and Danny said it should be replaced or just replace the burner. a week later (with no hot water) I was told that the part would come in by Tuesday and they would repair the water heater on Wednesday . A no show, no call back to say they weren't coming. Can't call or leave a message because they never answer the phone and mailbox is full. I've been without hot water for 10 days. if DN plumbers show up don't let them in. read more

Do not use them. My home warranty company sent them to unclog my sink and tub and fix my water heater. The technician explained that he would have to go back and investigate what the error code was on the water heater and that I would have to have the faucets working in order for him to unclog the sink and the tub I then received a notice from the warranty company that the service was complete. Basically, they lied and said that I had a missing part from the water heater and that the sink and tub were in a condition that was unable to be fixed. They lied about my water heater. I called the manufacturer and found out that the error code had nothing to do with a missing piece and that it could have been fixed. I also fixed the faucets a couple days later and called the warranty company. When the warranty company tried to reach out to them to have them go out again they hung up on them. Of course they did because they were already paid. read more

I purchased a home and my realtor purchased a home warranty from American Home Warranty. For each call it's $85.00. The young man came from DN Plumbing and did nothing. He unscrewed a broken part on the shower faucet and said nothing else was covered under the warranty. I showed them them water release apparatus was not functional. Technitian finally came, took a look and said he didn't have the coupling part to stop the leak. They will call me tomorrow to make another appointment. Terrible DN plumbing company. There is water pipe leaks at my home and home warranty company assigned this terrible company. They made the appointment on 05/08/2024 on Wednesday between 11am to 3 pm they didn't show up than they again made the appointment on Thursday same time they never showed up. Talked wit customer service, Jennefer and she just giving me hope that technicians will come soon and she will send me eta. No technicians showed up and I called her but never picked up the phone than they again made appointment for Friday same time and I talked with her and she said technicians will come soon and she will text me the eta. Guess what happened she never text or call me. I called them over 30 time no one picks up the phone. I called insurance First American company and they called DN and gave eta 1pm, I waited till 2 pm but no one showed up. I called the company numerous time and they didn't pickup the phone this is terrible. I do not have water 3 days. I called insurance company again and they tried to contact with DN plumbing but they didn't even pick up their phone call. I finally asked the insurance company to send someone else since there is terrible service from DN plumbing. Later I saw that they have terrible reviews. Had an appointment scheduled, arrival time was 11am-2pm. I requested the dispatcher contact me 20 minutes prior to the arrival of the plumber because I do not live at the location as it is a rental property. (I live 3 miles away). I received an automated text message at about 1130am stating the plumber was at the residence. I quickly contacted this dispatch to inquire why I wasn't contacted and she said she would tell the plumber to wait. I arrived within 20 minutes, saw no identifiable plumbers vehicle, contacted the number that was identified in their tracking app but received no text or call after multiple contacts. I contacted their offices multiple times but no body picked up and there were no return phone calls after multiple voice messages were left. I waited for 2 hours and kept calling... The next day, I HAD TO CONTACT THEIR OFFICE. I asked what happened and she told me the plumber was at my residence and waited 20 minutes but nobody showed up so he had to leave. I asked why he wouldn't have contacted my phone and was given no answer. I asked why nobody answered their office phones and why the plumber didn't answer my multiple attempts to contact both of them and was given no answer. Then they said I could reschedule for multiple days later. What a joke of an operation. What good are contact numbers if nobody answers, especially when the plumber says he is at your residence! read more

Contracted by the home warranty company After I physically crawled under the house and noticed a ruptured kitchen drain pipe. Had their tech Issac under reported the damage as did not even crawled all the way in inspect properly. when I ask Issac if he inspected fully. With a straight face claimed he did several times and now claims warranty stated I have pay for another claim. Stated he submitted the report and that is what was told to them. The warranty states they do not have that report from DN plumbing. DN stands more for Do Not have any integrity. The Better Business Bureau will be notified next! read more

If I could give David zero star, I would. He came out to my house on a home warranty repair. I have 2 leaks under my house. When he came out the first time I was not home. He claimed to have checked under the house and found no leaks. I called my home warranty to explain that I have 2 leaks and proof of it (2 photos). David came out again. I could already tell he was upset by his tone of voice with me. I have two crawl spaces, I am not sure he checked both. Well, he proceeded to check the second crawl space. I check on him and found that his idea of checking is to open the crawl space cover and peek in. Luckily, for me, I took a photo of him doing so and stood by. When he came out he said he didn't find a leak. How do you check a 2100 square foot home from a crawl space opening? I showed him the photos again and asked him where it appeared to be leaking and he said the pipe looked like a bathroom. I asked him if he checked all three bathrooms and he said he only checked two. I asked him to check the third and he refused. He said I am not an inspector and if your home warranty wants to pay for me to do it, I will. He was unprofessional, condescending, and plain old rude. When I asked for his name he said he is the owner. Do not hire this man! Follow up: See his response. He says "we" could not find any leaks. It was only him. You failed to check all my bathrooms. Don't apologize, do your job and do it well. If you would have truly checked for a leak, then you would not have to apologize for your actions. If you were truly sorry you would have checked the 3rd bathroom and not refused. Again, I am disappointed by your response, but it was expected considering how you acted toward me today. read more

This guy left excrement in our bathroom. He removed a leaking toilet and replaced a wax seal. I had readied a mop and bucket to clean up, but he said he wouldn't remove the toilet so I could clean up the area because he didn't want to do double the work. He actually blamed me for not speaking up sooner. Nevermind that perhaps he should have said something if he saw brown stuff on the floor? No use arguing with this guy. He's the boss, so he gets to be a jerk if he wants. I guess that's why he works with warranty companies, since his winning work ethic doesn't win him much business. Sent over by First American Home Warranty David showed up and checked Water Heater which started leaking a day before I requested service. Said will put in order to have new water heater installed and should be approved by Tuesday and should be installed by Thursday or Friday. Well that was a lie I get an email from home warranty saying they denied claim. How is that possible it was in working order during my covered period and should of been approved and installed but obviously DH plumbing didn't want to do the job. Very disappointed with DH Plumbing the last time I called for service to clean out a drain 3 months ago on my other home I have under warranty they didn't even show up as scheduled and called me a week later to see if I still needed them to come out by then I already hired another reputable company to clean drain. DH Plumbing won't be coming to my house for service again unprofessional and not trustworthy. At least have the courtesy to tell me it won't be covered when your here versus writing a bogus report so home warranty will decline claim so you don't have to do work. Not even a courtesy call to say you are not going to be coming out and exchanging water heater. I hired someone else and paid them out of pocket and now I am going to cancel both my first American home warranty policies on both my homes it's not worth having home warranty if they are just going to deny the work after you pay for the policy. read more
