(They also offer beef and chicken, but pork is the classic for a reason.) The papaya salad was a great way to start -- generous in portion, easily shareable, and served in a crisp lettuce cup. Bright, tangy, and perfectly limey with that familiar hit of fish sauce and a satisfying crunch in every bite. The Thai iced tea was equally refreshing and just the right amount of sweet. But the star of the show? That pork bánh mì. The bread hit that magical sweet spot -- crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The pork was tender and deeply flavorful, and the toppings (pickled carrot, cucumber, onion, and fresh cilantro) delivered the perfect balance of brightness and crunch.
