I told them that I would gladly pay them on my next visit since I'm there with frequency, but they refused and actually took back my order that I'd already gotten. No trust in their customers, even ones that have been coming regularly for so long. Not even an apology when I went back two days later to pay them the money in cash. A loyal customer lost in one instance because Trailside does not understand the value of customer service and how that can affect its clientele.
