We ordered a pizza for their car side delivery. When the app I ordered from said it would be ready, I drove to the location. When I arrived, the time that it was to be ready was updated for 10 more minutes. I waited in their parking lot. The time updated again. Finally, I went inside and our pizzas were on the rack cooling. The service was unacceptable. The staff was rude. This isn't my first bad experience with this location, but I had hoped that my prior bad experience was the exception. I order from this Domino's quite often and am usually satisfied. However, today's experience was extremely disappointing and has unfortunately cost this location a loyal customer. I placed a timed delivery order for October 25th, requesting the pizza to arrive between 6:15 and 6:30 PM. The delivery didn't arrive until 6:50 PM -- which normally wouldn't be a huge issue, except this was for a kids' sleepover, and everyone was waiting on the food. When I called the store around 6:45 to ask about the delay, I spoke with the manager, who told me (in a rather rude tone) that they were short on drivers and were "doing the best they could." I responded respectfully, mentioning that the staffing issue is something internal, not the customer's problem, and was hoping for a more considerate response. Instead, the manager hung up on me. As a regular customer, being treated that way is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but basic courtesy and professionalism should always be standard. I didn't catch the manager's name, but it was a male employee working around 6:45 PM on October 25th, 2025. I truly hope someone in upper management sees this and takes it seriously -- no customer deserves to be spoken to that way. read more

I really wanted to like this $6.99 2 topping pizza. It was a beautiful pizza but it smelled horrible. I took it home thinking maybe the cheese was ultra fresh. Uhhhhh no. Oops, I did it again! We haven't ordered from here for probably 2 years now, and I was quickly reminded of why. We had a house full of teens, so I took what I thought would be the easy way out and placed an order for pickup. I received the email that said the order would be ready for pickup in 12-22 minutes. I waited 25 minutes, and when I got there, the order was still not ready. One pizza had just gone in the oven, and he said it would be a couple of minutes. So I stood in the cramped little waiting space and waited. About 5 minutes later, they let me know my order was ready. Now, in fairness, the order was right, and according to teens, everything was delicious. The staff was busy when I got there, so it's not like they are hanging out, ignoring orders. My suggestion would be to not order here if you have time constraints or order way ahead of time! read more

Domino's Wesley Chapel, NC store giving 1 star because I can't give less. ordered last weekend, all was great. ordered tonight 10/23 at 5:54. ordered to be delivered with 60 minutes according go their website. at 6:50, according to tracker, order was still in prep stage. called store. person answering phone said she was the asst. manager and only driver available, and immediately started in about a lack of workers. gave her a choice, she could deliver my order or I would come get it and it would be free. she put manager, Stephanie on the phone who said they haven't even started the order because they were doing the carry out orders first. so even if I came to pick it up, it would be another 30 minutes. then she starts to tell me that the 10 minutes she's been listening to me, she could have been making my order. never again! read more

Unfortunately I only receive1/2 order when delivered, I believe the problem is not so much the people cause I believe they actually work really hard, it is the Pearson family not willing to pay their workers more so it's hard to get help at the store. I've watched this franchise for years, and they've had many locations, not sure what the problem is but when you have a good people you have to support them, this is definitely not happening here from the management on down. As some others have noted, customer service is non-existent. When we had no pizza after over an hour and nobody answered the phone, we drove to there ourselves. Nobody came to the counter and just yelled at us from behind the line. We had to yell to be understood. I understand being busy. I understand being understaffed. I don't understand poor customer service. We ended up sitting and waiting for pizzas that were not yet started. I had to demand a refund on delivery fee and tip that we had paid for in advance. Every time I have ordered here, the person delivering has been incredibly friendly HOWEVER, they always seem to forget something on the order, whether it's a drink or a sauce, they never seem to fail to forget SOMETHING. When I called to ask about the hold up, I was advised they only had one driver. Common sense would tell them to disable the delivery option if you only have one delivery driver. I mean, it's a chain with average pizza. But I was greeted quickly and walked through my options of best way to order pizza for me and my son. A/c was on and we waited just a few minutes for our pizza. They were generous with the toppings and very friendly. After working a long day they didn't even give me a hard time for asking for ham and sausage instead of ham and pineapple. With all the pizza options in Sun Valley this location is doing well of meeting my expectations. Within 15 minutes I was on my way out the door, not bad as a walk in on a very busy night. read more

Worst dominoes EVER! Ordered over an hour ago, food was finished cooking nearly 40 mins ago and it hasn't left yet

Extremely poor customer service. My son place an online order after he got home from his 4 hour football practice. Estimated delivery time was 40 minutes. After an hour of waiting and the delivery tracker still not showing out for delivery, we called. Spoke with manager Robert who stated it was out for delivery. After an hour and a half I called again to speak with Robert to told me the same thing... that it was out for delivery. When I inquired about delivery times online and expressed my concern with the temperature of the pizza...Robert proceeded to explained that they were busy and the wait was over 2 hours for every delivery. I asked why wasn't we told that initially when we called and I would have picked up the pizza...Robert clearly got upset. I asked for the general manager name and he refused to give that out. I asked 3 separate times and he completely ignored me and put me on hold for 10 minutes. When I called back on another line, he answered and said he had to call his general manager to make sure ur was OK to give that info out. Mind u this was 12am at night. So he charged my son for a pizza delivery that he never received...refused to be empathetic to how this affected us... refused to send confirmation that the order was canceled and payment was refunded and refused to give the name of the general manager so I could forge a complaint. Dominos is usually my go to place for order out pizza delivery. Love the coupons, love the new bread twists, love the new pan pizza. For those reasons they earned some stars. The last two times, however, they delivered incomplete orders. First time missing the dipping sauces, second time missing the drinks. So I get to eat pizza with some tap water while I wait for them to re deliver the drinks. When I called to let them know they forgot the drinks, the first thing they said was , "want a refund?" I would expect a refund AND delivery of the drinks I ordered. Not so much. May or may not order from here in the future. I'll update my review if I do. read more

This was the most horrible service tonight! Granted, I do not order from Domino's much but sometimes a quick one of their sandwiches is . . . ok. So I tried to order online and the sandwich menu would not show up. Called and placed an order with a live person who took my order for 2 sandwiches, took my credit card number and said the order would be here in 35 minutes. An hour and one half later I called back and was told that they had tried to call my number to tell me that the order that was placed "only contained a delivery fee but no food" so they cancelled it. I had never received a call so I asked what number they tried and it was my number - so they lied about that. Then I asked why there was no food when I spoke to a real person and order the two sandwiches and she took my payment and said it would be here soon. The lady I spoke with this time said "Oh, we are out of sandwiches." What the heck? Great service, delivery drivers are awesome. Especially when they have to make a delivery that involves that insane road construction mess at HWY 74 and the intersection at Wesley Chapel Stouts Road / Sardis Church Road. If your delivery requires that the delivery driver has to navigate that mess you should tip extra. Your driver just saved you a lot of time and eliminated the stress of getting across lanes of traffic and waiting endlessly for the traffic light to go green so they could make the U-turn (while hoping the driver next to them doesn't crash into them) to deliver your just baked, hot from the oven pizza . The delivery drivers work harder, and spend more money, than any wait staff in a restaurant to get your food to you. You should tip your delivery person more than you tip wait staff in a restaurant. I certainly do because I understand and appreciate the amount of effort and commitment the drivers put into each delivery. read more

This is the worst dominos I've ever been to. I would give it no stars if I could. Manager is EXTREMELY rude, and all the employees are always joking around and cutting up every time I go in. GOT RIPPED OFF FOR $8. I placed an $18.12 order and when the driver came I gave him every cent I had. $2. Sure I was short about $1 but what do I find out just 3 days later when I check my account. Someone added an extra $8 to the bill bringing my total to $28.12. That's $18.12 + $2.00 (original tip) + $8.00 (because I didn't write something on the tip ling). And I checked it wasn't a delivery charge, this is straight up Fraud. So I called the manager on duty at 1pm 6/21/2016 to let them know and she told me she would look into it and get back to me in 20 minutes. She took my Tel# and.... nothing. No call back. Guess the manager thought the driver deserved the the extra $8. I mean really its only $8 but still its wrong. The manager should have address this right away. There's something like 3 other Pizza places on this corner. Our family loves the Brooklyn style pizza, but every time we would order from this place, there would be something wrong with the order. Stuff as minor as the pie being cut incorrectly, to stuff like a strange, unidentifiable orange substance covering most of the pizza. (not grease-because it wasn't blottable) The managers were VERY helpful in remedying the various situations, but this happened so many times in a row, that we had to stop ordering from this location. Mostly because we knew after food was delivered, we knew we would have to call the location about SOMETHING, while our order would get remade, and we wouldn't receive our correct order until hours after the original order was placed. Your commercials and standards for your food preparation was not satisfactory today! The lady is who I originally spoke to and placed my order with on the phone that gave me in detail exactly what the pasta dishes came with and I got two undercooked chicken carbonara with undercooked veggies and NO CHICKEN!! The manager told me he walked away to do paperwork. Then I checked my sub and it's burnt and completely hard! I called in due to NO CHICKEN and was told I could get a credit was NEVER offered your "COMPANY POLICY" with errors with delivers. Not to mention I wasn't even greeted on the phone. I'm a loyal community customer and I'm for today reflected lack of care for and customer service. Training is beyond the issue! You have to be confident and WANT to do it! On Sat. Dec. 6th we ord 2 pizza and garlic bread to be delivered. We waited 1hr 30min no delivery. Called and they complained they where short handed [NOT MY PROBLEM] and it was just going into the oven. We cancelled. Tonight "give them a second chance"/or we are glutens for punishment! Dec. 7th we ord on line and watched the deliv. screen for 30 min and was told when I called to see if it was ready and John who ans. the phone said it was just going into the oven. If you want a driver to show up, give you a neck roll with a finger up and saying how she didn't appreciate they way you got mad after they messed your order up, then this place is for you. We order a couple of times a month. The pizza is consistently hot. (we love the sauce ever since Domino's did their reboot) We order online so we can keep an eye on when its delivered. Our only interaction is with the delivery persons, who are always friendly and easy going. It matters when you're inviting someone to come to your house, even if its to drop off dinner.
