I would like to start this review by saying the manager Preet at this location is single handedly ruining this business . Every single review is someone complaining about their experience with her. Hopefully everyone is contacting corporate. We ordered pizzas for pick up. When we got home we opened the boxes to see they hadn't been cut. AT ALL. I tried cutting them and because they were so undercooked they were just tearing up. I called and the guy who answered was nice. He put me on hold and spoke to the manager. He came back on and said she told him to tell me if I want slices to bring it back. They will cut it. She didn't offer to get on the phone. Offer to make fresh ones to make it right. If I were to drive all the way back to get it sliced it would be cold. So I ask to speak to her. She jumps on immediately rude. I asked her name. She provided a fake one. She rudely stated if I want a refund she wants HER FOOD back. Then hung up on me. I was blown away. So I loaded up my kids and headed all the way there. Upon arrival I asked for the name provided and the staff was confused. So I asked the managers name. They gave her real one. She eventually came out and pretended she didn't speak to me on the phone 30 minutes prior. Then admitted it was her. She was argumentative. Smug. Refused the refund after I drove all the way there as she demanded. Then eventually gave it because I wasn't going to leave with no refund and cold pizzas. I advised her I was going to call corporate and she laughed. She should absolutely not be in customer service or around people in general. I'm assuming she's family of the owner and so has no fear of repercussions . This place is so shockingly bad I can't believe they're even in business. I placed an order for 14 pizzas a day in advance for a birthday party. The man who took my order was pleasant and assured me it would be set for delivery at my location the following day at a specific time. Fast forward to the day of the party and 30 mins late from the delivery time still no pizza. I call and a rude woman answers and tells me I need to wait, they have other orders. Now mind you this is a large order placed in advance. Even if they were busy you'd think they'd honor a large pre order or notify me when placing it that they aren't going to be able to do it? Since I have guests including hungry kids waiting for pizza, I decide to just drive over to the location to pick up the pizza and cross my fingers it's even been made. I don't know how you can fuck up a pizza so badly, especially when it's all you do and you're part of a national chain that's been around forever. All three pies severely undercooked. Pale and limp. All three lacked the right amount of sauce. Two of them had maybe 1/4 the normal amount and one had virtually none at all. None of them had any of the famous seasoning on the crust. Zero. Slices weren't cut all the way through so you end up tearing the pizza rather than pulling a slice. We usually order from the Walnut Creek store where they consistently nail it. Called multiple times for the item to be refunded since it was not delivered, and they continued to refuse, saying it would take "too long for the refund to process, could take 45 days". This is the best Dominos Pizza place I've ever been to. It's one of the best pizza houses in Danville. The past two visits I tried the Extravaganza Pizza. Absolutely delicious. Loaded with fresh ingredients, and so hot I had to let it cool down as tough as it was. Whenever Preeta is working, this business becomes instantly a ten star establishment. I should have checked Yelp before ordering from this store. My experience has been the same as many of the other reviewers. My latest pizza arrived late (45 minutes after it left the store), was left at the door, was cold, and was the wrong pizza. Luckily the driver was still in front of the house and i was able to get the correct pizza. I called the store was told the manager was on a break for 10-15 minutes and would call me back. On February 1,2025 I ordered delivery of a small pizza and six wings. Bill was over $50.00 ! I ate one piece of pizza and one wing. A short time later I got deathly ill threw up it was terrible. It's with sadness that I have to write this review. The service is just ok. Food was not ready when I got there. This is about the pasta. The pasta is just so subpar. It used to be one of the best pastas (renember the chicken carbonera) and now....just awful. It's tiny like 6 inches in diameter. I'm 5'2" and 115 pounds and I am so HUNGRY after eating this pasta; it's bite sized. It's suitable for a five year old. The container is so tiny and the portion inside is even smaller. If anyone needs an example of shrinkflation, this is it. It's sad. Just a sad, TINY pasta. Oh, and $5 extra for a different sauce? That's just dumb. I went there at 7:40pm to pick up my order, but was told there is no takeout order at all and I might get to the wrong place. As someone who has worked in customer service my entire professional career, I try really really hard to not post negative reviews. I understand how badly they affect the business. However, this Dominos location really struggles to hit the mark. We moved to Danville last year, and this is the Dominos that the website requires you to order delivery from. We have gotten our pizza delivered wrong more times than we have gotten it delivered right. The most frustrating part is that the biggest issue we've had is them "square" cutting the pizza by default. Why does a pizza place not assume by default that we want it cut pie cut? This last time was my final straw with this location, I did a pickup instead of a delivery, and again the pizza was square cut (we double checked the website to make sure we selected pie cut and it wasn't our fault). When I brought it up, the worker suggested "I can cut it pie cut on top of the square cut"... which would've just made the problem worse for reasons I'm sure you can imagine. She did end up remaking the pizzas, but then at the end said "pie cut needs to be specified on the receipt", which we did select on the website but I assume doesn't show on the receipt because it's standard. We are going to order from a different location going forward, even if it means we have to do pickup instead of delivery. read more

Twice in recent weeks she has been outright rude to the customer and last week she tried to short a 3-item order and insisted that we had only ordered 2 items, despite the fact we had the customer number they had sent us. I've ordered from this location several times where they simply inform me that it will take a few minutes longer since I'm deeper in the city of Danville.
