I get there in about 10, homie at the front was nice, gave him a $10 tip. waited there for over 30 minutes, 15 minutes through I asked about my order, nobody seemed to have any idea about it. 15 minutes later, someone asks me "what is the name on your order?" And I told them the name, and the lady goes "oh. let's see about that". She goes to the back, pulls out 2 COLD large cheese pizza, and 1 COLD medium pizza, and hands them to me in the box. I also had ordered 2 orders of garlic twists,however they only included 1, the one included was cold as well. When I went to pay for the 2L soda of Dr Pepper, she charged me, then 3 minutes later someone comes up to me saying that I still needed to pay for more of the soda because they had only charged me $4. I've been to many Domino's in my day, but I have to say this is by far one of the nicest ones I have been to! This location has booths!! (Definitely something to be excited about!) The food was delicious and picture perfect! The owner Nick is very sweet and gave me a sample of a new product. He also gave my kids stickers and gummy pizza! Lastly and most importantly, the food is great! Consistently hot. The one time my delivery came cold, I called and the manager gave me a free pizza for the next time. Ordered pizza and got it home to find a long black hair baked into the crust of my pizza so gross. I called and asked the manager for a refund on one pizza even though I ordered 3. He said he wouldn't refund any money and told me I'd have to bring the pizza back and show it to him and then he'd make a new pizza. I found this extremely insulting basically calling me a liar trust me I live in Covenant Hills and don't need to make up stories to get free food it's just the point. I told the manager I would never come back and tell everyone we know in Ladera not to eat at their restaurant. We ordered Pizza Hut since they've been here in Ladera, 10 years and never a problem. Ordered a pizza for delivery and was given a 25 minute estimate. So I followed it through their tracker and it had showed that it was waiting for their "quality check" for which seemed to me an abnormally long time. After 45 minutes the pizza said it was out for delivery, at this point I had waited a full hour. The tracker then said that my pizza had been delivered and it had not. I called the store at least ten times and the phone never answered, it seemed to be disconnected. So I had to pack my sick kids up in the car and drive to the store to find out where our pizza was. At the store I was told it was out for delivery and should get it soon. So I went back home and they were just delivering it. Over 1 hour for this pizza and it wasn't warm and had obviously been cooked long before it was delivered. I can appreciate that they are probably over worked and understaffed but this was ridiculous. I guess I am more mad that someone had to input that the pizza had been delivered when it hadn't been and that I couldn't even call the store. I wasted more gas and effort dealing with sick and hungry kids. I would of complained to their manager but since they don't have a working phone that is pointless, so I complained to Dominos and zero response. I will NEVER order from dominos again. read more

I called them to fix it and deliver the correct one . They insisted the first pizza had no cheese , really I'm staring at it and it has cheese . My daughter has dairy allergies and I mentioned to them 3 times no cheese . This past Wednesday (Halloween) my husband and I placed an order at 4:45pm. (2 pizzas and wings) Knowing this would be a busy night we wanted to get our order in a little earlier. After 6:30pm and checking the app with it saying the pizza was still in the oven my husband tried calling 4 times to see if our pizza was coming. They kept answering the phone and disconnecting it. After the 7th call at 7:10pm they answered and said it would be an hour and half longer which would put us at 9pm from our order time. We cancelled the order with no apology from them, they even made us feel bad for calling to ask for an update. Just bad customer service my opinion. I would have thought it would be more of a convenience to them if I personally pick up my own pizza, but for some reason they only allow carry out pizzas during a certain time frame. If I could give this Domino's location a "0" I would. This is possibly the worst customer service experience I've had. Two days ago I placed an order and it never arrived. When I called the first time after I placed the order they told me that it had just gone out. After waiting another half hour I called again and another person told me that they were really busy and it would go out in 15-20 minutes. I cancelled the order. I tried again tonight - even organizations can have a bad day. When the order arrived, the delivery guy did not have a credit card receipt copy for me. This has happened in the past - but the delivery guy assured me that they never give them out. After he left I called the store. and spoke with Rebecca the on duty manager who argued with me. She said that printing an extra receipt was a waste of paper so they didn't do it. Then she said that their credit card machine only printed out one copy so they couldn't provide me with a copy in any case. I told her that California state law requires that a copy of anything a customer signs has to be provided to the customer. She said that that's just the way it is AND HUNG UP ON ME. Then she obviously sent the poor delivery guy, Dorian, back to provide me with a receipt. I felt really bad for the young guy because none of this was his fault. I still gave him a tip. I hope he is not penalized for the crappy leadership at his location. Don't order from here unless you want no end of hassle!!! Pizza's with little to no sauce, or completely uneven. Lots of sauce on one side, and none on the other (no, I did not order it that way). I threw out the pasta and saved the chicken for my dog. Next I opened the cinnamon twists, broke them apart and poured the icing on top. Brand spakin new and right across the street from where I live.....yay!! It's really nice inside. Easy and plenty of parking directly out front for carry out. My husband and I ordered carry out and it was ready in under 10 minutes. They were really nice and even gave me a magnet with their number on it. I'm torn. I know this store just opened so I want to give them the benefit of a doubt, which is why I'm giving them 3 stars, but it's hard to ignore my experience. It took somewhere between 20 and 25 minutes (I think it was 25) for carry out. There didn't seem to be that many orders (heck, it was a Monday night) but there were several others waiting for pizza besides me. I then got home and looked at the pizza. It was so poorly made that in one section the cheese was 2 1/2 inches from the edge of the pizza (I actually measured cause I was so surprised). It was bad.
