Decent sushi, nothing lifechanging. We had the lunch special which was definitely a great deal for how much food we got. Beautiful airy light interio

Tried this place as a treat yoself meal, and man was it the right decision! Every piece of nigiri was unique and flavorful. On top of the quality of food, the specials and offerings here are incredible. They have different daily specials and they have very affordable omakase options. They make it easy to come back often without breaking the bank. I went on a Monday and took advantage of the $10 cocktails--the Old Fashioned was phenomenal. Easily one of the best I've had in the DFW area. The service was just as impressive. The wait staff was extremely attentive without being overwhelming, and everything felt smooth and well-paced.L I already can't wait to come back--I've got my eye on the Korean fusion omakase and more of the side dishes. Counting down the days until my next visit!

Still an amazing restaurant! I really think this is the top 5 restaurants in Dallas that one should visit! High quality, fresh seasonal ingredients that is curated with utmost care! I came for my birthday a week ago and am still thinking of it! The tasting menu is highly recommended! I was recommended the Korean fried chicken. I ordered it but tbh, I'd skip that. Everything else, EXTREMELY DELICIOUS!!!

I enjoyed lunch at the quaint space at the quad. I had the beef bulgogi bento tray. The staff kept atop of all orders during the lunch rush. I hear the Korean fried chicken bento is lunch crowd favorite. Can't wait to try it and the hot beef udon noodle soup on upcoming visits.

The space is so much smaller inside than I thought it'd be, but the interior is really bright. Now the food, I don't know if my expectations were too high or what, but I found everything to be kinda mediocre. I do like that they have a tasting menu that's a really reasonable price. The service was pretty slow, but that might have been because I only saw 1 actual server.

Another social media overhyped restaurant :( the place itself was a lot smaller than I expected. This was a little dinner date and we opted for the 3 course omakase, $45pp. Server was very knowledgeable and explained the menu thoroughly. Its supposed to have some korean influence but with the courses we were served, we didn't get any of that. The hamachi crudo was definitely the best dish. Very fresh and bright flavor profile just super thin cuts.. Edamame had zero hint of truffle and I would've just removed that part all together, could've done some gochujang spiced flavor instead. Nigiris were standard and nothing mind blowing. The cuts of fish were on the thinner side. The handrolls were much better but I was getting full by then. Spicy tuna wasn't spicy but the scallop was nice and buttery. My fiancé enjoyed his rolls but again nothing mind blowing. I'd say the price is fair here for the omakase but keep the expectations at a minimum. Oh and they need to work on their lychee martini.... it was sooo sour the first time, I had to ask them to make it sweeter. Second time around it was alright. Still not sweet enough and none of that fruity floral touch like other places. A couple next to us ordered it too and I saw his face, not the best reaction. Comparatively, I'd save my money and drop far more $$ somewhere else for something better. Sorry Domodomo!

Took my partner here for their birthday lunch and was extremely disappointed when they made no effort to minorly celebrate that. A different table got to have a sparkler dessert but we did not :( I don't even care if that's something not offered, however it is very distasteful that we were straight up forgotten and left out. Especially when I made a reservation specifically notating it was for a birthday and also reminding staff once we arrived. The interior is great with all the natural lighting. And the 4 course lunch set was fine, nothing too memorable or would make you want to come back. My favorite item was the hamachi crudo.

Absolutely delicious. Saw this place on Uber Eats and got it for delivery. The mushroom roll was unique and really good. Everything tasted fresh too.

Came here for the lunch omakase and wow it expected expectations! Sushi was so fresh and delicious. Great option for a small omaskae and a great portion size for lunch. They have many more lunch specials as well so we will be back! If want elevated sushi but don't want to spend an arm and a leg, coming here for lunch is a great option!

High quality fish, delicious wagyu and miso cod, reasonable cost, excellent service. Was recommended here by friends from church. Many small tables for 2 but also some for parties around 4. My wife and I got one order of the 3 course meal, a miso black cod, 2 nigiri of the A5 wagyu. The 3 course meal is definitely attractive with the hamachi crudo, 10 nigiri, 2 handrolls. The other courses were good but we were very impressed by the 10 nigiri and the quality of the fish. We then got the miso cod on the waiter's recommendation and it blew me away. So tender, moist, and it pairs very well with the puree and miso. We got the chile oil on the side since we can't handle spice well but I can see it also pairing very well with the dish. The wagyu of course was delicious and we are interested in trying the wagyu Korean salad entree next time. All in all a little bit under $100 before tax and tip. Finally the waiter surprised us with dessert since we were celebrating a special occasion. The Hojicha pudding honestly caught us by surprise. It's a subtle tea flavor and was thoroughly enjoyed by us. Finally we have to give a shout out to Lee our waiter. He was so attentive and respectful. He made our night even better. Would definitely come again!

Wow!! I was not expecting such fancy and calm atmosphere as soon as I walked through the doors. The environment is so clean, calm and relaxing. I ordered the sushi set which came with fresh sushi, miso soup, cabbage salad with sesame dressing, a dumpling and edamame! It was the perfect pick for someone who is very indecisive I believe the chef and server did a fantastic job explaining the menu, which was a little confusing at first but I appreciate the time and effort in answering my questions. I hope to come back soon to have a belated valentines celebration and birthday :) Thank you for having me :)

Looks like I'm on the other side of enthusiasm for this place. They're known for their handrolls, so I focused my energy there and it was suggested to me I must try the Korean fried chicken. If I described the total eats experience in two words: boring and subpar. I'd return if I had a date because it's chic and has a vibe, but there are better options in the city if food is the focus.

Enjoyed a Friday lunch here with a girlfriend. The price is very good for the quality of sushi. The waitstaff was attentive and the ambiance was peaceful. We have already booked another reservation to go again.

The inside is tiny and there isn't even a proper "waiting" area. I've also tried coming here before, and there was also a long wait. I'm glad I decided to stick it out this time. We ordered the Wagyu sushi, Yakitori, Tonkotsu Miso Ramen, and the Tomato Ramen. The Wagyu sushi is torched right in front of you! The Wagyu was incredibly tender and the sauce was delicious. My only *nitpicky* critique is the rice was ever so slightly too moist, but that didn't stop me from inhaling the sushi. Next, the Yakitori was phenomenal. I've never had such tender chicken in my life. There was a nice layer of delicious sauce coating the skewer. Again, just a really nitpicky feedback I have was that I wish the Yakitori had the tiniest bit more char to it, but nevertheless was an incredible bite, and I'd 100% order again in a heartbeat. Onto the ramen - easily hands down one of the best ramen I've had in DFW. The broth is flavorful, and I love the noodles. I'm not sure if they're handmade from scratch, but they had the perfect thickness and chewiness. I also loved generous the portion of cha shu slices. Most other places only give you 1-2 thin slices, but that was not the case here. The pork was tender. The ajitama was solid too, although I prefer more of a soft-boiled egg. While the meat portion is more generous here, the tonkotsu didn't come with many vegetables. A lot of other ramen places I've been to will have corn, fried garlic, etc as default, but those are all additional cost add-ons here. The ramen was delicious without them though but just something to note. We also got the tomato ramen as it's the chef recommendation. The dish is very creative and the execution was great. Personally, I still prefer traditional ramens but it was certainly a nice culinary creation to try. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would come here again. Just be aware there may be a wait, and because they're so busy, you do have to proactively flag down staff. However, the staff are still really nice despite all the tasks they're juggling at once.

I am surprised despite the popularity, the wait was not long at all and we were able to get seat almost immediately. For the first time, we ordered 2 appetizers - shrimp tempura and gyoza, not particularly outstanding, but they came out fast! As we were diving into our appetizers, the ramen was ready for us. I had the Spicy Miso Special (with mild spice) and my boyfriend had the Hinodeya special with medium spice. I personally like mine better because it was creamy and super flavorful compared to the Hinodeya special. My boyfriend tends to get stomach ache and fee bloated if he eats too much MSG. But he didn't feel any of those symptoms. To him, it was one of the biggest indicators if that is a good ramen or not. For the second time, we ordered takoyaki and karaage. Again, nothing too outstanding. This time, my boyfriend had what I had last time and I ordered the Tonkatsu special (no pic, sorry!). Maybe because of the lack of spice, I still prefer the Spicy Miso Special over Tonkatsu (Tonkatsu ramen is always my go-to in ramen spots). Regardless, we enjoyed our meals very much in both times. I think we have found our go-to ramen spot in DFW area!
