Door Pros recently did an outstanding job helping me to install a garage door opener I purchased for a small golf cart garage. Initially, I was told that it could not be installed since the garage door opener was not sealed in the box and it was not within their standard policy; however, after further explaining my needs they worked with me to get a technician (Sam) out the next day to complete the installation. Sam was extremely professional and detail oriented in his work and installed the opener with no issues. Update.... ok the first guy fixed my rollers, but tightened the synthetic chain way too tight... it was making noise immediately after and eventually broke the sprocket rendering the door broken again. I called to get fixed.... they didn't charge for a 'service call,' but I had another repair bill none the less. After the second fix, the door sometimes doesn't open... I suspect something was tweaked in the unit.... They sent out first guy... all he did was make sure the unit was fully plugged in.. says that was the problem..... Door Pros came yesterday to work on 8 patio sliding doors. Alexis was the head technician and his co working did a wonderful job. Knew what the job entailed, got to work and got all the doors back to ship shape. They removed all the doors and side doors, changed a few beads, cleaned all the wheels, checked the locks and cleaned all tracks. I highly recommend Door Pros and would use them again. read more

Tina did a fabulous job and had Mathew out to help me in the matter of a few hours ! Mathew did a fabulous job in getting my door operational again. He also educated me and gave me a few tips should I have problems in the future. He explained what needed to be done to fully repair the door. Then Ryan took over, researched a new panel and ordered it. Yes, they came and spent a good amount of time working on a sliding door that wasn't sliding very well. When the two techs left it still didn't slide well and it wouldn't slide close enough to the frame to be able to lock. I was charged $300 dollars. I called a handyman and he had it working and locking within a half hour for $25. read more

I left a review for Door Pros a couple days ago after being told I needed my garage door opener replaced. I followed up with two other companies since then and learned that not only should the technician have attempted to adjust the range for the door to close on my old opener, I paid approximately $500 more than I should have for the replacement. I feel completely taken advantage of. I tipped Allen with a very nice bottle of wine for Christmas and thought he was trustworthy. I won't be using this company again for any of my door needs as I work through fixing up my new home, and I suggest others don't either. read more

I have used Door Pro's several times and have always been extremely satisfied with their work. I called Door Pros based on a recommendation from our handyman. He said they did amazing work to restore his sliding door to working conditions. Boy, he was soooo right! Travis and Isaiah arrived as scheduled and took a good look at both sliding doors. They recommended replacing rollers, but not sure if what they stock on the truck would work if they needed to order and provided a fair quote for the work. Once they got the window off, they realized we have "mondo" windows - they're very soundproofed due to being in the airport flight path - and the heavy duty rollers cost more. I approved the updated quote and I'm less time than I could image I have two doors that seriously glide! I can pull open they both slide sooooo easily! They gave us tips to maintain the glide, emailed the receipt and we're on their way to make someone else a very pleased customer. read more

My garage door setup was 16 years old, and like the commercial for Door Pros says, it's been giving me signs... for months, working intermittently at best, some days not at all. I ended up having to yank the manual cord and reparking the car every time, which was a total pain. Anyway, I checked a number of companies on Yelp and decided to go with Door Pros. Very happy I did. They were nice on the phone (always a good sign) and sent their guy Tommy out to diagnose the problem the same day. He figured it out pretty fast and they scheduled the fix for two days later, when the motor I wanted would be available. The install went like a dream - motor (with pop-out camera), two remotes, a new rubber bumper to keep the vermin out, an and outside keypad just in case. Tommy's a great guy - a total pro who was friendly and fun and explained everything about the new unit so even a non-handy guy like myself could understand. Door Pros were also meticulous about keeping me informed with texts and emails, so every step of the process you feel taken care of. That level of customer care is rare these days. And the kicker: They let me use a coupon from that weekly "ValuPak" thing we get in the mail, so I got $100 off the order. Nice. It's a relief to be able to use a garage door that opens every time. Our garage doors were not working. Matthew came by on the same day I made the request to check on things. He diagnosed the problem and switched out the old remotes.
