DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!! They were 55 minutes late and this I could deal with but they do not speak English very well. I had one bedroom, about 20 boxes, an empty curio cabinet and a treadmill to be moved. When they got there the lead guy told me it would take 3 hours to load the truck!! When I asked why they couldn't explain it to me. By the time the move was complete and their truck was empty it took 5.5 hours which is ridiculous, especially since I have moved many times and had a full two bedroom to move with living room and dining room furniture to be moved and it didn't take 5.5 hours. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS OR YOU WILL PAY MUCH MORE THAN YOU SHOULD ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A SMALL MOVE TO MAKE. We moved from a 2 bedroom & storage in LA to a 3 bedroom in SF. When I was getting quotes from multiple movers, DoStar was the only company where they requested a visit. Das came by to get a more accurate assessment for a flat rate fee and he was very honest and realistic about how it is better to pack small fragile items like kitchen since it will take a long time for the movers to pack them. I got a very reasonable quote based on his assessment vs other movers' one-price-fits-all flat rate. Das and Roberto showed up on-time on the loading day in LA and took a few hours to load everything. And then the next day, they drove up early in the morning from LA to unload in SF around 10am. They finished unloading in a few hours and didn't even take a lunch break. Troopers! Everything went great! I would hire them again! read more

Once again Dustin was amazing during my sudden move! After a crazy situation with a roommate who threatened me, Dustin was able to quickly arrive with another individual and get the job done once again. I ALWAYS recommend him to anyone because he can do no wrong, my day has been nothing short of crazy with court and not knowing when to have him over but he was VERY patient, professional and open minded on a very stressful and not so great start to my day. My apartments have automated gate openers and they jammed for 20 minutes and he patiently waited in his vehicle until the company sent over someone to help out. It was insane . .
