When you order do it over the telephone, yes the telephone. When you pick it up they even bring it right to the car. It's set up well. We have not even gotten to the pizza. This is the sort of pizza that when you pick up that slice all the cheese and toppings come too. You fold it in half and enjoy as the cheese falls all over yours hands. It's just delicious. The sauce has a perfect flavor and balance. What's your next move? Let's go get another piece . They have a great bread base for the pizza crust and base that they use for the cheese bread. Just outstanding! The pizza is great. It's makes us feel better each time we eat it. Make sure and call your order in . The calm is happening and pull up and get the food. Simple! Off to home and pizza .

Cheese bread- great texture, cheese was pulling apart, crust had a flavorful parmesan/italian seasoning dusting. Meatball hoagie- sauce was zesty, meatballs were full of italian spices and the bread was fall apart goodness. Calzone- was the so - so- not enough meat - at most 2 slices which was underwhelming with the cheese ratio.

The pizza we got was a large cheese and I got the eight dollar giant, slice and fountain soda. The girls cheese pizza was $16. The pizza was ready in about 11 minutes. My family and I made the trip from Lousiville to dine at Thai establishment. It is smallish on the inside. You walk up and order at the counter. They have a small sitting kitchen bar in front of the counter for people to eat real quick or wait for there order. They also have about 3-4 small tables in a lobby area. So obviously you can dine In but the place is more geared for takeout orders. Being we made the 25 min trip from Lousiville and we are a family of 6 we commandeered the tables In the lobby and dined in. We got a 16 inch New York style pepperoni pizza to share and I personally grabbed a ham and cheese calzone with my wife getting a Cesar salad as well. Pretty reasonably priced. While order cost under $35 so not bad at all. There was a bit of a wait but the worker was very upfront and told us before we even paid "there may be a long wait tonight especially on the calzone". Which I'm ok with. I don't mind long waits as long as it communicated. So props to them for having service integrity and keeping us informed. The pizza was covered in pepperonis. It is thin we crusted which I guess makes it the New York style. The pieces we're New York style large. But they were still a decent slice. The slices were covered too to bottom with pepperonis too. My kids all loved it. I tried a slice and I will say it was pretty tasty. I was was nervous about all the pepperonis (I like pepperoni but too much is overkill for me) but it was really good and maintained and overall good flavor. My wife said her Cesar salad was good and deceptively large. She kept saying "I feel like someone keeps putting more in this bowl where I'm not looking. My calazone was just ok. Decent size portion, good breading and cheese and a nice sauce. The ham pieces they skimp a bit. They put the little ham blocks in it that you would find on a cheap salad bar platter. So that was my complaint on it. It wasn't bad but the ham made it seem cheap and generic. Would much rather prefer some baker and Cooked ham traditionally found in ham and cheese calzone. That said we still had a good experience here. As I stated the kids loved the pizza and want to come back. I'd be very willing to come back. I'd probably just stick with pizza or inquire about the type of ingredients used in the other calzone toppings.

Unfortunately, this visit the only positive was the food. It was as good as our first visit. This time, service was slow and not near as attentive as our previous visit. I ordered a beer and it was out. I asked for a "taste" of an alternate beer. Our server disappeared for quite sometime. When he finally came back, he had forgotten my beer. We then ordered and it took forever for our food to arrive. Once our food arrived everything started to smooth out. We were about half way through our meal and they opened a whole wall of overhead doors. It's 11:45 in the morning, temperature in the upper 60's and wind blowing at about 20 mph straight in the doors. ONE table asked to open the doors totally disregarding the numerous other patrons. Keep in mind the patio was open, these customers could have eaten on the patio. The wind was extremely chilly and our napkins were blowing off the table. I mentioned to our server we didn't want the doors open and we were uncomfortable. He just grinned and said "It is a little cold" and kept walking on by. About 15 minutes later he came back to our table to see if we needed anything. I once again protested the door being opened made us quite uncomfortable. This time he spoke to someone and they closed the door on our end. By this time we were about to leave. One person in our party said had they opened the door before we got our food she would have gotten up and left. A real shame they totally changed our opinion from the previous positive to a real negative this time.

I was browsing for locally owned pizza place options in New Albany and saw this place pop up. I phoned in an order and first time line was busy, 2nd time I got through. Ordering went ok, not great. It would be half hour before food was ready. I arrived literally on time however, never being here before I didn't know what to expect. It's a small building and it does look pretty old, it has been around 60 years and is an Indiana staple. The parking lot is pretty small as well with additional parking in the back. I go inside and there is a line of people waiting. It didn't take me long to be waited on though. It was around $21 and some change for pizza and breadsticks. Pretty reasonable if you ask me honestly. I got a 14 inch pepperoni and breadsticks. I was supposed to get marinara sauce but got cheese sauce instead. Now the pizza, I like that the pepperoni is shredded instead of round, Pizza King is the only other place I know that does their pepperoni like this. The pizza itself was absolutely delicious and the breadsticks did pair well with the cheese sauce. I would like to try their other foods as well. Reason for 3 stars, location is small and dated but, I'm very into nostalgia. Parking can also be scarce. Inside seemed small and not much room for dining in, I ate some of the pizza in my vehicle. I give 4 stars to the pizza and breadsticks. I would return here.

I was excited to choose from the options I saw online here, until I found out they had a limited menu. And when I say limited, there were literally four options for entrees. I get doing a limited menu but surely there can be more options. If you didn't want pizza or chicken dishes, then you were out of luck The service was below par. If they are going to charge a decent amount for food (bill was 67 for two people, with one beer) then I feel like the service should meet that. One of the servers that was not ours was loud and annoying during service. Our server mentioned to us that he was sorry for the service because they were busy, when half the tables in the place were open. I'd hate to see what a full place would have been like! I hate sounding negative on a local place but if you are going to charger higher end prices then the experience should also be a bit better. I feel like Martini's in Louisville (a similar cuisine I've visited recently) had cheaper prices than this place, and was a much better experience. Not sure if I'll be in a rush to be back here
