Quick to be seated and quick for food to arrive! I was given the option of a paper menu ordering through a QR code so those who prefer the non tech option will be happy. I was surprised (in a good way) to see that they had partnered with a local brewery for a beer option so you know I had to go with it! Food was outstanding for a great price. My only complaint is that I wish I'd ordered more food!

We stopped by for lunch on Sunday at around noon. The parking lot had plenty of space, and the restaurant was about half full. We were seated immediately. The staff handed us an order sheet to mark our selections. We chose pork xiao long bao, pork & crabmeat xiao long bao (soup dumplings), a spicy beef shank appetizer, beef stew noodle soup, and minced chicken noodles. Each order of xiao long bao soup dumplings comes with eight pieces, generously filled with juicy meat. The spicy beef shank appetizer features thinly sliced beef seasoned with a bold, spicy kick--my favorite dish, though the After church, we stopped by for lunch at a restaurant just five minutes away. When we arrived, it was nearly noon. The spicy beef shank appetizer features thinly sliced beef seasoned with a spicy kick--my favorite dish, though the portion is rather small. The beef noodle soup consists of a few bite-sized pieces of beef, some leafy vegetables, and broth, while the minced chicken noodles are served on a small plate with a modest portion of ground chicken. I'd definitely return for the xiao long bao and spicy beef shank--they're flavorful and well-prepared. Overall, the food is tasty, but the portion sizes--especially the noodle dishes--are quite small. Most dishes range from $7.30 to $9.95, but I feel the noodle portions could be improved by adding more noodles to balance the price.

Food wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing. Good prices for the amount of food. We got 7 dishes for $79.58 (including tip). Really light flavors which makes sense if you're gonna be dipping everything in chili oil/soy. 4/10 - Spicy Beef Noodle Soup: The broth was bland af not spicy in the slightest bit. Beef was super tender and noodles fresh and chewy. Had potential 3/10 - Spicy Beef Pancake: Not spicy and dry. Could use a sauce 8/10 - Sweet & Sour Cucumber: Clean, light, fresh 8/10 - Pan Fried Wontons with Sweet & Spicy Garlic Sauce: My second favorite dish we got. Perfect crispy wonton, but the "sauce" was just Thai sweet chili sauce 5/10 - Chicken & Vegetable Wontons in Chicken Soup: very mild flavored wonton with VERY light flavored broth NOT PICTURED: 9/10 - Pork Soup Dumpling: can't go wrong. Classic yummy dumplin 6/10 - Pork & Shrimp Steamed Dumpling: nice & chewy, I liked the thick texture of this wrapper.

I do like Dough Zone :) My favorites are the scallion pancakes and soup dumplings. This time I tried the noodles w beef and they were so so good! Absolutely will be on my short list for here. The naan banana bread was decent but a bit oily and would have been nice with a bit of cinnamon or something.

Ordered the beef noodle soup, pork xiao long bao, spicy wontons, and chive dumplings. My mom and I actually really enjoyed our dishes. For what it's worth, we're both born in Taiwan and eat often at Din Tai Fung. My faves were the beef noodle soup and chive box dumplings. The soup was light and flavorful, not too salty and resembled a bit like pho broth. Bouncy noodles, just right proportions where I wasn't too full to finish the bowl. The chive dumplings were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and hot on the inside. Just like the street markets in Taiwan (IYKYK). Love having this in the heart of downtown Redmond. I grew up in Redmond and wish this was around 20 years ago!

We got seated quickly on a Sunday around noon! The service was very fast and food came out swiftly. The crab and pork xlb and pork xlb were very juicy and yummy! 10/10 The spicy beef shank was also unique but not as spicy as I expected them to be so you can adjust accordingly with the chili oil 9/10. i loved how it paired with the cilantro. The beef noodle stew had delicious noodles and the broth is not spicy at all, kinda confused with the romaine lettuce in it but to each their own! I've definitely had richer broths before but for like $9 it's pretty good! 7/10

I am a huge fan of dough zone.! I do not live in the Seattle area, but every time I travel here for work I try and seek it out. I have been to 3 of their locations and I can say the quality of the food is consistently outstanding. There is no variance to the taste of their dishes that I have found. The service has always been very good as well and the prices are very fair.

We stopped by a Dough Zone in Portland, OR and weren't too big a fan of it, but decided to give this location a chance. I'd say overall, I really enjoyed our meal and this location. The honey and I ordered steamed dumplings in hot and sour sauce and chicken and pork soup dumplings. Everything was quite good, and the scalding temperature the honey prefers for his dumplings. The service was quick and helpful, and although we would have preferred to order by QR code, filling out the sheet of paper wasn't too bad. We used the facilities (2 restrooms) and then set off for the rest of our day. All in all, Dough Zone definitely redeemed itself for us.

From the moment you walk in, the cultural atmosphere stands out--many of the patrons are Asian, and on my visit, a few were even dressed in traditional garments, which added a vibrant, lived-in feel to the space. It's the kind of detail you can't manufacture, and it speaks volumes about the restaurant's credibility within the community. The interior itself is fairly average--nothing particularly modern or upscale--but it doesn't detract from the experience. If anything, it keeps the focus where it belongs: on the food. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. There were only two servers handling the floor, and they were clearly stretched thin. Ordering is done digitally, which helps streamline things, but you can still feel the strain during peak times. That said, the food started arriving quickly--our tofu noodle dish came out almost immediately, while the beef dish lagged behind a bit. Presentation leans traditional in a charming way. The plates and chopsticks have that classic, no-frills aesthetic that complements the overall vibe of the restaurant. Now, let's talk about the food. First, a word of caution: spice levels here are no joke. If you're sensitive to heat, you'll want to dial it down. But if you can handle it, the flavors are absolutely worth it--rich, bold, and deeply satisfying. The tofu was exceptionally soft, almost silky, and clearly freshly prepared. The noodles matched that texture perfectly--tender, well-cooked, and comforting. Pricing is another strong point. For the quality and portion sizes, it's very reasonable, making it an easy spot to revisit without hesitation. Overall, Nine Noodles is a great pick if you're looking for authentic flavors, a culturally immersive atmosphere, and solid value. It's not about fancy decor or polished service--it's about good, honest food. I'd definitely come back.

The space is small and a little narrow, so seating can be pretty limited. My parents and I were lucky enough to grab the last table, and we ordered 4 items: the dry noodle with scallion oil and braised pork chop, the secret dumplings, large wonton, and salty soy milk (dumplings and wonton aren't pictured). I was most curious and most disappointed by the scallion noodle and pork chop. The portion size seemed too small to justify its price point, and I felt the pork chop tasted dry. The noodles however, had a great flavor, so if I were to try the place again, I'd only go for the scallion oil noodles. The dumplings were amazing. They were a little pricey but worth the cost, and worth the restaurant name. The dumplings were larger than most dumpling places I've been to, and the meat and soup inside were super flavorful. The wontons were also good, though it can't beat the pan fried dumplings. The salty soy milk was a very unique experience- it was thicker, rich and flavorful than other salty soy milk soups that I'm used to. It almost has an umami, seafood-ish taste to it. Though I'm not a big fan of soy milk, I enjoyed this dish more than expected! After our meal, we got to choose some magnets to take home, which was a creative and sweet gift. For the overall price point, I don't think I'd be coming here regularly for a meal. I may drop by for choice items like the pan fried dumplings!

We would both recommend the pan fried wontons way over the pan fried dumplings. There is plenty of parking and you just have to walk in and order with a QR code and then pay at the front when you're done. I didn't try their noodles as they seemed a bit expensive. I would return for the tea egg and wontons!

Supreme Dumplings turned out to be an excellent choice and, honestly, can rival Din Tai Fung when it comes to dumplings. There was a short wait for a table, but it wasn't long at all and was absolutely worth it. The restaurant was bustling with diners--a great sign--yet it still felt comfortable and welcoming. The bright dining room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, created an open and energetic atmosphere. The service was quick and friendly, which we especially appreciated since we were both pretty hungry after a long day of exploring. In fact, the food looked so good when it arrived that I kept forgetting to take photos before digging in! The star of the meal was definitely the xiao long bao (XLB). We ordered the classic pork XLB, shrimp and pork XLB, vegetarian XLB, and the Wagyu beef XLB, and every variety was outstanding. Each dumpling arrived with its delicate wrapper intact and a flavorful burst of soup inside--exactly what you hope for in great XLB. The Wagyu beef XLB was particularly memorable. The flavors reminded us of pho in dumpling form, with a rich, aromatic broth and savory beef flavor that felt both comforting and unique. The pan-fried dumplings crispy and excellent as well. We also tried the steamed chicken soup, which was rich, comforting, and even more enjoyable than I expected. Another standout was the spicy cucumber salad, which had a delicious mala kick that made it incredibly addictive. The sautéed string beans arrived a little later than the dumplings and were probably the least memorable dish of the evening. They were slightly saltier than I prefer, though I did enjoy the savory umami flavor from the mushrooms mixed in. For dessert, we ordered the taro XLB and steamed lava custard buns, and both were absolutely delicious. The taro filling was light and subtly sweet without being overwhelming, while the lava custard buns were soft, fluffy, and packed with rich, creamy custard. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Overall, Supreme Dumplings exceeded our expectations. Between the delicious food, quick and friendly service, and bright, lively atmosphere, this was a fantastic dining experience.
