To start, I wish I could give this a zero. We walked in and asked for the new mint Oreo parfait and the look of disgust on this workers face was so rotten. He proceeds to mumble sure and make us the most sloppy ice cream that excludes some of the specific and key ingredients, such as the Oreos. This incomplete, and poorly made parfait was $11. The DQ was clean and the employee working was by herself and was doing a great job. We went during the offseason, but has about 6 people came in while she was making our blizzards and greeted the patrons and said I will be right with you. My friend payed NINE dollars for a small brownie pieces blizzard and payed for it. Then the worker told him they didn't have brownie pieces. My friend wanted a refund because NINE dollars is a lot Of money for no brownie?!?! Tf?!?!?! So we left empty handed. THEN, after we left, our other friend tried to buy a blizzard. I ordered a blizzard with just caramel and pecans and they added chocolate. I ordered a hot dog with mustard, pickles and onions and was told that "they had packets"...which I assumed meant that I'd have the pickles and onions on the dog and a "packet" of mustard...nope...just a plain hot dog. Our big family are big ice cream fans and love DQ blizzards. The ice cream at this location was good and the staff was friendly. I rated this a two star because it was $9 for a small blizzard. I know inflation is tough these days but these prices are too much to pay. Local competitors are a lot less. read more

Line was out the door but it went pretty quick. Maybe waited about 5-10 minutes in and out. It's pretty small place but does have outdoor seating. Had a hard time finding parking space so parked next door. Had a brookie blizzard which is a new one from the groot movie. It was okay, not bad. I have been to this Dairy Queen a few times with my family as we ride our bikes to it on the bike/pedestrian trail that runs alongside the restaurant. It has a great location and is easily accessible by car, bike, or walking. It does not have any seats inside and is small as it is just comprised of a counter and a kitchen. They do have some outside seating outside which are made of cement if you choose to eat there. Overall, it just your basic Dairy Queen. We always get blizzards here and they're of great quality each time. I have been here before and they will close early and have actually closed up to an hour early before for my friends and I as some other comments mentioned. I'm giving them three stars due to them closing early and the fact they only have outside seating as well as I wish they would regulate how many people are allowed to come in at once during the pandemic as four families filled in after us and I was greatly concerned for my at-risk dad. I will note after all of the families received their items, they did wipe down the door and handle as a part of their COVID measures. read more

Came to Destin for vacation and to celebrate my daughter's birthday. This Dairy Queen is a unpleasant place, the place is clean and the prices are high. The employees are not very nice, when me and my family arrived to find a nice after dinner treat we found all employees not wearing gloves, eating little mixed up samples and other health code problems.
