It looked like the charge was processing through my account, but they had no record of the order. Instead of making me feel like a problem, the person helping me was patient, kind, and genuinely tried to figure it out. My daughter has developed a raport with the front of house lady who occasionally puts a piece of fruit or two in our bag. They have not improved their sales area yet but we can hope.
