Went in for a takeout order. My GF and I got 2 regular bowls. How we walked out paying $30 for luke warm broth at best is beyond me. I got the spicy noodles with the charbroiled chicken. I'm sorry but nothing about this chicken was charbroiled. It was mushy and and tasted like frozen Tysons. While ordering, the attendant presented olive oil like it was a free. Trust me that cost us an additional $5, SO BEWARE!!! I should've known something was up when they had broth coming out of a beer tap. That was the epitome of hipster-fake. Even the murals. I didn't know if we there to orders ramen or airbrushed nikes. The seating was plentiful but we were too disappointed to stay. This place used to me mildly affordable. They've seemed to jump on the inflation train. I mean $2.08 for a sliced boiled egg. We decided that we will not be going back. Definitely deserve a refund. read more

So two things before I begin. 1) If nothing else- when enjoying (any) noodle soup, two things matter most. Is the noodle cooked perfectly and is the broth good enough to drink alone. 2) my order was to go- it's almost impossible to have beautiful soup on the go. That being said- GO. If you're craving a fast and easy YET amazingly delicious noodle soup, this place has it. You choose everything from the broth to the toppings. Note, the broth is given separately so nothing gets soggy on its way home. ORDER this way: Soup size- noodle type-broth-protein- toppings- extra's I had large, ramen, chicken, chicken and every topping then the black garlic chili oil + egg I also had the wings. The spices on them are perfect and they're so crispy! The noodles were absolutely perfect and not overdone, the broth was drinkable ON ITS OWN! And the toppings were fresh. The restaurants beautiful. The branding is on point. The technology is top of the line. Too bad I ordered the spicy wings and was greeted with ultra violent spice to the point I was in tears after my first bite and I'm Thai rendering most of the rest of the meal inedible. Then the "Tiger style" beef rice bowl I received came with 4 slices of beef and a handful on scallions on some red sauce and rice. I would've left 1 star, but I attempted to eat the food the again when my mouth wasn't on fire and I wasn't in horrible pain from the chili flakes and it had some flavor. read more

This place was fun! Some of us were under the impression that you pour your own broth based on some of the videos that were seen but it is all done by staff behind their glass. We ordered three different ramens, very flavorful and fun but we wish there were more noodles. We also got the dragon pork belly bao, very delicious, needed more sauce and maybe shred the meat a little, it was hard to take a bite. The desert bao was also delicious, we got the Ube flavor - so, very colorful. But not for those who don't like to chew ice cream. The bao bun is hard (fried maybe?) but tossed it sugar and cinnamon like a churro. Needless to say, YUMMY! Gyozas were fine, nothing spectacular. Lastly, Korean fried rice, HUGE. Way too much for a regular size, definitely could not finish in one sitting. Loved the egg and green onion on top, would love more kimchi. My first complaint is that when you get ramen, it's given to you to eat right after it's made, like subway; but the person who ordered the bao and Korean fried rice didn't get their food until everyone was finished with their ramen. When I found out about this place, I was very excited to try it. I got a bunch of coworkers together and we gave this place a try. Think of this place as a Subway for noodle soup. I got the fire noodle, tonkotsu broth, braised pork belly, bok choy, bean spouts, mushrooms, corn, scallions, red onion, and ramen egg. Also got an order of spicy dragon wings. First red flag was when I saw them pouring the soup broth out of what is basically a beer tap. I thought to myself, this can't be good... I was so looking forward to the broth and it failed miserably to live up to expectations. It was super bland and watered down tasting. Huge disappointment. The portion is small compared to the cost. I could get a proper bowl of ramen or pho that tastes way better and larger portion for the same price, if not cheaper. There were 6 of us who went to lunch and every single person was unhappy with their noodle soup. My Thai coworker said his Thai Yum soup was horrible. The dragon wings, however, were a pleasant surprise. After eating the noodle soup then eating the wings, we all agreed that this place should be called dragon wing company and forget about their noodle soups. I would not recommend this place for their noodle soups. Get their dragon wings or avoid this place altogether. If it wasn't for the delicious wings, I'd give this place 1 star. read more

I ordered for pickup. A Thai Yum regular size and a Tonkatsu Sumo size. Not sure what the difference is but the box are both the same size. Paid extra for Sumo only to receive the same size boxes. Quantity is not that much either as far as contents. Same amount of noodle same amount of soup, etc. Definitely felt ripped off. I don't like supporting businesses that rip people off. Food review: The Thai yum soup is so mild and bland. Where is the taste? Literally taste like salt water. So disgusting. I couldn't eat it. It was just horrible. I threw it all away. My new favorite ramen spot! The broth honestly reminds me of my mom that passed away a few years ago. There's so much flavor. I got the create your own with ramen, chicken broth, bok choy, mushrooms, and green onions. Yummy! The employees are all so friendly and helpful as well. I mentioned that it was my first time, and they made sure to walk me through everything, even giving different suggestions. The place is dimly lit and super chill. Really great service, the people were very friendly. It's a very interesting concept of create-your-own ramen, greater selection of different things to try! I would definitely recommend only doing one protein at a time, they are quite generous with the portions. The restaurant itself was a little too dark, I couldn't tell if my meat was cooked yet. The tables have a place for you to put the bowl to add heat/keep warm, which was really nice. Overall, I definitely would come again. I just wish they had a kiosk that let you place the order instead of creating it as you go read more

Drove all the way out here from Charleston/215. I didn't know what to expect, except that I wanted noodles and Chef Jet knows noodles. The restaurant is in a new plaza, plenty of parking. Upon walking in, we were greeted by a friendly staff. We took a few minutes to look over the menu...(think, Chipotle meets all types of Asian soup noodles). A fun concept that allows you to go wild and potentially combine traditionally Japanese noodle with a Vietnamese broth with Chinese toppings etc...or of course build a classic ramen Bork or pho, etc. So you get to choose a noodle, a broth, a meat, two veggies, two toppings, and all sorts of add in's. Though...the menu wasn't super clear on what was considered an add on, so def ask. The servers will tell you...but that was a little confusing. But hey, it's a new concept so I'm sure they'll iron out the kinks. I went with the spicy ramen, tonkatsu broth, pork belly, black garlic oil, bok choy, bamboo, sold boiled egg, jalapeños, and green onion. In hindsight, I would have gotten some nori instead of the jalapeños...the spicy noodle was perfectly spicy enough for me! My bowl of noodles was delicious. Broth was perfect...noodles were great, and the toppings were just what I wanted. All in all, I was impressed. For a quick turn restaurant, I only wished it was closer to where I live. We also got the wings. We got the plain ones...they came with a sort of sweet-ish creamy dipping sauce. The wings were crunchy and moist. The sauce was just okay, and we ended up dipping them into the black garlic oil broth...and YUM!! The place was clean, people were nice (it was hard to hear the employees with their masks on and we did have questions so ordering took a few minutes), most importantly the food was really good. I'm already thinking about what I want to get next time I'm back. Also - to my pleasant surprise...on my drive home I saw that they're opening a location on 215/rainbow (in the in-n-out plaza). YAY!! Welcome to the neighborhood dragon tiger!! I came in during the grand opening and it was great. The restaurant is located in a huge plaza with lots of parking. Even during the grand opening I had no trouble finding parking. The interior of the restaurant had a decent amount of tables and chairs available. However, I decided to order my food to go. [Service] This is definitely one of the more unique noodle places I have been too! You choose your own noodles, broth, meat, toppings, sides, and they make it right in front of you! Reminded me of a chipotle or subway. The employees were all wearing masks and gloves. They were all extremely kind and helpful. The line was moving by quicker than I expected especially for the grand opening. [Food] I ordered the regular sized rice noodles in beef broth with rare sliced beef, scallions, lime, Thai basil, and bean sprouts. I also ordered the 10 piece wings. The noodles were fantastic and the broth was rich and flavorful. The beef just melted in your mouth it was nice and tender. The wings only came in one flavor if I'm not mistaken, and they were insanely crispy and juicy. So good! They were also very, very spicy! I highly recommend trying the wings. There are endless possibilities of the types of noodles you can make! I will definitely return and try out the other noodles. 4 stars from me! read more

They deserve a ZERO. First off the staff doesn't even speak any English when I was trying to talk to the guy taking my order and he had to ask someone to translate, I ask to speak to a manager and they just start talking in another language and she can't really understand either. They messed up my online order and i didn't eat anything I brought home because it was wrong and missing ingredients and lacked any taste, so I called and they said to just come back and they will remake it. I said No I won't drive all the way back +15min each way after I just got home. I asked for a refund and they say "no, I will make a note and we will remake for you next time you are here." Didn't take my number or anything, they just said they will make a note and gave me their name. Fast forward to today they said they have no recollection of that conversation and no note was made. I show them my order they said it was too long ago to recall. I speak to the manager and she said she's the only manager, but I spoke to a man on the phone that claimed he was the manager that night but I can't remember the name, and she rudely says there is nothing we can do then starts talking in her language. Customer service here is shit, and no wonder why this place was empty because the first time I ever get food here my order was wrong and a waste of money and customer service to fix it is nonexistent. Hope they get replace by a better establishment. They won't last long here with that kind of management or staff. read more
