On Sunday afternoon, my bathtub faucet stopped diverting to the shower. After being ghosted by the first company I contacted on Sunday and having no luck getting an appointment with the 2nd one on Monday, I found Drain Rooter Service. I unfortunately did not catch his name but when I called he was willing to come right away, however I was at work so I requested an afternoon appointment. He said he could come at 3:30. He arrived before I did! The problem was fixed (after he had to make a trip to Lowe's for a new faucet, mine was very old) and I'm a happy customer. For the first job, he came out on a Friday late afternoon and worked on the job until late evening getting our toilets and sinks usable (they'd been badly blocked), then he came out the next morning to install a cleanout.
