Drain Rooter Service, Todd and company, are 5 Star+++++. They are experienced, responsive, friendly, great at solving plumbing problems and have very reasonable and competitive prices. I had a shower not draining, the back of the house cleanout overflowing, toilets unable to flush, and a houseful of disgruntled family. I called Drain Rooter and Todd was on the site within the hour. He quickly sized up the situation and hydro-jetted the line to get things temporarily running again. He then ran a camera down the main line until it reached a blockage and wouldn't go any further. Todd then recommended installing a cleanout in the front of the house and quoted a very reasonable price. I okayed the work and they quickly started the job and diagnosed where to start digging, finding and removing two major blockages of tree roots and debris, both at roughly 3 feet long that prevented anything and everything from moving down the line. Todd then ran a camera down the line to to the street and back into the house to show it is clear and clean and best of all the work is guaranteed. Todd came to my house with mask on in 2 hours after my call to clean the main line clogging Saturday. He got a right tool to do the work : he used a sewer jetter nozzle to clean it quickly from the roof stack. The serviceman was very knowledgeable regarding the city sewer lines in the area. He remembered the clean out location from the prior home owners over 7 years ago and was able to quickly locate the clean out that was buried under a paver.
