Clogged kitchen disposal, Gabriel came, then mark, Gabriel and Mark were personable. I paid with a senior count $1,185.75 to clean the drain with their Hydro machine , Then they said the pipe was bent under my my dining room floor and they would tear up the flooring tile and laminate and either put in an unbent pipe or brace it up but, and I would have to pay for repairs that my insurance wouldn't cover. Draintime wanted $13,000 at 9% interest. On and off they were here about 7 hours. My blood pressure went up, I called my neighbor to come and listen. I looked at my beautiful brick walkway and it is full of white grease. I wonder if all this was from my drain, I don't cook, I buy cooked food. mark said Gabriel was cleaning it. Well Gabriel needs to learn what cleaning up you mess is. I am so upset I wish I had read these reviews, I would have never wasted the $1,185.75 and never hired them. I will have to check Class Action suits to see if they have a class action suit. Looks like I wasn't the first sucker, and they were such nice guys. Unbelievable . read more

I called at 7:30 pm due to my kitchen sink backed up right before the holidays. The company had the most courteous person at my door by 9:45 pm to run a snake. However, the snake did not fix the issue. I had new construction that tied into the existing lines, and a "belly" was created. The worker called his company and the next day they were bringing out the hydro power system to fully flush out the lines. Candidly, having to take this route did not come as a surprise. The surprise was that within 24-hours of my making the call, the problem was totally taken care of. And there were no hidden fees. The initial cost to come out was applied to the cost of the hydro system. I knew down to the penny how much everything was going to cost. This company, the kind and respectful workers, and Marcus the owner are all 100 percent dedicated to great customer service. I got two bids to do a complete removal of all the cast iron drains under my 1950 era home. Drain time came out the same day for an estimate, which was significantly lower. They started the next day and finished over half of the job. I had use of my kitchen and main bath. The next day they came out early and finished the job by early afternoon. They hauled off all the old iron pipe and installed absorbent material where the leaks had occurred. New toilet flanges and gaskets and a new drain fixture in the tub. I am very with the job and having worked with such a great bunch of guys. Did I mention they are locally owned? Yea, Great hard-working people. read more

Our floor was showing signs of water damage so I reached out to this local company I found on Yelp. They were quick to reply and had great communication. I was able to set up an appointment for a free estimate the next day. The contractor showed up on time and was polite and professional. Turns out we actually didn't have a leak anywhere in our pipes, but our floor was getting damaged by some improper work that was done before we moved in. They were able to point out where the damage was coming from in our laundry room and basement that needed to be repaired. They suggested a company RESCO (a restoration emergency services company) that was able to come out the next day. They were a great company to suggest, I was able to make an appointment the following day for another free estimate. I appreciate Drain Time Plumbing for their time, and their recommendation to get our problem solved. Will be calling Drain time if we have any future plumbing problems. I should note we had another plumbing company that came by a few days before and they did NOT have any recommendations for us on what to do or how to resolve our problem. Scheduled an appointment and they didn't arrive till 2 hours after scheduled but I showed understanding as they were short handed. Chaydon more than made up from that mistake with his knowledge and professionalism. He was thorough and cleared that clog instantly and even spent more time trying to make sure it was completely cleared while explaining to me how my drainage works and how the routing of my pipes where. Drain Time scheduled an appointment for 4-7. when no one showed up by 7:00 I called and they told me they didnt have a technician available. I called them at 2:45. All my questions were answered, concerns addressed, and at the end of the day my showers were back to normal. Each shower was $139, for a total of $278. I think that for what we needed done and how quickly we needed it- this was a reasonable price.
