Then I shopped around and there was no way anybody could beat his price and quality and the expert service I got from Mike always in communication even late at night and early in the morning he kept me updated as to what was happening. He was very very patient as I worked my way through some struggles with financing and he even added that he could Finance if I needed it. Then the job finally got started as we had to suffer through the crazy winter but his workers came out they were very professional very clean very nice the job got done one step at a time and was amazing from start to finish everything was perfect everything was quality and everything was beautiful I am so happy with my new home inside and out. We have had Dream Home do two major projects for us: windows/siding and a new roof. The windows/siding we had replaced in 2007 and Dream Home did a great job. They replaced all the windows and siding in a timely and professional manner. And, even more importantly, when the window manufacturer got bought out and it happened that the windows we got from them were defective, Dream Home has basically covered all window replacements at cost. We worked directly with the owner Lenny and even though he didn't have to cover the labor costs of the windows (and the defects of the windows were absolutely no fault of his or Dream Home), he stepped in and helped us out. He knows how to take care of his customers. They also did an entire roof replacement for us with zero issues -- did a great job of cleaning up the work site also. My recommendation -- use these guys because you get way you pay for and if they cost a bit more...it is worth it in the long run. read more

Loved these guys. Roof was damaged during a hail storm and we were looking for a reputable contractor to replace the roof. Met DHR at the home and garden show at the Dulles Expo center. They were really upbeat and friendly. Did my due diligence and checked their reviews (like you are now) before deciding to interview them. Their sales rep was excellent and gave as a variety of options and price points. We ended up ordering the 50-year Owens corning roof. DHR then started working with our insurance company to have them cover the replacement. It took our insurance company about 3 months to process everything, but DHR stayed with us and made sure everything was in order insurance-wise. When the transaction was finally approved, DHR sent their crew out and we got a beautiful new roof within the day. My wife and I highly recommend them. We have referred them to several neighbors and friends. Just a wonderful experience all around. read more

We are very pleased with our experience with Dream Home Remodeling. This is the third time we used Dream Home. We had the windows on the main house replaced several years ago. Then we added insulation a couple of years ago. Our recent improvement was to have the twelve windows in the sunroom replaced with energy efficient ones. We also replaced a sliding patio door in our recreation room. We were an easy sale for Dream Home as we have always been pleased with the work they do. They keep their appointments, show respect for our property by not tracking on the carpet, clean up after themselves and follow up immediately if there any issues. I was worried about cost and workmanship but there was no problem with either. We got a very good price and the work was wonderful. They were due to come on a Tuesday but they called to move it up to Monday afternoon which was a blessing as the temperature plummeted over night and being they were replacing a slider door the cold would have been awful. They took every scrap away when they finished and you could never tell it was replaced except the new one works like a dream. I have no drafts and no leaks. I called Dream Home because I needed to replace my roof. I was impressed because they completed my neighbors roof in a short time and the roof looked great. The owner, Mike, came out and spent time reviewing the different colors choices. He actually had taken a picture of my house and showed me how each color would look on my roof. These guys did a great job on my roof. They gave me a great price and they were very quick in completing the job. Had a professional crew come in and were complete within two days and my house is over 3000 square-foot. I would recommend this company. Customer service was great and responsive as well. They answered all my questions and return my calls promptly. The materials they use were top-of-the-line, I guess they get a break on high-end materials since they do a lot of volume. We were impressed with the presentation and although the price was not the lowest we had recieved the quality far surpassed what we had seen. We have a roof put on and the workers did a super job and worked very hard. I had something heavy to bring in and when they saw me struggling with it, they immediately came over and carried it in for me. After they finished, everything was cleaned up around the whole house. Had DreamHome do some work at my parents house. They did the siding and then we used them for our roof. The work was done in a professional manner. Best part about it was how clean everything was during and after the work.
