We recently just joined a Drive Shack League that plays every Monday night. We have been having a blast doing it! Marco has put together a great idea. Our team consists of all family members: Mother in Law, Father in Law, Sister in law, my wife and one of my best buds then myself. Its one of the few things I can think of that we can all do together! So far the games have been a hoot and makes no difference if some of us can play or not. The first night we played a game of ShackJack and it was a blast. We all worked as a team to figure out the best way to play and ended up coming in 3rd place! They even made a makeshift putting course downstairs, that you had to send 1 or 2 members of your team to go and compete. One of the challenges was to putt the ball about 6' feet away into a club divider tube, how creative is that!! Marco and Spenser have put together a great idea. Its lots of fun, a few hours every Monday night and a great way to get together. They have nightly specials on food and drink, Hunter was our waiter the 1st time and he was awesome. This past Monday we ended up in a different bay and we had a new guy Brian, who was great as well, but Hunter searched us out and made fun that we didn't seek him out. The Staff is great. The food is great and the play is great. I hope they continue to do this down the road. You can't find a better, fun activity to do together, with family and friends. We have even found about 5 or 6 other people on the league that we know. Great job and kudos! read more

My boyfriend, me and another couple went to Drive Shack last night. It was our 3rd or 4th time there. It was the best yet! Played an actual golf course. Never knew I could have fun playing golf. I think maybe I want to try a real course when the weather gets better. The food was awesome as usual! I had the tuna bowl for the first time and it was awesome. My boyfriend loves the lil piggy grilled cheese. It was the first time for the couple that came with us and they were blown away. They will definitely go back. Our waiter was Steve. He was great! He was very personable and knowledgeable. He looked a little older than others, but his age and obvious experience showed. We could see he was really busy but he seemed to just cruise through it. The people next to us said they have been a few times and that he was the best they have had. My Dad's birthday is coming up and I really want to bring him here for it. I think he would have a blast! The only disappointment was they were out of the s more's cookie dessert. But the chocolate chip made up for it! We will be back often!! read more

On 5.11.21 I took my family to the Richmond VA location. Terminal 60, bay 320, cashier Abigail. Time: 4:45-6:45. I have worked in the retail industry for 17 years, have hired and trained many associates. Speaking from experience, Abigail is the ideal associate you want working for Drive Shack. Exceptional customer service was shown by her multiple times. She checked on our family every few minutes and her energy and personality shined. Our drinks were always full, table was always cleaned, she followed up and delivered in a timely manner. What puts her above and beyond other retail or restaurant associates was her ability to interact with my children. She complimented both my son and my daughter throughout the 2 hours my family was there. Abigails customer service competencies are a great example of what "good" looks like and what all companies hope for in an associate. Our afternoon at Drive Shack could not have been better! It was more amazing than I imagined! We were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable young man named Tommy. He helped us understand our options for the day and we were excited to try them all! We ate outside on the 3rd floor and we had a fabulous waitress named Krista! She made great suggestions and made us feel welcome and special! Everywhere you looked, people were happy and having fun! It is truly a place for all ages! The facility was extremely clean and every employee was courteous and made an effort to make sure we were happy! LMR Alumni event at Drive Shack was AWESOME! At some points, it was pouring rain, but it did not impact our fun! We had multiple teams smashing monsters with golf balls and enjoying food and drinks. It was so much fun! Nalease ROCKS!!! She met us at the entrance, took us to our area, answered all our questions and was the ultimate hostess!! THANK YOU NALEASE!!!! It was great seeing my classmates and all the other LMR Alumni. Class of 2017 had the highest attendance...yep, the BEST CLASS EVER! :) Jokes aside, it was great spending time with members from all the classes. I was happy I ventured out. Went to drive Shack last week with my husband and a friend of ours. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, love the modern touch to it too! We were up on the third floor right in the middle, golf was so fun! Our tv did freeze for a bit.. but both the staff and managers were so accommodating and helped fix the issue ASAP. Besides the golf... the food was amazing, our server Emily was on top of things and made our night so special! She got us to step out of our comfort zone and try the cauliflower buffalo dish and I convinced my husband they were wings! ;) We were there for a while, relaxed, laughed, ordered drinks and those "wings" and we will definitely be back! Went to Drive Shack to get our friends together we came with a large party and they were able to get us accommodated on 2 bays side by side. Peter was extremely helpful and friendly and made sure that our group was taken care of. We knew it would be hard with a large party but they took care of it quickly and efficiently. We waited about an hour maybe an hour and a half but with us able to go sit at the bars and hang out with each other it went by quickly. Brandon was our waiter once we got to our bays and did a great job handling the chaos that a large group brings. We had a blast and will definitely be returning again soon. read more

wow! Where to begin??? This is the best experience I've ever had!! Taylor, our server, was the most respectful, and kind worker I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She had great manners and never let us go thirsty or hungry. Her timing was always on point. The facility was clean and the other workers were kind as well. They followed covid guidelines and it felt like we had our own private party. The music was perfect, not too loud and perfectly upbeat. 10/10 would choose drive-shack over top golf any day. I had the best experience at Drive Shack Richmond. We were visiting family for the holiday weekend and decided to come check it out on a Sunday afternoon. I'm sooo glad we came! The front desk experience really set the tone. We did not have a reservation but the young lady was really kind and able to get us in a bay with no problem. Out bay was easy to find and Cheyenne K came right over to greet us and help get us set up. This was our first time visiting and my kids loved the games. The food was good and came quickly. It was just a really positive experience and I can not wait to bring the rest of my family next time. read more

We hosted a 200 company event at Drive Shack and it was amazing. We received glowing reviews from all attendees. The golfing games are fun and the atmosphere is awesome. Big, spacious and heated for our winter event. The best part, however, may be the staff. Everyone knew what they were doing. They worked fast and efficiently to get us everything we needed. They were all so much fun with the guests and really made the evening special for us. Booking the event and all the details were super easy as well. All in all fantastic experience. This past weekend was my family and I first time visiting Drive Shack and we could not have been anymore impressed, my kids are still talking about how much fun they had and asking if we could go back next weekend!!!Special shout out to manager Peter Aird for making sure we had everything we needed and was able to made great family memories!!! I started coming right before a Christmas with a work colleague and had such a great time I have been three additional times since with family and friends. Great place to hang for a short bit with family, hit a few balls, play games and have an over all good time. Staff on each visit have been very accommodating and helpful navigating games. All have been friendly and great service (especially Sue!). Next best thing to indoor go carts without the carbon monoxide!! They will see me often. read more

Love this place! The staff is friendly, quick, and cordial. Jeremiah in particular was extremely attentive and very friendly. He was always there to refill drinks, offer up tasty snacks, and compliment an average at best golf stroke. It's a great place to spend an afternoon with family and friends. Drive Shack supplies right and left handed clubs for men, women, and children at no extra cost. Their menu is immaculate and lengthy and everything tastes amazing. Had a great time at Drive Shack Richmond recently! We went early in the morning for mimosas and some snacks like pretzels and queso. Food came out hot and hit the spot. Our server, Kristen, was great! She checked on us frequently and jumped in and joked around with us when one of us was joking with the other. I came into drive shack last week and had a great experience. People greeted me before I even entered the door. Everyone from start to finish were friendly and helpful. The games were fun and very interactive. I was with a group of 6 and we had Logan as our server. She took really good care of us and the manager, Fred was the man. I aint going to lie i never knew how fun drive golf shooting was until i came to drive shack. The location is very close to where i live and me and my boys had a blast. Simply because of our server Nalease. We called her cotton candy nay, her professionalism and knowledge of the menu was amazing. We went to Drive shack to celebrate my birthday and had a group of 10. Cindy at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. She wanted to make sure we had a great time. When we got to our bays there were a few hiccups but Grant, in management, checked on us frequently and helped with any thing we needed. As a manager we knew he had a lot to do on a busy Friday night so this was above and beyond. The golf was fun and the staff was great. Highly recommend. read more

We were given a personal tour of Drive Shack Richmond, and it is an INCREDIBLE facility! Everything from golfing the earth at world class courses (heaters outside to keep you warm), to shuffleboard, to a fun filled arcade with even pinball! The bar has DJ entertainment in the evening, with in and outdoor seating, and there's a restaurant with a delicious menu to tempt your taste buds.
