I want to give a huge shout-out to Moe at Dublin Kia. I initially worked with Justice, who helped me right away and took me on a test drive. Justice was great from the start and extremely easy to talk to. When it came time to discuss pricing, Justice brought another person in to go over the numbers with me. Unfortunately, that pricing conversation was where things went downhill. I was very clear about the price point I was comfortable with, and what came back was not even close. The interaction felt dismissive, and it came across as though my budget did not matter. This was not an issue with Justice at all, but with the person who stepped in for pricing. Because of that experience, I decided to walk away and was literally about to get into my car to head to another dealership. That is when Moe stepped in, and I am really glad he did. Moe took the time to actually listen to my concerns and suggested I look at the same vehicle in a different trim that would put it at a lower price point. I was hesitant at first, but he was genuinely kind, patient, and never pushy, so I agreed to take another look. After some back and forth, I ended up leaving with the vehicle I wanted, just with a few downgraded features that made the price work for me. Moe made the process easy and stress free, and I never felt pressured or brushed off. I would absolutely recommend both Justice and MOE if you are going to Dublin Kia. No pressure, let us explore and talk without interruption. When we finally decided on the car, there was some negotiation, mostly because of standard dealer add-ons that we didn't want. There was a bit of miscommunication regarding the amount financed, but it was worked out and we got a lower rate through the dealer than our credit union offered. I was a bit disappointed with the exceptionally long wait to complete the transaction with the finance manager. We waited nearly 3.5 hours for a process that took about 5 minutes. The finance manager seemed tired and annoyed and ready to leave. The dealership was exceptionally busy (it was a Saturday), but that was still too long to wait. We just bought a car today 12-31-2025, the white Honda accord hybrid. It was for my cousin. We spoke with the salesman Zia, he was good and informative, he was able to sell us the car at a negotiated price. And took our trade in. I don't have any negative issues that really bothered me here, it was fine for my experience. Best part is, being able to negotiate a price, instead of paying 30% or more on those "no brainer price" dealerships. People, stop wasting your hard earned money somewhere else more expensive, come here and check it out. Thank you to Kia of Dublin, and to the head management, please never go fixed price. Because being able to deal, means you want to work with your customers, not just "take it or leave it". It was awesome. I've purchased many cars over the years (different brands) and I'm happy with my new Kia, however as a public service, consider avoiding this specific Kia dealership. I went to this place on a recent weekend, met with the salesman (seemingly nice guy), was told that I could get a military veteran's discount if I supplied the necessary paperwork (DD214) and thus I went ahead and purchased the car. I found and then brought the DD214 to the dealership the next day, spoke to the "manager" that the salesman told me to give it to, he feigned ignorance about the whole matter but said he would forward it to "Kia" and then "get back to me". 2-3 months have passed by and nothing has been done. 1. I called / texted the salesman at least 3-4 times; he said he would "talk to the manager" and "get back to me"; has never gotten back to me on anything. 2. I called Kia corporate, who said they could contact the dealership and then get back to me; never got back to me. 3. I called Kia corporate again and said they couldn't do anything because it's an independent dealership but forward some "complaint". Bottomline: 1. This dealership appears to be a close knit family business, which is a good thing; the problem is, they appear to not care at all in re: customer service and especially appear to have no moral framework nor integrity as evidenced by their actions. 2. These liars give a bad name to the prototypical car salesman. 3. The Kia cars appear to be solid cars and a good value; just consider purchasing from a different dealership. read more

Amir "Junior" is one of the best dealers I've ever interacted with. From the get-go, he was welcoming and friendly without being overbearing. He showed us exactly what we were looking for without trying to upsell things we didn't need, and he was very willing to work with us and made it a point to reach out to when the dealership was offering a greater cash rebate to get it to our target price. He educated us about the EV9 and showed us why the features were better than other EVs on the market. The facility itself is really nice. Very well kept, clean, and spacious. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The night we picked up our car, Amir had the day off, so Bass took care of us and he did a wonderful job showing us the car and setting up some of the tech for us to access functions through our phones. The buying process was seamless. We are so happy with our new EV9 and would highly recommend Amir "Junior" to anyone looking for a new car. Absolutely ridiculous service experience. They told me to bring my car in - Telluride has a recall on the window trim (trash) and the committed to getting it done by EOD. I got a call at 5 PM to come get my car, but unfortunately - they didnt do my trim. Insane. I was told due to the waste of time - they'd do it ASAP and Jay told me I could get a loaner car because of their mistake. Fast forward - and now I am being told by Jay (the guy who promised me the loaner) they dont give out loaner cars. This is a car dealership - TF you mean? And why the lie? I am going to just take my car elsewhere - I suggest you do the same - never on time, lie constantly - they have blown me up due to a recall and a mistake on their end but cant accommodate me for 3-4 weeks. If I could give zero stars to the service department, I would. I've had an awful experience trying to get my car serviced over the past three weeks since it died and the doors wouldn't even unlock. When I first called, the receptionist couldn't answer basic questions but assured me she'd created a ticket and that someone would call within 24 hours. A week passed with no response. When I called again, the service representative was rude and dismissive--telling me to just flatbed the car to them and that "someone would call" when it arrived. Given my experience with unreturned calls, I asked to speak with a specific advisor or manager. He refused, said he'd "escalate it," didn't provide a name or extension, didn't take my contact information--and hung up. No manager has ever followed up. I then contacted the sales department, who were polite, gave me the service manager's contact info, and even forwarded my concerns to the manager and provided me with the GM's voicemail. I left voicemails for both the GM and service manager (Service Manager twice) and still haven't received a single response. I've never written a Yelp review before, but this experience deserves one. The sales team was great when I purchased the car, and I genuinely feel for them because the service department completely undermines the dealership. If you're just buying a car, you'll likely have a good experience. But if you expect reliable service or accountability after the sale--go elsewhere. read more

Major Rant! #dubkinkia Car warranty Hell!!! I purchased a new 2025 Kia Telluride from #dublinkia in February. In July set up an appointment for 8k maintenance and have them look at a paint warranty issue. The paint issue I discovered while washing my car in my driveway. Wetting down my car, noticed a dot that looked like a bug. As I sprayed it with my garden hose, the paint peeled. Peeled like a sticker. Mind you, this is not a power washer its a hose with my finger to make a stream. Paint should not peel. #dublinkia took pictures and asked for Kia Customer Care to make the call if its warranty or not. No explanations, no local expert opinion. #Kia rejected it. No way a 4 month old car with nothing more then water to the paint should be refused. Wes the service manager told me that he will assist, but I need to get a body shop look at it for a professional evaluation and quote. The body shop concluded NO impact and the paint has a manufacturing defect. Wes then guided me to #kiacustomercare to place a claim. This is the last positive help anyone from Kia has done. Since then its been me calling 2 to 3xs a week to absolutely no progress. Its a corporate maze with no end. I have had the case escalated to 6 different escalation mangers at Kia with zero response or results. We are now 4 months in this customer service hell!! Last thing I received was an email from #kiacustomercare stating that they can not reach anyone / service manager at #dublinkia. The circle of corporate avoidance continues. I will not give up. I've experienced service where they pickup your car and drop off a loaner, to where no convenience is provided - which is all good as its based on the product. I'm on my second Kia - from the GT2 stinger to my current GT EV6. That said, I've experienced less than average service (making me nervous about the brand) over those two vehicles to really good service, across four different dealerships. I called Dublin Kia a two years ago about purchasing the EV6. I couldn't do a deal with them at the time because the specific car I wanted was not available; however, the interaction was so positive that I told the manager ill definitely make them my go to going forward. I recently went to their site to schedule a recall repair (the other dealerships site didn't provide that option online nor was I able to connect with a service agent quickly. When I did, I could'nt get in for six weeks). With Dublin, the service team picked up the call right away, did a VIN check on the car, provided detailed feedback on the repair and scheduled an appointment for that week - awesome. When I arrived the staff was awesome. They welcomed me upon arrival, checked me in on time and finished the work on time (an abberant experience for me at Kia). The experience and interaction was 5 stars; how it should be. I TRUST this dealership based on the integrity I experienced, the commitment to service and their gerneral elevation of the customer experience for a brand that has increased in luxury relevance. It will take time for dealerships to adjust to meet the new expectation of a different client base, but Subli. Is far ahead of the curve. Nice job Dublin KIA! read more

We bought a new Kia from Kia of Dublin in Aug of '25. The sales team was initially helpful and attentive, especially when we were clear we were wanting to make a purchase quickly. We purchased a car after test driving the same model -- upon pick up of the vehicle, we noticed there were multiple scratches and dents on the exterior of our "brand new" car. The sales team assured us that they would take care of it-- this is where things really took a turn. We discovered that the sales team forged our signature on paperwork saying we had inspected and approved the condition of the car-- which we did not- and in fact we had never seen the actual car we purchased in person until we picked it up. They took us to the service department who treated us incredibly poorly but promised the work would be finished quickly. 2 weeks later upon pick up, we saw that the work was not completed, and in fact, looked worse than before. We were told they outsourced the work. Still not pleased with the condition of the car, they took it back from us to fix-- 2.5 weeks later and poor communication later, they finally returned the car with the work done to the body to deliver it like-new. After a week of driving the car (now 2.5 months after we purchased it but only 1 week after getting it back from their slow body shop), we discovered that they attached the drivers side door wrong and it now doesn't opened properly. The car itself is great-- the sales team and service team both completely failed to provide even a basic level of service to us. Buyer beware!! read more

I've bought 4-5 vehicles in my life and never have I experienced anything quite like the presidential treatment I received by the staff. Essa was up front, honest, and stuck by my side while going through the buying process. He sent me to Raymond who works in finance and he too was almost too good to be true. However, he said he would check with the sales manager to see if one had been installed on the car I was interested in just in case it hadn't yet been installed. When he got back from talking with the sales manager, it was like he couldn't get me out the door fast enough. He told me he couldn't give me a copy of the sales quote but he would email me one which he never did. Ironically, about a week later Dublin Kia began sending me emails and even calling me asking what they could do to earn my business. I brought my 2013 Optima in for service as it was throwing a check engine light and severely down on power. I knew the code (P2562) was common for my car and meant the turbo waste gate solenoid likely needed adjustment or replacement. Additionally, I had five overdue recalls to take care of on the car. I had a good experience with this place when it was Winn Kia, so I decided to return. The good news: Dublin Kia were able to fit me in without an appointment which was a pleasant surprise. The bad news: it took them three days to complete one of the 5 recall items and come back with a $4000 estimate to replace the ENTIRE turbo assembly because it was "missing holding nuts." They diagnosed the lack of power was because the "POSSIBLY TURBOCHARGER NOT WORKING PROPERLY". Good job, Sherlock. The 4 other recalls were not completed because they didn't have the parts. After overcoming the sticker shock, I picked my car up and paid the $235 diagnosis fee. I then purchased an OEM boost control solenoid online and completed the repair myself. A few YouTube videos and a couple hours of my time later, the check engine code is gone and the car runs great. BYW, no indication of missing nuts on the turbo were found. I'm not sure if they gave me their "I don't want to do the job" price, or the tech was just lazy, but this was a good lesson that a little bit of homework can save you some big money. I'm still boggled they'd call for an entire turbo replacement after a diagnosis of some mysterious missing bolts and a check engine code that says it's not the turbo. My a I took the car to Concord Kia to get the rest of the recalls taken care of no problem. read more

I went in yesterday to purchase a Kia for my daughter. From the moment I arrived, I was met by a couple of young sales reps who baited me through the door with a specific special that turned out to be completely fabricated. That alone is a problem -- but it got worse. These reps were unprofessional, condescending, and clearly running a script with zero ability to adapt. I told them directly that I spent years in the car business myself -- both selling and training salespeople -- and asked them to drop the act and just have a real conversation about what they have and what they don't. They couldn't do it. Their egos got in the way of basic customer-first communication. By the end, I was so disgusted that I wouldn't take a car from this dealership for free. If this is the caliber of people you allow to represent your brand, it tells me everything I need to know about your culture -- and that culture is toxic. One rep in particular, Amir, has no business being on a sales floor unless your strategy is to mislead and pressure people who don't know any better into buying cars. Do better. read more

This review is for the crackerjack service department. I called Tuesday night to see if I could get service on Wednesday and no problem, 9:30am. I'm at 86k miles, so between 82.5 and 90k service, I went ahead with the 90k since I'm driving back to SoCal Monday. Free shuttle back to the apartment by the delightful Shuttle Driver Veronica since it was going to take about 3 hours. Less than 3 hours, Russell from service calls with an update. I could use new windshield wipers and eventually new tires, but not urgent. I add on the wipers and he tracks down what I need from another dealership. I call Veronica for a ride back, my car is waiting, Russell applied a 10% coupon which is terrific, I didn't even need to ask. Definitely a great place to have your Kia serviced. Very clean and modern. Coffee machine in the waiting room with vanilla and espresso coffees. Friendly, honest service folk like Russell. Very good experience. read more
